I have a fenced-in yard, and my own puppy enjoys plenty of outdoor playtime, so dogs who are active will get lots of safe exercise and enrichment. If a dog is more of a relaxed, homebody type, I’m just as happy to keep things calm with indoor time, rest, and companionship. I adjust to each dog’s personality and energy level. For any care—whether boarding, drop-ins, or walks—I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, routines, and any special needs or medications, to make sure each pet is cared for consistently and safely.

About: I grew up on a small farm with lots of animals, always taking the dogs on walks or keeping the cat food away from raccoons. I've walked many people's dogs across the country of various sizes and ages and love having pets in the home while I don't have any myself. I usually am working from home or gone for a few hours a day. I love waking up and walking the dog outside before starting my day and winding down in the evenings the same way. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer and fall so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! **UPCOMING HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY** THANKSGIVING Over thanksgiving (11/25-29) I will be camping in Southern Utah with my sister and her dog friendly labradoodle. I have a large truck camper that I will be staying in. If you have 1-2 dogs that need care during that time, I can bring them with me, so long as they are up for hikes and are friendly with other dogs. CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 12/23-25 I will be in the front range at my sister's house to celebrate Christmas. She has a friendly labradoodle. I'm open to taking 1-2 dogs with me to stay there as long as they are friendly with other dogs. 12/26-1/1: HEAVILY DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACCOMODATIONS: My parents and sister will then be visiting me in Carbondale area for the remainder of the holiday since I will have to be available for ski instructing during the peak season. If you need house sitting during those dates, I can do that, but would need to request my sister's labradoodle and 3 adults (my sister and my mom and dad) be allowed to stay there as well. Though I may have to work during a portion of those dates, my family is off of work so there would be minimal times that your pets would be unattended. Feel free to send a request and we can discuss in more details (I will adjust to the lower rates after we discuss). I will be part time ski instructing at Snowmass this winter so I still have a high level of availability throughout Dec-Apr as well. I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm more than happy to take them on walks, hikes, to dog parks, and out for potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - I have a truck camper (converted from a former ambulance) as my main vehicle. If there is any concern of me parking it on your property for house sitting or other services, let me know and I can park it elsewhere. It is reliable, 4WD and does super well on winter roads, so if you're up a dirt road, I have no concerns about being able to get there. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask! I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer and fall. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, and evening outings for fetch, dog park hangs, hikes, and walks. I can be available throughout the day full-time. After December, I will be part-time ski instructing for Snowmass. I am still available for all the same services but will need to be gone for a longer portion of the day if I'm working that day. I don't anticipate that it would be longer than 6-8hrs depending on how far away the sit is. A note on boarding - this is if you need overnight care for your pet or pets at MY home. House sitting is overnight care at your home or accomodations, sometimes I know that gets a little confusing. I much prefer house sitting in your home as I find that pets are much more happy in their own familiar environment with the all their comforts that they're accustomed to. If you need boarding outside of your home I can discuss a couple of options with you depending on the temperment of your pet and the length of the request. I will always be up front and transparent if I'm able to accommodate the request. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats. I always make sure we are on the same page about your needs and expectations and that I am 100% available and able to commit. Because of this, I have never cancelled on a client after a booking is confirmed.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life! I absolutely love walking, playing and giving dogs all the love and care they deserve. About: I’ve taking care of friends and neighbors dogs for 25 years over night and walking them. I am very reliable. I am retired so have a lot of availability. I also have a golden doodle who is well taken care of. I am retired and have plenty of time to dog sit or walk dogs all day. I am very reliable. I am a vet and retired firefighter. I have no yard. I walk my dog three times a day. My cat stays in the house all day. My dog and I play fetch in the big yard where I live.
About: I strive to treat everyone's furbabies with the highest level of care as if they're my own. I've cared for every age of dog and cat for...really my whole life. I can administer medications and keep an eye on and assist more "special needs" furbabies if needed. I am a Biology major and try to learn as much as I can to care for animals the best I possibly can. I am currently working on animal first aid but I do know human FA so I can spot an emergency and care for minor wounds. I am currently working as needed at my job but, even then, my days are really open. I do have medical appointments here and there so sometimes I just need to leave the house for those but I try to return to the house expeditiously because I dont want the animals to be alone for too long. I understand not leaving dogs (especially) for too long between potty breaks so I can work around that but I try to stay at the house for 95+ percent of the time I am sitting. I purposely work around the animal's schedule so that they can be as comfortable and cared for as possible. I try to get as much information from the owner as possible so that I can make the time as similar to when the owner is around. I know changes can be stressful so avoiding any as much as possible is the best. I am known to be a cuddler but if they want their space I can definitely give it. I can give outside time to the best of my abilities and can transport in my own car with great safety if needed (e.g. if they love lake play, etc.). For younger animals, I can give regular care and make sure the space stays clean and cared for as best as possible. I understand that they need more supervision and help. I also try my best to keep an eye on outdoor heavy animals and shy animals to make sure theyre doing alright during my stay as well.
About: I have worked with dogs for a few years and grew up with cats. I take care of a lot of my friends and families animals. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I am starting the Vet Tech program alongside working at a local vet clinic as well! I am a early riser and will come and feed and let out your dogs. I will be there all night and let them out throughout the night. I am very accommodating. I will not have dogs staying in my home but I will get there early mornings and late evenings to take them out on walks.

About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.
About: I’ve owned and trained two dogs from puppyhood—a Husky and my current German Wirehaired Pointer, Lenny. Training and building a strong relationship with my dogs has always been important to me. I love to go on walks with dogs, and will walk them for whatever amount of time they are used to or suits their energy level. I have a sweet, small dog that is friendly to all animals he meets. He will play with your pet, or give your pet space, he is happy either way.

About: Hi! My name is Hannah and I’m looking to get back into dog sitting/walking on the weekends. I grew up with dogs my entire life and have always loved animals. I have dog sat for neighbors and friends for years. I currently have a 7 year old Pyrenees/lab mix and he lives the best dog life. I’m strictly a weekend doggie caretaker as I work full time during the week. If you need a dog sitter while away for the weekend, I can help! I’m very patient and attentive to the dogs I will take care of.
