About: I’ve been taking care of various animals big and small since I was young. I have experience with puppies, sick dogs and nervous ones. I have also worked with cats too! I work part-time and go to university. I am a commuter so I’m all over Metro Detroit! While my schedule changes each semester I keep relatively the same structure and availability! I was nervous about letting a stranger in the house. I chose Alayna after reading her long history caring for animals and the stellar reviews. She was so wonderful! I know my cat felt safe and cared for. She usually doesn't come out when new people come over, but in all the pictures she was downstairs playing with Alayna. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
