“Rebooked Veronique and her husband because my anxious dog feels so at ease with them. They accepted the booking last min and we were able to enjoy a much needed date weekend in the city without worrying about our dog . Will definitely book again.”

“Gerald watched our dog in his home for 10 days, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Our dog can get anxious when he's away from home, but he was calm, comfortable, and clearly well cared for throughout his stay. Gerald took him on walks in the nearby park and provided excellent care. He was also a fantastic communicator, sending regular updates, photos, and videos that gave us peace of mind and made us feel connected while we were away. I would absolutely recommend Gerald to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. We'll definitely be booking with him again in the future!”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Brenda watching Beaux! She was incredibly communicative and sent daily updates and videos/photos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can truly tell how knowledgeable and experienced she is with dogs, and most importantly, how much genuine love and attention she gives them. Beaux was so happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. She even kindly kept him an additional night for us because our travel plan changed and we appreciated that so much. We would absolutely trust her with Beaux again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and flexible sitter!”

“Jillian is excellent, caring, thoughtful, and understanding!! Our pets truly loved being part of her family, and came home just as they left, and in good spirits!! We're very grateful to have found someone like Jillian for our furbabies!!”

“This was our first time leaving Finn with anyone outside of family or our usual sitter. Sandy was so responsive, provided a comfortable and safe environment for the dogs, and you could tell she really cares for the dogs! I would highly recommend her for anyone considering boarding with Rover.”

“Delmy and her daughter were great! They sent photos and videos constantly. Her house was clean and she even let me come and meet her before I even booked. It was very comforting knowing she wanted me to feel comfortable leaving my Remi with her. Thank you so much!”

“Denise is amazing & super sweet! she took such good care of our sweet Melo. She sent us pictures often & took him places. We were so happy to see how well he was taken care of after our bad experience with a boarding facility. Melo loves her & we can’t wait to use her in the future!”

“John was an amazing sitter for Benji. He was flexible and communicative. He took great care of my boy and Benji loved the company of John’s dog as well. Would definitely book with him again in the future!”

“From the moment my puppies met Denise and Dan, it was very comfortable and a relaxing feeling! They both take extreme care of your pets, and if you have special instructions, they will follow so to make sure your pets are as safe as your own home. Overall, I will definitely refer Denise and Dan to my friends , and also I will use them in the future. Thank you so much Denise and Dan!”

“We went to meet Jodie, and her dog, Charlie, a few days before our trip. Bowie instantly felt at home and was entirely happy playing with Charlie. While we were away, Jodie sent daily pictures of our happy puppy and kept us informed of his antics! He had so much fun and can't wait to go back when we go on vacation again! Thank you Jodie!”

“Tammy made us feel comfortable with leaving our fur baby with her for several days. She's a true professional that obviously loves dogs! She often sent us pictures of our 7 year old morkie, allowing us to relax on our time out of state. Fantastic and highly recommend.”

“Hannah was AMAZING! This was my first time bringing my dog to a sitter and she kept her for 5 nights while I went away! She made me feel very safe and comfortable by updating me, sending me countless pictures & videos of them playing and on walks, all while answering so quickly. Next trip I take I will definitely bring my dog back to her & I highly recommend you do the same! :)”

“Vanessa was absolutely AMAZING! She provided daily updates, photos and bonus videos! Lola was taken care of and loved just as much as she is at home. We are using Vanessa for our other family trip at the end of this month and I can feel at ease knowing that she will be a responsive and reliable sitter!”

About: Hey im matt, and Ive lived with animals since i could remember always having a house full of 4 cats and 4 dogs at once! I know the behavior and ins and outs of any dog or cat so i can quickly be able to adapt to their emotions and behavior to make them feel safer and happier. Your furbabies will be treated to the highest standard as i do my own animals :) i have left previous jobs due to the lack of care of certain animals and environment conditions they were in due to the lack of control i had of the situation, i even have saved 15+ lost dogs and returned them home and saved them from car accidents during my daily drives working my delivery job. i would literally stop on a dime and ditch my vehicle and stop mid delivery just to go save multiple dogs lost and in danger so hopefully that gives you an idea of the type of care i would take for your own. I have a flexible part time job where i make my schedule so anytime is good for me usually to where i can pop in with no rush or stress and take care what you need done :) Follow and listen to all instructions word for word starting from how to enter the home to how to greet your pet to how to leave and say bye to ur pet if a certain manner is needed. i can adapt to any environment or condition to make sure your pet is safe and sound under your instructions :)

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong cat lover with over 20 years of experience caring for cats of my own and more than 6 years of cat sitting for family and friends. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, where some love to play and cuddle, while others simply appreciate a calm, familiar presence. I take the time to earn each cat's trust and follow their routine to help them feel comfortable while you're away. Whether your cat needs feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, medication (if needed), or just someone to keep them company, I'll provide attentive, reliable care. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your cat is happy and well cared for. I know our pets are family, and I'll treat your cat with the same love, patience, and respect I'd want for my own. I look forward to meeting you and your feline friend!

“Sandy is sincere, honest and competent. We hired Sandy to take care of our two cats for a little over 2 weeks. When she came for her first visit, we realized that we had forgotten to put in our initial request that we also have two outdoor cats we care for & feed. We asked Sandy if she would be okay doing that while we were away and she graciously agreed. She spent enough time with us to make sure that she understood all our instructions. While we were away she came everyday at the same time for 30 minutes to be with our cats, freshened up their food & water bowls, cleaned their little box and left little treats for them so they got a little exercise. She sent us updates and pictures through the Rover App during every visit so we could see our fur-babies were happy and healthy. We had peace of mind while on vacation that she was caring for our cats. We will definitely hire her again to take care of our cats when we travel next.”

“Jamey visited my newly adopted senior cat three times a day for three days. She fed her, gave her medications, cleaned her litter box and kept her company. It’s so comforting to know that I can enjoy my little vacations while my cat is well cared for back at home.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Veronique and Jonathan! They were amazing with my puppy, Oakley, providing her with exceptional doggy day care. “Dan and Denise went above and beyond for our pup Harper. My husband and I are new to Long Island and I was so apprehensive to leave her but after my meet and greet with Dan and Denise I knew it was a good fit. They are communicative, trustworthy, and extremely empathetic towards your dogs needs. We had a great experience and will be using them for future services.”

“Jillian took a last minute request for us and was extremely nice. She was kind, provided updates when requested, and also was extremely flexible with our time. But a note, the bio does say non-smoking household and our dog did come home smelling like cigarette smoke, but other than that the experience was great.”

“Fantastic person, loves what she does and it shows. I could not have asked for a more loving person to watch over my two little cockapoos. Pamela sent me photos throughout the stay to show how happy they were, and to keep me comfortable knowing they were well taken care of. Will be coming back for a visit soon! Thanks, Pamela!”

“Barney had a good day with Jodie and played with her other dogs. She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day and was given a goody bag when he left. Would highly recommend Jodie ..”

“Our second time using Eliana and she was amazing. Great communication, loved my dog as her own, and sent many pictures. Played with my dog, snuggled him, and walked him. Highly highly recommend!”

I not only process applications for the organization, but I actively “babysit” pups overnight (sometimes 3 days at a time) for their fosters who occasionally are away on the weekends. I’ve taken care of my boyfriend’s dog as she’s recovered from two separate TPLO surgeries. I’ve potty-trained and crate trained other pups from the rescue I volunteer with as I personally feel that’s the best way to make myself and you assured of your pets safety. My pup and I frequent the complex park multiple times daily and love a good car ride. A brief note of needs for your pet will ensure I care for them exactly how you do!

I am currently working full time at a vet hospital but I am available to devote my full attention and love to your fur baby 7 days a week. Monday-Friday I work until 5pm but my boyfriend works from home so someone is always home to care for your pets while I’m at work! My house is your pets home away from home. I love cuddles on the couch, and I myself have some friendly pups at home who would be ready to keep your dog company! I have crates available if needed, toys/treats, and blankets to keep your fur friend comfortable. My yard is fully fenced in so you won’t ever have to worry, pets are never left unattended outside. Pets can also be kept separate from each other if needed.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my family for 10 years and helped my grandmother care for her three litters of puppies. I’m patient, caring, and love being around dogs. Since I enjoy staying active, I’m also a great fit for pets that need plenty of walks and exercise. I currently work part time and in grad school, so I have flexibility to accommodate most schedules to give your dog the care and attention it needs. I can walk your dog, check in on them, or stay overnight in your home, making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away.

Our back yard is completed enclosed with a 5 to 6 foot fence in an area greater than 1/3rd of an acre. 90% of the fence is 6 feet tall. Why do many people choose Dan's over many other qualified Rover hosts? -We don't have plans to own our own dog, so yours always comes first. -My price is competitive based on the care and the service level. -I do this full time, so your dog is generally loved every waking moment of the day -Look at my reviews. They are of the highest quality and very numerous 254+ guests have rated my service as 5 Star in the last 48 months, I have never gotten less than a 5 Star Rating. -My home and yard are decadently perfect for your dog to have the time of her or his life. I invested over $20,000 on my fencing and gates. -I make your life easier, ...in addition to daily pictures and short movies to your smart phone, I do drop offs and pick-ups of not only the dog, but You if you need a lift to the airport, the ferry or whatever. I also offer complimentary car parking at my house, so you don't have to deal with the hassle and expense of airport parking. Upon your return, I can get you at the airport with a goodie bag for your morning coffee with muffins, milk, fruit and bottled water, so you are all set for your first morning back from vacation. -I have photo books of every dog that has boarded with me, so I can show you pictures of the dogs that will be staying at the same time as your dog booking. You will see how they interact with other dogs in a variety of pictures. 75%of my business is repeat bookings and I am proud of that! -Read how often my customers have commented on how impeccably clean my home and yard is kept. It obviously matters to people. I put in the time to make sure it stays that way during your dog's stay! - I also make your life easier by having a stock of non-toxic dog shampoo and an all natural food supplement (great for bone and joint health) that you can purchase when you return at great prices! - My wife, Denise coordinates the schedule and provides both the welcome package and the Thank You notes at the back end of your dog's stay. You have 24 hour access to our home and each of our mobile phones. - Denise and I have been in Customer Service Businesses for 35 years and we have very high standards of excellence. - Our yard is huge and private, part of a pine forest, but I enjoy taking dogs for walks around our quiet neighborhood as well, to provide the most stimulating stay for your beloved dog. - I have my yard treated to minimize the chance of ticks, fleas and mosquitos with a safe solution , applied by a trained professional with decades of experience. -When it snows, I never need to use salt to melt it, because I am here all the time to snow blow and shovel as often as necessary. Your dog will not be exposed to salt on his or her paws. -I also save my clients lots of money on 4 and 5 Star Vacation Villas. Brands like Marriott, Hyatt and Four Seasons to name just a few. I am a Timeshare Insider and I will always steer you away from 90 minute tours or ever buying one, with the deals that I have personally been getting for about 25 years now! I have been to dozens of tropical islands, dozens of countries and about 40 of the States and I offer lots of free money saving advice. -From time to time, we have less demand. When I see that, I will reach out to existing clients and offer them special discounts on these occasions! I know my regular pricing is competitive but I am willing to propose a win/win package that will get your dog(s) back on vacation at a price I can live with on a limited / preferred client basis! These savings are commonly 25% or more off for the same great service ! -I am available to help others start a Rover business of their own. I have run several businesses, have 39 years experience, not only selling, but am certified to teach sales from prestigious Training Companies such as Miller Heiman, Cahners TRACOM, and Achieve Global. I have been selling out regularly and know exactly how to help someone else kiss corporate America goodbye in a field that they were born to thrive in from home! Now you have a good sense of why you may want to choose Dan's ! I have rescued and owned a variety of dog breeds that range from English Bulldogs, Beagles, Terriers and mixed breeds. I have house broken several puppies and have also lovingly cared for older dogs needing daily medication. (an additional nightly charge may apply based on the level of care your dog needs) My home is comfortable year round, as we have central air conditioning. We continually owned 2 dogs up until 2016, when our beloved dog Brodie passed away after a wonderful 14 year life. My wife, Denise and I have been married for 41 years and do not have any plans to rescue another dog for the foreseeable future, but we greatly look forward to caring for other people's cherished pets in our loving home. We offer stability. We are in this home for over 40 years and have no plans to ever move, so we can watch your dog(s) for many years, right here at our version of dog paradise. We have no children, but have our 13 year old nephew and 14, 11 and 8 year old nieces, who love dogs, sleep over 1 to 2 nights per month. We both get a big kick out of the unique personality of each dog and look forward to accommodating every one of them as they were part of our family. We like having your dog near us and showing our affection to them with lots of supervised playtime and hugs"

“Jillian is excellent, caring, thoughtful, and understanding!! Our pets truly loved being part of her family, and came home just as they left, and in good spirits!! We're very grateful to have found someone like Jillian for our furbabies!!”

“Eliana was so sweet and great with Lexi. She sent a lot of pictures for updates. I can tell my dog was well taken care of. She has a lovely home and a great back yard.”

“Jennifer was such a great sitter and certainly deserves the star sitter status! She was extremely accommodating with our doggy meet up to make sure our puppy would be a great fit (and also extremely patient with Maya’s high energy!). From drop off to pick-up, Jennifer was in contact with us the whole time providing us with the updates and pictures she knew we needed! It was so difficult to be away from our fur baby for as long as we were but we felt comfortable with where she was and would 100% book with Jennifer again in the future!”

“Freedom was a huge help when we had to book at the last minute due to a family emergency. They were very nice to Cleo and accommodated her food needs and energy level. They also made a very cute portrait of Cleo and gifted her a bandana, which she is still wearing and loving. I highly recommend Freedom to others looking for a sitter.”
