About: I’ve owned and trained two dogs from puppyhood—a Husky and my current German Wirehaired Pointer, Lenny. Training and building a strong relationship with my dogs has always been important to me. Having lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 12 years, I spend most of my time outdoors hiking, walking, and exploring. When your pup stays with me—whether for an hour, a day, or overnight—you can count on them getting plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention. They’ll come home happy, tired, and ready to snuggle. I work from home so I usually get out for a walk or run in the morning. Afternoon jont to split up the day and then an evening activity depending on what is on the schedule. I have a fenced backyard and Lenny (my pup) to add to the fun. She’s a great companion to other dogs but also great for training.

About: I’ve had several dogs since I was a kid. Currently we have 4, including one puppy. I’m used to taking care of all dog personalities, like nervous puppies, grouchy old dogs, and hyper pups. I work occasional nights about twice a week from 4:30-10 at a restaurant. I would be out of the house at that time, but I often get cut early so we can further discuss when booking. I am comfortable crating dogs. I am also used to administering pills to dogs and cats, even those who don’t love to take their medication.

About: I worked as a dog walker and pet sitter right after I graduated college, and I’ve looked after friends cats and dogs while they have been traveling. I am a music teacher which means I have many breaks in my work throughout the day, and most of my work is during after-school hours. I will keep an eye on the pets at all times and not leave them unattended. I will keep dogs on leash when out and about, and in a fenced in yard or in the house when not on leash. I will be mindful of allowing pets to interact with other pets based on owner experience and preference.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs and cats for the past 8 years. Including some who needed extra care. I’m happy to help anyone in need and make sure their pets get all my love and attention. I’m currently a nursing student at the University of Tampa and am flexible with afternoons/mornings during the week. I am also available all day Friday-Sunday. I am experienced with dogs who need to be leashed, have an electric fence in the backyard or that come to when called. I have given baths/groomed, walks, runs, playing catch and cuddles.

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life and own a horse in Florida. I am currently without pets here in the valley and I am looking to assist with pet sitting, walks, and potty breaks etc... I work for RFTA full time but the spring is our slow season and I love to take dogs on walks etc.... I will have time for pet sitting and walks. I will always make sure the pets have what they need and have plenty of potty breaks. I work for RFTA and we are going into a slow season for spring and I will have plenty of time to do this.

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with dogs and years of caring for a variety of breeds since moving to the valley. I’m skilled at handling multiple dogs at once, including those with different temperaments, ensuring each one receives the care and attention they need. I have a very flexible schedule and I am able to travel to provide my services. With some notice I can be available for anything you need! I have one gray tabby cat who is a little timid with dogs at first but warms up quickly and has made friends with several dogs in the past. We are able to separate her in another room if needed. She is not great with other cats but as stated before we can separate if and when needed to ensure comfort and safety for everyone involved! I professionally care for your home property and pets, handling tasks like plant care, mail collection, bird feeders, snow clearing, feeding and medications if necessary, As well as any other duties during your absence. About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm happy to take them on walks, hikes, dog parks, and potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - I have a regular vehicle (Subaru Outback) in addition to my ambulance camper. I also have a bike I often enjoy cycling throughout the valley, so parking availability at your home should not be an issue. I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, fetch, and evening walks. I can take them to the dog park or on hikes, or if they're good with bikes, I can take them on even longer run/bike rides. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats.

Most weekdays I am available before 8am and after 4pm for pet care and over the weekends, I have a lot of availability. I am detail oriented and like to follow a written care plan. I will check in with my clients regularly to ensure everything is going well. I always leave my client's homes cleaned and tidy and I will provide ample amount of time for exercise and bonding with your pets. I treat them as if they are my own! Pet care is available from me in the morning and afternoon/evening. I finish work around 3:30 pm on weekdays and have weekends open as well.
