Amy was amazing with my little Sola. She (& her dog Jackson) made her feel at home with walks, cuddles, and attention, and, me at ease, it being my first time using Rover. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone and their dog.

Megan was an outstanding sitter for my pup Chai. She was very communicative, drop off/pickup were easy, and she also sent proactive updates (with photos) at the end of each day. It was clear that Chai had a great couple of days with Megan - I would strongly recommend her to anyone else seeking help for their pup!

We needed someone to keep our dog for the night while we went to a concert in Vail. Lola was so happy at Erin’s with both of her pups, lots of walks, a big fenced yard, and another rover pup to play with. We are so thankful and would absolutely use Erin to watch Lola again in the future.

About: I have over six years of hands-on experience caring for dogs through volunteering, fostering, and private dog sitting. I’ve worked with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors — providing walks, feeding, medication, playtime, and lots of love. I’ve also volunteered with All Aboard Animal Rescue, where I gained experience handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I always make sure every pup feels safe, happy, and loved while their owner is away, keeping their routine consistent and their tails wagging. Pet care fits smoothly into my daily routine! I have classes at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., which still leaves me plenty of time throughout the day for walks, feeding, and playtime. I love spending my mornings and afternoons with dogs, and I make sure each pet gets consistent attention, exercise, and affection. Whether it’s early walks before class or extra snuggles in the evening, I always make time for quality care. Safety and comfort are my biggest priorities when caring for dogs. In my home, I create a calm, clean space with room to play and rest. When I’m caring for dogs in a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully to keep routines consistent and pets feeling secure. I pay close attention to feeding times, leash safety, and environment setup to ensure every pup stays happy, safe, and comfortable while their owners are away.

She was a rockstar from day one to the moment we picked our dog up, she has been nothing but maternal and sweet with our baby throughout these days. Regularly we would received multiple photos and pictures and it was clear from the beginning that our dog was not left alone for a single moment he was either with her jack Russell or at her job at the radio station he even came back with a cute plaid jacket. because she was worried about him getting cold in those frigid Aspen nights. we would highly recommend lauri!!!

About: I have a lifetime of experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I understand that every animal has unique needs, personalities, and routines. I’ve worked with pets of many different temperaments, behavioral challenges, and health conditions, so I’m comfortable adapting my care to ensure each pet feels safe, understood, and well cared for. I approach every sitting opportunity with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, while also providing genuine love, patience, and attention. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires extra care, I strive to create a positive and comfortable experience for both you and your pet. I am currently working in healthcare Monday-Friday 7am-4pm so weekdays are best for evening sitting or boarding pets that can handle being alone for that time. I am completely free on the weekends. I am an early riser and love to get out and enjoy the sunshine with a pet but am happy to stay close to home for pet needs. I do prefer to walk on leash as I don’t have a fenced in area and do like to ensure safety of the pets I care for and others around. There is a fenced in dog park a short walk from my apartment to let dogs run off leash if approved by owner. I don’t have any pets in my home so if I am to sit at my residence the pet would be in a secure and private environment. I keep a clean and safe household for all types of pets. I also am respectful and receptive to all household and pet needs on an individual basis.

As soon as we met Teresa we realized our dog Oreo is in a great hands. She is happy, caring person , very energetic! She invited us inside the house and everything looked super clean which I love! When we left she sent us Oreo ‘s pictures. She even made a special bed for her. And when we came to pick up Oreo. She was excited, happy and playful , so I could guess she really enjoyed to stay at Teresa’s place! Thank you We will recommend you and use your services again when we are back to Colorado ???

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
