She constantly kept me updated with messages, pictures, and videos, which meant so much and really helped me relax while I was away. It was so clear that my dog was being well cared for. Brenda was always taking her on walks and spending time playing with her. When I picked her up, of course my baby missed me, but I could truly tell she had formed such a loving bond with Brenda. She deals with significant anxiety and back-leg pain, so I was nervous about leaving her in a new space with a stranger, but I had nothing to worry about. She settled in quickly and even felt comfortable enough to trick Gerald into getting off the couch so she could steal his spot. Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup.
