About: I’m comfortable caring for pets of different ages and temperaments, including energetic puppies and kittens as well as senior pets who may need extra patience, consistency, and attention. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications, exercise, playtime, and maintaining the routines your pet is accustomed to. I work early in the morning, which leaves me with a flexible schedule during the middle of the day when many people are at work. This allows me to offer reliable and flexible pet care, including midday visits, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual routine and needs and can often accommodate weekday daytime requests. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I treat every pet and every home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions before care begins. In a client’s home, I provide attentive, respectful care while keeping their pet comfortable in the familiar environment they know best. I’m careful to follow instructions closely, keep doors and gates securely closed, and make sure pets are safe and supervised. I also treat your home with respect and leave it just as I found it. About: I’ve owned and trained two dogs from puppyhood—a Husky and my current German Wirehaired Pointer, Lenny. Training and building a strong relationship with my dogs has always been important to me. Having lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 12 years, I spend most of my time outdoors hiking, walking, and exploring. When your pup stays with me—whether for an hour, a day, or overnight—you can count on them getting plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention. They’ll come home happy, tired, and ready to snuggle. I work from home so I usually get out for a walk or run in the morning. Afternoon jont to split up the day and then an evening activity depending on what is on the schedule. I have a fenced backyard and Lenny (my pup) to add to the fun. She’s a great companion to other dogs but also great for training.

About: Hi! My name is Hannah and I’m looking to get back into dog sitting/walking on the weekends. I grew up with dogs my entire life and have always loved animals. I have dog sat for neighbors and friends for years. I currently have a 7 year old Pyrenees/lab mix and he lives the best dog life. I’m strictly a weekend doggie caretaker as I work full time during the week. If you need a dog sitter while away for the weekend, I can help! I’m very patient and attentive to the dogs I will take care of. They will be in great care at my apartment and there’s plenty of (unfenced) property I live in but happy to bring them outside with a leash too. I am happy to watch your dog in your home as well!

About: I started working at a veterinary office in 2002 when I was in my twenties, I was a vet tech and worked in boarding as well. I worked in several boarding facilities and hospitals taking care of dogs and cats that were in the hospital or being boarded. I have experience giving medications, herbal supplement knowledge, raw food diet, preparing cooked foods, bathing pets, leash aggression and I am very tuned into what dogs and cats are communicating. I have experience training puppies and also working with dominant dogs. I'm currently working as a contract worker as a postpartum doula and I have my own herbal business. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy being in nature with your pets! Hiking and walking peaks feeds my heart and I love renting my friends dogs to go on adventures with. I can easily care for your pet in your home exactly how you care for them. If they need to be in a crate or walked in a specific area in the yard if there is special needs or request. I also enjoy walking around neighborhoods and parks. I also can offer meal preparation if they are on cooked or raw diet.

About: I’ve had several dogs since I was a kid. Currently we have 4, including one puppy. I’m used to taking care of all dog personalities, like nervous puppies, grouchy old dogs, and hyper pups. I work occasional nights about twice a week from 4:30-10 at a restaurant. I would be out of the house at that time, but I often get cut early so we can further discuss when booking. I am comfortable crating dogs. I am also used to administering pills to dogs and cats, even those who don’t love to take their medication.

About: I have grown up with a wide variety of dogs from Yorkshire Terriers to Boxers! I currently have three cats of my own and a German Shepherd Husky mix. I am very good at administering medicine to animals. I am currently working full-time as a high school teacher and my husband is a family physician. So our schedules are fairly the same from 8am-4pm are when we are both away from home. I’m available all day during the weekends to sit, walk, or provide overnight care at your home. During the summer months, I have more flexibility with times. We currently live in an apartment with a pet limit. So unfortunately, we cannot board your pets with us. Happy to take care of your pets in your home so they’re comfortable in their normal environment!

About: I’ve taken care of personal and friends dogs for 20+ years. I’ve never had any issues with getting comfortable with pets. I enjoy hanging out with them. I work full time, 7-5 essentially. But I’m a bale to get the pups out a few times a day. Always a longer walk around lunch/after work. When I had a dog, they got at least two walks daily. I pet and played with them whenever they needed it/wanted it. Otherwise let the animals kind of do their own thing.

About: I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats. I was the main person to take care of both a cat and dog growing up starting when I was ten. I currently have two dogs, but I also love cats! My wife is a veterinarian, so I am around a lot of animals and am prepared in case of an emergency (hopefully there aren't any). Being a teacher, I have summers off and am looking for dogs to walk or check in on during the day or cats to check in on. I am currently not available to stay overnight as I also have a baby at home. I am a compassionate and caring person, which is the first thing that your dog or cat will notice about me. I will check in on them and spend time with them to make sure everything is going great when you are gone!

About: I am currently living in Glenwood Springs, CO living for the outdoor adventures! I love getting to bring Leo on outdoor adventures with me and would treat your fur baby like my own with lots of love and fun adventures. I decided to get into dog sitting because I’m looking for some side work and what better way to spend my time then with more sweet furry friends! In my personal experience, I have had a wide range of different kinds of pets, such as chickens, lizards, hamsters, cats, and dogs. In my professional life with animal handling, I had the most incredible experience in the past in Colorado to be a part-time dog handler for sled dogs. I have also done a good amount of dog sitting for friends in the past. I can't wait to help out and make some new furry friends and maybe go on an outdoor adventure too! I do work full time but have flexibility in my daily schedule and have weekends open. Just as I treat my dog, I always prioritize a good healthy route and would do the same for your pet. I have a regular route with my dog and would treat and care for anyone else’s pets the same! I understand the importance of a safe and loving experience for your pets as I look for the same for my dog when I’m away. I have a lot of country land I live at with a grassy backyard.

About: I have an 11yo 85lb Chinook named Myles! While at school, I house sit/dog sit for nearby friends! I love dogs and can help with cats too!! I am willing and able to help out in any way possible! I am in between jobs at the moment so I am free as can be:) I pride myself in leaving someone’s home better and cleaner than when I arrived! About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm happy to take them on walks, hikes, dog parks, and potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - In addition to my ambulance camper, I have an e-bike I often enjoy cycling throughout the valley, so parking availability at your home should not be an issue. I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, fetch, and evening walks. I can take them to the dog park or on hikes, or if they're good with bikes, I can take them on even longer run/bike rides. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats.

About: I've always grown up with dogs and have been a dog lover my whole life. I have been house sitting and animal sitting for about 10 years now. I love spending time with dogs and making sure they're still happy while their parents are away! This is a win-win situation for both of us because your dog will be well taken care of, and I get to play with it! All fun aside, I do make sure to pay close attention and take care of each dog's individual needs. Everybody's unique so that will always be taken into account. Let me know what you need and I will make sure to help! I'm also a big fan of exercise so if you've got a dog that loves to run, lets run! I have a very open schedule, most of the time I only work at night and rarely for more than 6 hours. I can usually adjust my schedule as needed. Depending on the dog, I always take extra steps to guarantee that they stay safe. Whether that means taking extra note to make sure all doors to rooms are closed, foods are high out of reach, etc.

About: I love animals and have had pets all my life. My first job at 14 years old was at Ross Hospital for Animals in Bloomfield Hills, MI. I also have volunteer experience at Leader Dogs for the Blind, where I was responsible for walking the adult dogs and caring/bathing the puppies. I am a full-time hospitality associate at Restoration Hardware. As I am a fully remote employee, I have the availability to house and/or pet sit anytime during the week and weekends. I am originally from Bloomfield Hills, MI and obtained my degree from Oakland University in Elementary Education. I have extensive history in pet sitting, house sitting, and caring for children as an English Governess.
