About: I have watched dogs and cats of all ages and breeds for neighbors and family friends growing up. I love all kinds of dogs and cats, and love spending time with them. I am available starting July 2026 for weekdays 8-5pm I just earned my Masters degree, so currently have a lot of free time in the summer. I am a very thorough pet owner, with timed feeders and water fountains. I have two curious and intelligent cats so I know how to cat-proof a home to keep them safe as well. About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s long neighborhood walks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying fresh air with a happy pup by my side. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, I’ve had multiple breads and sizes of dog. I’ve seen some of them being born and I’ve taken care since that little and feed them with milk bottles and everything. I’ve also had a cat in my adult life, so I’ve had some experience, but mostly with dogs. Hope I can help ! I work at a restaurant in Aspen 3-4 days a week. Usually only a 6-hour shift. Tuesday’s, Wednesdays, and Thursday nights are my fixed schedule but may change. My boyfriend Scott works during the day so he's at home at night while I'm at work. So, there will always be me or Scott at home with your dog and ours. I live in a 2br 2bath apartment with a small patio. The dog parks close by as well as lots of places to walk around town. I take my own dog Ulysses to Crown mtn park, Basalt mtn, or up by Sopris at least once a day. The Rio Grande trail is right by my place as well.

I listen well to instructions and will ensure your dog has the best walk, time or visit I can provide! I have had dogs ranging from large Bernese mountain dogs like my own to a small maltepoo (my parents dog) who has an extremely sensitive stomach and requires extra attention. I also volunteered at the SPCA in San Francisco for 3 years and the Dumb Friends League in Denver for 4 years which gave me exposure to handling dogs from all walks of life - some of them easy and mellow, others extremely shy and required gentle handling and patience, while others were aggressive and required someone who understands how to calm and work with an aggressive dog. I look forward to working with you and your dog! I’m currently home most of the time outside of running or babysitting (and i will let you know if i have a shift that overlaps w your dog’s care). I can offer house sitting if my dog, Aspen, can come with me. I also offer boarding one dog at a time (or 2 if they are both yours) from my townhome in Basalt willits. I take the dogs out every 2-4 hours and Aspen (outside of when we’re sleeping) and I go on a walk every morning. I will do the same for your pup!
