About: I grew up with small to large dogs and have had experience with administering medication including shots, as well as wound care and basic behavioral training practices. I currently work a full-time retail job but love animals and am always willing to care for someone’s fur babies when they are away. Working retail means my schedule is never consistent. I mostly work between the hours of 7-7 with the occasional 12-9 or 2-11pm shift. If you have any questions about what times I’m available on a given day check my calendar and reach out! I will care for them by giving them lots of cuddles, playing with them, making sure they have food and water, and walking them to tire them out. I will also make sure they go out at least 2 times a day if not more depending on my work schedule.

About: I started working at a veterinary office in 2002 when I was in my twenties, I was a vet tech and worked in boarding as well. I worked in several boarding facilities and hospitals taking care of dogs and cats that were in the hospital or being boarded. I have experience giving medications, herbal supplement knowledge, raw food diet, preparing cooked foods, bathing pets, leash aggression and I am very tuned into what dogs and cats are communicating. I have experience training puppies and also working with dominant dogs. I'm currently working as a contract worker as a postpartum doula and I have my own herbal business. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy being in nature with your pets! Hiking and walking peaks feeds my heart and I love renting my friends dogs to go on adventures with. I can easily care for your pet in your home exactly how you care for them. If they need to be in a crate or walked in a specific area in the yard if there is special needs or request. I also enjoy walking around neighborhoods and parks. I also can offer meal preparation if they are on cooked or raw diet.

About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s long neighborhood walks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying fresh air with a happy pup by my side. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I would love the opportunity to help with all of your pet care needs and provide peace of mind while you're away. I have two dogs at home that I care for full time. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.

About: I have grown up with a wide variety of dogs from Yorkshire Terriers to Boxers! I currently have three cats of my own and a German Shepherd Husky mix. I am very good at administering medicine to animals. I am currently working full-time as a high school teacher and my husband is a family physician. So our schedules are fairly the same from 8am-4pm are when we are both away from home. I’m available all day during the weekends to sit, walk, or provide overnight care at your home. During the summer months, I have more flexibility with times. We currently live in an apartment with a pet limit. So unfortunately, we cannot board your pets with us. Happy to take care of your pets in your home so they’re comfortable in their normal environment!

About: I have a 8 year old chocolate lab that loves all other dogs. I’ve spent a lot of time with all different breeds, just looking to expand who I am sitting for. Im a crew lead for the USFS here in the valley so my schedule changes from time to time. Can provide care after 5:30pm when working Your pet would be more than safe with me. Hope I can help ! I work at a restaurant in Aspen 3-4 days a week. Usually only a 6-hour shift. Tuesday’s, Wednesdays, and Thursday nights are my fixed schedule but may change. My boyfriend Scott works during the day so he's at home at night while I'm at work. So, there will always be me or Scott at home with your dog and ours. I live in a 2br 2bath apartment with a small patio. The dog parks close by as well as lots of places to walk around town. I take my own dog Ulysses to Crown mtn park, Basalt mtn, or up by Sopris at least once a day. The Rio Grande trail is right by my place as well.

I love getting to bring Leo on outdoor adventures with me and would treat your fur baby like my own with lots of love and fun adventures. I decided to get into dog sitting because I’m looking for some side work and what better way to spend my time then with more sweet furry friends! In my personal experience, I have had a wide range of different kinds of pets, such as chickens, lizards, hamsters, cats, and dogs. In my professional life with animal handling, I had the most incredible experience in the past in Colorado to be a part-time dog handler for sled dogs. I have also done a good amount of dog sitting for friends in the past. I can't wait to help out and make some new furry friends and maybe go on an outdoor adventure too! I do work full time but have flexibility in my daily schedule and have weekends open. Just as I treat my dog, I always prioritize a good healthy route and would do the same for your pet. About: Hello! I have had dogs and cats my entire life, and have one dog of my own that would love to be friends with your fur baby! I have 20+ years of experience, and am extremely active. I listen well to instructions and will ensure your dog has the best walk, time or visit I can provide! I have had dogs ranging from large Bernese mountain dogs like my own to a small maltepoo (my parents dog) who has an extremely sensitive stomach and requires extra attention. I also volunteered at the SPCA in San Francisco for 3 years and the Dumb Friends League in Denver for 4 years which gave me exposure to handling dogs from all walks of life - some of them easy and mellow, others extremely shy and required gentle handling and patience, while others were aggressive and required someone who understands how to calm and work with an aggressive dog. I look forward to working with you and your dog! I’m currently home most of the time outside of running or babysitting (and i will let you know if i have a shift that overlaps w your dog’s care). I can offer house sitting if my dog, Aspen, can come with me. I also offer boarding one dog at a time (or 2 if they are both yours) from my townhome in Basalt willits. I take the dogs out every 2-4 hours and Aspen (outside of when we’re sleeping) and I go on a walk every morning. I will do the same for your pup! I ALWAYS keep my eye on the pups and have 1 other very friendly and lovable Bernese mountain dog who can’t wait to welcome your pet!

About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm happy to take them on walks, hikes, dog parks, and potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - In addition to my ambulance camper, I have an e-bike I often enjoy cycling throughout the valley, so parking availability at your home should not be an issue. I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, fetch, and evening walks. I can take them to the dog park or on hikes, or if they're good with bikes, I can take them on even longer run/bike rides. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats.

About: I've always grown up with dogs and have been a dog lover my whole life. I have been house sitting and animal sitting for about 10 years now. I love spending time with dogs and making sure they're still happy while their parents are away! This is a win-win situation for both of us because your dog will be well taken care of, and I get to play with it! All fun aside, I do make sure to pay close attention and take care of each dog's individual needs. Everybody's unique so that will always be taken into account. I have a very open schedule, most of the time I only work at night and rarely for more than 6 hours. I can usually adjust my schedule as needed. Depending on the dog, I always take extra steps to guarantee that they stay safe. Whether that means taking extra note to make sure all doors to rooms are closed, foods are high out of reach, etc.
