About: I’ve worked around pets my entire life. I love taking care of any kind of animal. I’m very good with nervous animals, have a history of medication administering. I don’t have the opportunity to bring my pets out here so when I get to hangout with someone’s I treat them as my own. I currently work full time but depending on the days and how far in advance it’s usually evenings and I have plenty of time in between my shifts. I have a car and depending on the pet I’m more then open to taking them with me outside and on other adventures or hanging out with them at your home!

About: Hi, I'm Marieta. I have plenty of free time in the winter to care for your pet. I am 31 years old I have a five year old border collie lab mix named Cosmo who gets along great with other dogs. I grew up here in Aspen with a black lab part husky named Maggie and have always had a dog at my side during my life. I enjoy walking, hiking, and playing with animals, and will provide the best care for your pet. I am strong, loving, and deeply caring, and have only had very positive experiences looking after pets. I will keep an eye on your pet and treat them as if they were my own. I am self employed with a flower business that keeps me busy during the summer and mostly available during the winter months. I work part time in Snowmass and thus have ample amounts of time to spend with the animals. I am attentive to the animals needs, the instructions of the pet owners, and love to spend time playing with the dogs. I also love to go for long walks with them.

I am based in Aspen but I live in Carbondale, so we would have to take into consideration that I have to travel with the pet for 30 minutes to get there and come back to Aspen. When it comes to caring for pets at my client’s houses 🏡 I just take on instructions and follow them carefully, if I need to take them for a walk and feed them i do so, if I need to stay with them and give them company I will do so gladly and I will never go off the script.

About: I had 2 Labrador retrievers throughout my childhood since I was a baby. I have 10 years of legitimate experience dogsitting other pets, and I got a puppy of my own in July 2022 so I’m just absolutely even more in love with dogs now that I have my own!! I keep my puppy on a very structured schedule with exercise and feeding times and I’d bring the same level of expertise to your home as well. It’s an easy task because I have a high energy golden retriever of my own and I understand the type of care it takes to watch a dog. We wake up at 8 and play fetch in our backyard, then we go inside for breakfast. Wait a couple hours to let the food digest, then we go back outside and play another round of fetch or go on a walk around the neighborhood. By the time 3pm rolls around, it starts to get dark so we take another potty break and play fetch one last time before it gets dark. Lastly I feed my pup dinner at 6ish and take her out 2ish more times before bed. Inside the home, I will spend quality time with your dog. Whether I’m WFH (working from home) or just hanging out with your pet, I make sure to take breaks to give full, undivided attention to your pet. If I’m not home, then my husband is If your dog is good around other dogs, I would even include my dog in the plans but if you prefer not, I can keep her at home with my fiancé. We will go on walks and maybe even take your dog uphilling with me if they do well off-leash and are familiar with ski touring. Regardless we’re going to have a blast!!!
