“Latasha was wonderful! From the beginning she came for a meet and greet and got down on the floor with my Percy! She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. Latasha treated my home with respect and left my home just as she found it. She even helped me with my newly planted garden to ensure it stayed watered while I was away. About: I have been taking care of sweet, precious pups since I was 7 years old when my mom surprised me and my brother with a basset hound puppy after school. Her name was Roxanne. A couple years later, we rescued a 6-year-old basset hound, Brandi, and a few years later, we rescued a 1-year-old beagle mix, Misty, and adopted a basset hound puppy, Willow, who had just been born on a farm near our house. We treasured our sweet babies, cooking for them every day - hard-boiled eggs for breakfast and meat and veggies for dinner. And they lived long, happy lives. Brandi, Misty, and Willow all made it to about 15 years old! I just moved from Colorado to start my PhD in Public Health at WashU, and I can't wait to pick back up with dog sitting again! In Colorado, I was the honorary dog sitter at my church. One couple even flew me out to California a few times to continue caring for their sweet pup after they moved! Between my own dogs and others' dogs, I've taken care of dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors who need lots of support. I am a PhD student at WashU Bursky School of Public Health. This semester, I have a class on the Danforth campus on Tuesdays from 9am to 12pm, Wednesdays from 12pm-1pm, and Thursdays from 1pm-4pm. My research is remote. So, I have lots of flexibility to make sure your pups get their potty breaks and play time and walk time, even on days that I have class. And house sitting would work super well :) I am offering house sitting, check-ins, and walks. If I am house sitting, I will always stay the night to make sure your pets are safe and well taken care of. I will keep the outer doors locked and make sure I am able to hear your pets if they need me. I am also happy to sleep in the same room with them if that is your preference. I will make sure to follow whatever schedule your pets need, e.g., eating, medicine, walking. As far as check-ins and walks, I will make sure to respect whatever rules you have for the house (e.g., shoes off, doors locked). I'm also happy to give your dogs a bath when they need it!

She came the same day for a meet and greet, and I knew her and Oslo would get along swimmingly. She kept me up-to-date with his walks and how he was doing, and I believe her being at my home really helped him take to her quickly. About: I love playing with cats and dogs to make sure they get the attention they deserve i will do do anything extra to help the owner like take out trash ect. Almost everyday when I'm not busy i make sure i take my feed my cats ol L Play with them using their toys and give lots of pets I make sure they are fed well i take them for walks if something is wrong i will contact the owner and i make sure they are safe.

About: I have cared for pets throughout my entire life, including dogs, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, ducks, and cockatiels. While I am allergic to cats, I love them and keep cat food available for the neighborhood strays. I have raised dogs from puppies to seniors and am comfortable meeting your pet at whatever stage of life they are in. I will provide you with updates on how your pet is doing at least once a day, including a photo and a message. Of course, you are also welcome to check in at any time. Please rest assured, your pet will be well taken care of and living their best life. I work in marketing for the pet industry, which enables me to work from home and maintain a flexible schedule. I am a morning person, so taking a walk in the morning is often more enjoyable for me than for the dogs. I strive to be attentive to the well-being of pets both inside and outside, focusing on their nutrition, training, socialization, and overall care. I have two 10-lb Goldendoodles, Pepita and Miso, who are very social and have a nurturing yet playful spirit. We prefer to care for one dog at a time, as we believe this provides a better experience for both the pet and the owner. Our goal is to prioritize the best interests of your pet, recognizing that each pet has unique needs and requires individual attention and care while their loved ones are away.

About: I have 30+ years experience caring for dogs of all ages, shapes and sizes! I’m athletic, enjoy long walks/runs and the outdoors, great for dogs with lots of energy! I also love letting pups take their time and smell the roses on way. I, myself, raised a big black lab for 15 years from a puppy through her senior years; as well as a handsome little mini chihuahua as a pup until he passed last year. I am great at handling multiple dogs, I never run out of scratches or belly rubs. Your pet’s needs always come first. I just moved back to the area and I am currently working a part-time job with a lot of leniency regarding my schedule so my availability stays relatively open. I believe privacy and respect, I would treat your home the way that I treat my own and I can tell you I care very deeply about taking care of things and I find it very important to do so. Also able to give you any kind of update you made need and offer bits of comfort to make sure you know your pet is being taken care of the best way possible.

About: My experience with animals comes from caring for pets throughout my life, including my own dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with the everyday responsibilities that come with pet care, such as feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning, maintaining routines, and providing companionship. I’ve also helped care for kittens from birth, which gave me hands-on experience with young animals and taught me the importance of patience, cleanliness, observation, and consistency. I understand that every pet is different, and I make an effort to learn each pet’s individual routine, personality, and needs rather than treating every animal the same. Besides my taking care of my own pets my time is free I’m currently unemployed just a full time pet mom and wouldn’t mind taking care of other pets like my own I Have family that helps me take care of my pets at home if needed I also make sure my pets have everything they need when I leave according to how long I will be gone so no need to bring them with me

About: I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting since I was in high school. I’m well experienced in caring for cats and dogs of all kinds. I’m currently a PhD student looking for extra work as I complete my dissertation. My schedule is highly flexible both on weekends and weekdays and I am available on weekdays and weekends. I will not be able to care for pets in my own home, as I have a cat of my own. However, I am comfortable entering others homes and caring for animals in their place of living, including letting dogs in the backyard, crating animals, and cleaning up any potential messes made in my absence.

About: I have trained puppies, designed programs to solve behavior problems in adult dogs, cared for senior dogs, specializing in multi-dog households with a mix of all the above. I am currently designing software for a start-up idea so my schedule is very flexible. Ideal hours for day visits are between 8am - 9pm, overnight from 7pm - 9am “ish” and always available for emergencies. Different pets have different wants/needs so I will adapt my gameplan accordingly. Each visit will include some form of exercise, training and lots of love. My yard is fenced and my house is puppy-proofed. Lots of soft and shaded places to nap, inside and out. I use pest control and landscaping services so the yard is virtually free of stinging or biting insects and dangerous weeds or flowers. Clients can expect me to care for their pets and their property with utmost respect for house rules, privacy and courtesy.
