They were amazing and made this whole process seamless from the very beginning. From the moment I was considering to book with them, I asked if we could do a meet and greet to make sure my pups get along with theirs. Without hesitation, they had us come over to do so. They were responsive and easily reachable. They sent us tons of photos and videos of our pups while they were in their care. “We had the best experience with Daniel and Denise. They are absolutely wonderful!!! We felt very comfortable, the dog was comfortable. They have a beautiful big back yard! They make all the pups feel at home. It’s a big puppy play date and sleepover. They sent pictures and videos to let you know how your dog is doing. And Luna came home very happy and excited! “Eliana was wonderful with our dog! Frankie was with them for 8 nights and it couldn’t have been better! They have a terrific and large fenced backyard with a big patio where Frankie loved to hang out, play and sleep in the sun. She took her out on very frequent walks and sent us pictures of Frankie’s activities every day. We would definitely recommend her, as well as use her again in the future!”
“I cannot say enough good things about the care Freedom gave to my senior dog, Chunky. He’s an older dog with some anxiety issues, and Freedom handled him with so much patience, kindness, and calm energy. They went above and beyond. They took him to the dog park not once but twice, made homemade treats, and even gifted him a sweet new bandana. When I came home, I could tell Chunky had been genuinely happy and well cared for. It’s hard to find someone you trust with your pet, but I feel completely at ease leaving Chunky with Freedom anytime. I’m so thankful we found them, and I’ll absolutely be booking again.”

I was super anxious, especially since he was dealing with an ear infection, and we were in town for a wedding with no other option. Debra immediately put my mind at ease. I loved getting the regular updates—felt like he was in great hands. By the time we got home, he seemed happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. Lauren and Howard were absolutely amazing with my dog Brody! From the start, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and made me feel so comfortable leaving Brody in their care. They kept me updated throughout his stay with lots of adorable pictures and messages, which really put my mind at ease. Brody clearly felt right at home with them and was so happy and well-cared for. I can’t recommend Lauren and Howard enough — they truly went above and beyond! I would 100% trust them to watch Brody again.
Edward is as great with my dog Ollie! He provided daily updates, was flexible and responded in a timely manner. I was nervous since this is the first time I left Ollie for a long period of time but Edward made me feel comfortable and I was confident Ollie was in good hands.
