About: My experience in pet care is broad and customized to each animal's specific requirements. I have experience working with older pets, adult dogs, and puppies, so I have a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs regarding care. I am different from other sitters because I take a different approach to establishing comfort and trust. I place a high priority on positive reinforcement methods, particularly for puppies, as it helps them learn important commands while making sure they have fun. About: I am a dog lover with grown children just 10 minutes from Lambert Airport. Your dogs will have free reign of the fenced yard and home. I have baby gates strategically placed in case we would need to separate them yet still have the enjoyment of family life. I have a large kennel available for comfort at night and when I am away if they prefer. Your dog can enjoy walks to the park for exercise and boredom busting or running if they prefer to stretch there legs (I am up to about 3 miles running). I also keep a kiddie pool full of clean water for the dogs who like to splash and cool off. I have 2 friendly dogs myself who are always up to having company. My 19 year old daughter also lives in the house, she is also a dog lover and has gone to training classes at the human society. She enjoys training dogs and teaching the dogs sign language. About this sitter: Mom to 2 grown children and 2 furbabies. I do work full time remotely at home. I volunteer with Special Olympics and St. Louis Track Club. I enjoy gardening and walking with my dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have always loved dogs it was not until I was 13y.o. when we came across a dog that was going to be shot because he did not want any females that we convinced my Dad we needed to save that dog. That was 46 years ago. Since then I have had one-three dogs in my home ever since. They are family.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since 2008. I taught our miniature pincer and chihuahua mix named Rosie how to sit, jump, and rollover. My present-day dog named Bunny, she is the sweetest dog in town. I’ve taught her how to low-five for treats, lay on my legs during Sunday naps, and keep to herself on walks (she’s a very social dog). Wake up, let the dog(s) out, feed them breakfast, and wipe their feet if it is muddy out. Let them out during lunch and feed them lunch, then let them out again after work (4pm). Feed them dinner, then let them out again around 9pm before bed. I work from home full-time, so these tasks are consistently met. In my own home, I stick to the schedule outlined above. In somebody else’s home, I would also stick to a schedule that has been provided by the owner.
