She deals with significant anxiety and back-leg pain, so I was nervous about leaving her in a new space with a stranger, but I had nothing to worry about. She settled in quickly and even felt comfortable enough to trick Gerald into getting off the couch so she could steal his spot. Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup. Highly recommended for anyone with a senior or high-needs dog.”

About: I have been a vet receptionist for the past year and I have a furry friend that has been with me for 13 long healthy years. I’ve taken care of dogs for friends and family since I was 15 and overall I can say it has been a great experience. I work two part time jobs and I’m looking to fill in the gaps in between my schedule and also work some hours on the weekend. I’m offering walks and drop ins in between the mornings and evenings. Sarah sent photos and spent time with them so they didn't feel neglected. Sarah also went above and beyond by shoveling snow! It snowed while I was away and Sarah cleared the walk way and some of the driveway. Plus she also let the cats have some outdoor time in the snow (they are indoor/outdoor cats so it was good that they got some outdoor time while I was away so things seemed normal).”

About: I've always had a special connection with dogs. Ever since primary school, I volunteered to walk all my neighbors' dogs and would stay to play with them for hours—tug-of-war and frisbee were our favorites. I've walked dogs of all sizes, sometimes up to three at a time. Getting my own puppy was the best thing in the world for me, and I naturally have endless patience for animals. Throughout college, I walked and sat for my piano professor's dog for years—around the neighborhood, and I also drove him to dog parks and beaches. I always make sure doors, gates, leashes, and fenced areas are secure, and I pay close attention during walks and playtime to keep pets safe. About: I have many years of experience in the vet field from my career. I’ve always known that I wanted to take care of animals in a certain way, but being hands on is the best form! I currently work part-time at a pet rehabilitation center and will soon be home full-time to help out around with other pets around my community. About: I am taking care of pets since I'm young, friends family and friends of family members have counted on me to take care of their animals whether it's for an hour a day a week they know their pets will be loved and cared for and most importantly they will be safe I am a single mom, I have 3 children my daughter Sierra who is 15 and my twin sons Kayden and Anthony who are 11. I was in a Terrible accident about 3 yrs ago left me with a broken back in multiple places,half a dozen broken ribs on my left sides and many other things, So ive been limited with things I can do... I can continue to care and take care of animals which I love, and also teach my kids responsibility, which sometimes when my daughters schedule isnt full she may come and help and play with the animals for a little while or help bring them on walks etc. So needless to say while they are in school I dont do much so i would love to walk, play, and care for your pets! I put my time and love into them, and if you need help with children too we can discuss that too :) If I'm caring for your animal at my home I have a fenced in yard, love going for walks they have plenty of toys to play with a pool if they like to swim and we'll have lots of love with the family members that are here. If I am taking care of your pets in your own home I will bring them for a walks make sure they're litter boxes are clean they have water they're fed and most important that they're happy and safe and get to play for a while a few times a day!
About: Hi, my name is Siouxsie and I am a twenty-seven year old Art teacher with a HUGE heart for the outdoors. Also a libra baby and one of the biggest animal lovers on the entire planet. From furry, to scaly, to feathery, you name it, I love them. She deals with significant anxiety and back-leg pain, so I was nervous about leaving her in a new space with a stranger, but I had nothing to worry about. She settled in quickly and even felt comfortable enough to trick Gerald into getting off the couch so she could steal his spot. Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup.
