About: I’ve grown up with all sorts of dogs differing in size from chihuahuas to golden doodles. Within the past two years I started pet sitting for a friend while she was on vacation (six dachshunds) and loved it enough to make it my side hobby! I’m currently a full time College student taking online courses at CMC, so I’ll have plenty of spare time to care for your animals throughout the day/week! While my pets are allowed to roam our property as much as they please under constant supervision, I completely understand that some fur-baby’s are runners and must stay on the leash or in a fenced in areas. I’m completely flexible to any requirements or concerns you have for your fur-baby!
About: I’ve been caring for fur babies since I graduated high school, giving both puppies and senior dogs the special attention they need. I love animals of every shape and size and treat them like my own—because let’s be honest, they run the household anyway. Your pet will get a happy, stress-free stay with plenty of love, snuggles, and top-tier spoiling. I work a full-time job during the day, but I’m available for drop-ins and visits in the late afternoons and evenings. I’m also free all day on Sundays, as well as one select weekday depending on my schedule. If you communicate your needs ahead of time, I’ll always do my best to make it happen. Your fur baby’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I come to your home so your pet can stay in their favorite place, surrounded by familiar smells and routines. I follow your instructions carefully and keep your home secure, tidy, and respected. You’ll always get clear updates so you know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: I have been pet-sitting for friends and family for about 8 years and have worked in pet care for 4. I worked as a dog handler/attendant ata a dog boarding, daycare, and training facility where I cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels (along with the resident ranch cat). I also worked as an Animal Care Specialist at a pet store where I gained experience in taking care of fish, small animals, birds, and reptiles. I work from home between 8am-5pm from Monday through Friday but I am fully available during evenings and weekends! With additional notice, I can be available for short periods of time on week days as well. I respect all rules set for the home and/or pets I'm caring for and will keep the space neat and tidy. I treat every animal like they're my own while respecting the boundaries and expectations set by pet parents! I love going on walks and spending my day hanging around animals.

I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to provide attentive, reliable care for your pets. I will make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they need while you’re away. Your pet will receive lots of love, attention, and supervision while in my care. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and safe.

About: Back in México I have a 7 year old husky named Bailey who has been with me since she was just a 2 month old puppy. I miss her deeply and being around dogs feels very natural to me. I have experience taking care of pets outside of the app, alongside my husband. One of my most meaningful experiences has been caring for Kia; a loving 15-year-old dog, for about a year. I’ve also cared for other sweet companions like Rosie; a playful 10-month-old puppy. I genuinely enjoy taking care of them and I treat every dog with the same patience, attention and love I give my own. I have a flexible schedule and can provide attentive care throughout the week. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, love and care. I will care for your pet as if they were my own, following your instructions closely to keep them safe and comfortable. I provide a calm, loving environment and always prioritize trust, supervision and your pet’s well-being.
About: I worked at an animal rescue that taught me about dog’s personalities, body language, and overall how to be caring, loving and patient with them! Starting January 13th I have 1 college class from Monday through Thursdays in the afternoon. I am also starting a part time that will take most of my Friday and Saturday. Please reach out and see if my schedule works for you! At my home pets will get there time outside in my fenced yard to potty and play. Inside we can cuddle and hang out! Overall they will get the love and care needed even away from their home!

About: I’ve owned and trained two dogs from puppyhood—a Husky and my current German Wirehaired Pointer, Lenny. Training and building a strong relationship with my dogs has always been important to me. Having lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 12 years, I spend most of my time outdoors hiking, walking, and exploring. When your pup stays with me—whether for an hour, a day, or overnight—you can count on them getting plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention. They’ll come home happy, tired, and ready to snuggle. I work from home so I usually get out for a walk or run in the morning. Afternoon jont to split up the day and then an evening activity depending on what is on the schedule. I have a fenced backyard and Lenny (my pup) to add to the fun. She’s a great companion to other dogs but also great for training.
“**A Memorable Experience in Carbondale and Glenwood Springs** We had the pleasure of booking Aspen during our camping trip to Carbondale, and she truly made our adventure unforgettable. Aspen's flexibility allowed us to enjoy two wonderful days exploring the hot springs in Glenwood Springs. She went above and beyond by taking our pups, Mia and Daisy, on a delightful hike, ensuring they had as much fun as we did. Her care and attention to our furry friends were evident, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such capable hands. Aspen's love for animals and her dedication to providing exceptional service made our trip even more special. We wholeheartedly recommend Aspen to anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. Her commitment to our pets' well-being and her warm, friendly demeanor made all the difference. Thank you, Aspen, for adding that extra touch to our memorable getaway!”

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs and cats for the past 8 years. Including some who needed extra care. I’m happy to help anyone in need and make sure their pets get all my love and attention. I’m currently a nursing student at the University of Tampa and am flexible with afternoons/mornings during the week. I am also available all day Friday-Sunday. I am experienced with dogs who need to be leashed, have an electric fence in the backyard or that come to when called. I have given baths/groomed, walks, runs, playing catch and cuddles.
About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s long neighborhood walks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying fresh air with a happy pup by my side. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I would love the opportunity to help with all of your pet care needs and provide peace of mind while you're away. I have two dogs at home that I care for full time. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.

About: I've cared for animals my whole life: dogs, cats, rats, parrots, fish, and more. Right now I share my home with three senior cats I adore, so I'm right at home with pets who need a little extra patience, a medication schedule, or just someone who reads their quirks and knows when 'she's hiding' means she's fine and when it doesn't. Whatever your pet needs, I've got it covered: feeding and fresh water, meds and pills (even the sneaky ones), playtime and walks, litter and cleanup, and overnight stays so they're never alone. I'm reliable, I show up when I say I will, and I'll send you photos and updates so you can actually relax while you're away. I'm always happy to start with a meet-and-greet so you and your pet can get comfortable with me before booking anything. Tell me your pet's routine and I'll keep it exactly the way they like it. Senior pets, anxious pets, shy pets, high-energy pets, and the occasional exotic are all welcome. I'd love to help take care of your best friend like they're my own. I do part-time software work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time for pet care throughout the day. Since I'm home for much of the day, I can handle midday visits, feedings, and check-ins that a 9-to-5 sitter can't. I'm available for morning and evening care, overnight stays at your place, and drop-ins during the day. Just tell me your pet's routine and we'll find a rhythm that works for both of us. In your home, I respect your space completely. I follow your instructions to the letter, keep doors and gates secured, stick to your pet's normal routine, and leave things exactly the way I found them. I'll send photos and updates at each visit so you always know your pet is safe, fed, and happy. I'm careful with the little things that matter: locking up when I leave, bringing in mail or packages if you'd like, and watching for anything off with your pet's behavior or health so I can flag it early. If something ever comes up, you'll hear from me right away. Above all, I treat every pet like my own and every home like I'd want mine treated, with care, respect, and attention to detail.
About: I have grown up with always having animals around. I have lived on multiple farms, and have volunteered with several animal sanctuaries, including one for wildlife in Costa Rica. I also have spent the last five years fostering animals with the Humane society as I lived in Asheville and completed my schooling. Through this experience, I have worked with neonatal newborns, pregnant and nursing mothers, potty training- ages, senior pets, and those who take medication. As I create this account, I am traveling and petsitting on the road. My schedule is very flexible because of this, and so I am open to long or short stays. Every animal is unique, and I love to get to know their personalities and preferences! It is my goal to ensure that animal and animal parent both are happy and comfortable.
About: I have several years caring for dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, birds, you name it! I love all animals and seem to have a special bond with them. I am really good with timid and elderly pets, and always make sure they are as comfortable as can be. I currently work part time as a dog groomer. I will have plenty of time in the early afternoons and weekends to spend time with your fur babies. I am insured! I am respectful and responsible when I visit your home. I will make sure your baby will get the right amount of potty breaks, on time feeding and meet all of their needs. I love to get outside, go on hikes and visit the river. When available, I have a safe, fenced in 3 acre yard for playtime, running, ball throwing and sniffing. I have 3 friendly dogs to play with, but I do have the ability to separate them in a different area when needed. All dogs are allowed inside the house as well.
“Chelsea is so reliable and professional. She truly has a soulful love for dogs and knows them well! I feel so relaxed when I know Chelsea is watching Theo. She goes beyond the duties that are required. She is a trustworthy sitter.”

About: I have worked with dogs for a few years and grew up with cats. I take care of a lot of my friends and families animals. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I am starting the Vet Tech program alongside working at a local vet clinic as well! I am a early riser and will come and feed and let out your dogs. I will be there all night and let them out throughout the night. I am very accommodating. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
