“Latasha was wonderful! From the beginning she came for a meet and greet and got down on the floor with my Percy! She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. Latasha treated my home with respect and left my home just as she found it. She even helped me with my newly planted garden to ensure it stayed watered while I was away. I will definitely use Latasha again in the future.”

She also kept us informed with pictures and messages daily. When Ruby started getting into our shoes, she sent us photos of what was damaged and moved them somewhere Ruby couldn’t get to them. Having her watch Ruby took a huge weight off our shoulders being away from her. Highly recommend!”

About: My experience with animals comes from caring for pets throughout my life, including my own dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with the everyday responsibilities that come with pet care, such as feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning, maintaining routines, and providing companionship. I’ve also helped care for kittens from birth, which gave me hands-on experience with young animals and taught me the importance of patience, cleanliness, observation, and consistency. I understand that every pet is different, and I make an effort to learn each pet’s individual routine, personality, and needs rather than treating every animal the same. Besides my taking care of my own pets my time is free I’m currently unemployed just a full time pet mom and wouldn’t mind taking care of other pets like my own I Have family that helps me take care of my pets at home if needed I also make sure my pets have everything they need when I leave according to how long I will be gone so no need to bring them with me

I’m a PhD student who has called St. Louis home for the past five years, and I’m currently in the final stages of writing my dissertation. The good news for your pets? I work from home, so I have plenty of time for walks, belly rubs, playtime, and keeping your furry friends company while you’re away! I am located in The Grove with access to a dog park at my apartment complex as well as walking distance to both Forest Park & Tower Grove Park for pups that enjoy long walks. One of my dogs loves people and dislikes other dogs, while the other one enjoys dogs and is wary of people so I have experience with a variety of dog personalities and their differing needs. Whether your pet is a professional cuddler, an energetic adventurer, or simply here for the treats, I’d love to spoil them ◡̈ Since I work from home while finishing my PhD dissertation, pet care fits pretty naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to take plenty of breaks throughout the day for walks, playtime, and potty breaks. 🐾 My schedule is much more “read a paper, take a dog for a walk, write a paragraph, give belly rubs” than a traditional 9-to-5. I can easily adapt to the schedule of your pup! I’m happy to build pet care into my day and give your pets plenty of attention rather than leaving them alone for long stretches.
