Alayna did a great job watching my dog Sully while I was away on a work trip. I told her before my trip that I wasn’t used to leaving my dog home on my adventures and that I was a little stressed about it. She reassured me with great detailed updates and pictures that Sully was happy and loved while I was away. She made sure he got plenty of playtime and exercise, cuddles, and food/water throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her for other pet owners feeling a bit anxious to leave their furry friends, and I’ll definitely work with her again.

About: I’ve watched my friends and families pets for since I was 15. I’ve also had animals all my life. That includes giving them baths, feeding them, walking, taking them to a dog park, anything and everything. I’m very determined to take care of such lovely animals and to keep them safe. I’m currently working part time, I’ll be going to school soon but I’m staying local so I’m still available. My schedule is pretty flexible and I’m willing to work around anything. I’ve got a fenced yard, two dogs and two cats. We keep them separated mainly for the dogs sake. They are still in training but will do nobody any harm.

About: Hi! I love animals and am more than happy to care for yours. I'm working a full time 8-5, but I still am offering some services as available. I can watch your pet over a short or long period of time, and I have experience with both small and large dogs. I will care for your pet and make sure your doggo is having a fun time and can send pictures as well! I love dogs and have had them around my whole life. I am allergic to cats (but if you have just one cat in addition to dogs, I've been able to be comfortable) We can negotiate prices as well! I will give your pets the attention they need and ensuring they're in a safe, happy environment. I care for my pets by listening to their needs and giving them desired attention! Lastly, I've been wanting to start this up again to donate to other dogs in need, for places like Dog Aide or Bark Nation specifically. I work in Auburn Hills, and my avaliablity is mainly on weekends & holidays. If you are okay with an 8-hour workday, I'm more than willing to sit during the week! I am not providing services in my home at this time. My dogs listed on Rover live with my parents:) I mainly will provide house sitting due to my availability.

About: I am an avid dog and cat lover, as well as a dog, rat, fish and cat owner myself :) I promise I will treat your furbabies like they are my own. I have been pet sitting for a few years now and I am familiar with pet cpr and first aid. I take pride in pet sitting for others and look forward to meeting you and your furry, swimming, feathered, warm rock typed children! If you have any questions or are interested in my services, please feel free to contact me anytime. Why I love dog sitting I have been a animal lover since a very young age. When I was young, my friends and I would rescue the stray animals in the neighborhood and return them to my home. My parents would lovingly laugh and help me try to locate the owners. I have had the pleasure of owning dogs and cats my whole life. Animals are a imporant part of my culture being part Native American. The love and happiness animals bring to our lives makes the world go round :) I have worked with many rescues and rehabilitation as well as extensive knowledge on animal care from potty schedules, diets and nutrition, medication needs, etc. My experience administering medication I have had to administer medications before for prior animals I have sitted for, so any special needs is not an issue. I will make your animals feel loved and safe in my care always with daily videos and photos of the fun your pet is having. I am always will to work with families to ensure the best care possible and will follow scheduled feedings and needs for your pets. I am currently a Pre-K teacher out of Farmington Hills, so I am able to work around your needs weekly/weekends and holidays as schedule allows I ensure communication is ongoing throughout the day depending on clients needs. I stick to a schedule that designed around your needs and make sure to be always respectful and honest you and your pets needs

About: I have 20 years in pet sitting, house sitting, and plant care including the following: I am an active senior, and decided that I can combine the things I love doing, pet sitting, house sitting, and plant care! I am honest and trustworthy, and will treat your pet and your home with the utmost care as if your pet were my own. References will be provided. Dog sitting: special needs (such as collapsing trachea, seizures, antibiotics ) with walking, playtime, special diets, administering medication and monitoring pet, senior dogs needs Cat sitting: special needs, administering medication (seizures, vertigo), monitoring pet who takes medicine, special diet needs, and playtime, senior cats needs House sitting: bring in mail, set alarm (if needed), staying overnight, take out garbage, follow house rules, keep home neat and clean Plant sitting: I have years of experience with house plants: watering, feeding, trimming and pruning, diagnosing plant disease. They are a joy to take care of! I am retired, so I do have a flexible schedule for caring for both dogs and cats. I am available weekly or on weekends. At the senior complex where I live, I volunteer on Thursdays to help distribute Focus Hope food boxes, and Gleaners provides meat, fresh and canned vegetables, canned and fresh fruit, rice, spaghetti, cereal, and potatoes in a bag. It is set up like a small grocery store, so seniors can choose their own food items, and "shop with dignity." It’s only once per month. Volunteering is close to my heart. The senior apartment complex that I live in does not allow cats or dogs. I would have to watch them in their own home. I am an early riser and flexible to accommodate your schedule. I will treat your pet like my own, with kindness and respect. Whatever rules or preferences you have, I will follow them. Your home will be kept clean and safe for your pet. Pets will be given their medication, fed exactly the way it should be, walked, and played with. Pets and snuggles are the best!

Elizabeth was great! We needed a sitter for my cat Yuki last minute and Elizabeth was able to respond to us the day before we had to leave. Ever since my cat has been on heart medication (6 months) I have been scared and reluctant to go out for long term trips. I haven't had anyone take care of Yuki with her meds asides me and my boyfriend and I'm glad I've finally reached out! Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and compassionate about what she does. She was able to care and give my cat Yuki meds fine! I definitely recommend her and we'll be reaching out to her again when we need someone to take care of Yuki!

From tiny Pomeranians to big, energetic Huskies, I’ve cared for a wide range of pups with different personalities and needs. Whether it’s an early morning walk, a last-minute visit, or just some quality playtime, I’m always happy to help and make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and well taken care of. For boarding and doggy day care, I have a big fenced in backyard that me and your pup can spend time in! I’m available 6 days a week for a 30-60 minute walk or daily drop in. My day job is flexible thus my schedule to take care of your pets is also flexible! The only day I work in office is on Thursdays. I will take care of your pets as if they’re my own. I will treat your house with care and respect when coming in to walk or play with your pets.

About: Hi there! My name is Samiksha and I am currently a resident physician and dog lover! When I was young I trained and took care of our small family dog for all the years that I lived at home! I also have taken care of my friends and coworkers small/medium size dogs from dog walking to in house pet sitting! I can’t have a dog in my current apartment so I would love to help out other people with their furry friends :) Primarily evenings and weekend availability but there are many times throughout the year where I will be work night shifts so I can do more daytime care during those weeks! I always keep a close eye on them and follow every instruction that the owner gives me. If dog sitting at someone’s house I make sure to take care of the space and respect house rules. I always make sure they get plenty of exercise and cuddles through out the day! :)

She was absolutely amazing! Our cat has diabetes and needs injections every 12 hours. She was on time every single drop in, she kept us updated on everything. My cat even looked disappointed to see me when I got home. I highly recommend her to anyone especially if your pet has any kind of medical needs! Thank you Brittany for taking such great care of Sorin!

The average cost for Pet Sitting in Center Line on Rover is $24.42 per visit (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Pet Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Pet Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of July 2026, there are 3,549 sitters on Rover offering Pet Sitting across Center Line. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Center Line stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Center Line. On Rover:

  • 94% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
