Loving Pet Stepmom While Youre Away
I've grown up with dogs, cats, and other small animals my entire life. I love getting outside so would like to have a dog to take with me! Hikes are more fun with a furry friend :) Iv'e taken care of a range of dogs as far as age and size, and have a bit of dog training experience. I nanny but have a very flexible schedule. Whatever schedule your pet is on or needs, I can usually make it happen. I am available most holidays as well! Right now I am unable to provide home stays in my own home. But as mentioned above I am able to stay in your home if desired.

Tamarah was great, dog sitting, dog walking and house sitting while we were on a trip. She took our dog on new adventures and to her old stomping grounds to play with her buddies. She checked in with photos and videos every day, usually twice a day. We appreciate the attention and affection she has shown to our dog. Definitely will ask her to help us out again.

Schedule
My work schedule right now is very flexible so please reach out and we can discuss what works best. On a standard day I am home most of the morning, and if I leave I am able to provide brakes every 3 to 6 hours.

Safety, trust & environment
I walk dogs at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I also like taking dogs to Crown Mountain, hiking the Lorax trail, or walking around the open space in Carbondale. Of course this also depends on how friendly and trained your dog is and if you’re comfortable with me driving them. And if your dogs sleep in the bed thats okay with me! The more cuddles the better.
Pets
A typical day
I love to get outside and having a furry friend with me makes it 2x better! I love hiking in the summer and uphilling in the winter. Also long walks in the park or throwing balls if you’re dog is okay off leash. I love taking dogs to crown mountain park or to the dog park in Carbondale. I also love taking hikes up mushroom rock, Arbany kittle, or smugglers.
