“Latasha was wonderful! From the beginning she came for a meet and greet and got down on the floor with my Percy! She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. Latasha treated my home with respect and left my home just as she found it. She even helped me with my newly planted garden to ensure it stayed watered while I was away. I will definitely use Latasha again in the future.”

She made sure she had our vet's information, along with a nearby neighbor she could call if needed. Colleen also sent many pictures and videos so we could see for ourselves that they were having a good time and in good hands. Her professionalism gave us the confidence and comfort level to enjoy our time away from home. As a welcome bonus, linens were washed, dried and dishwasher had been run.
