She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. I work part time & I have a lot of free time during the day to spend with the pets! I love playing with them or just having them near me when I’m home. We were nervous as this was our first time having someone we’d never met to live in our home and take care of our pets for 10 days while we were out of the country. Mary instantly put every single one of our worries to rest. Mary was able to follow a very detailed daily regimen for our senior (15 year old) German Shepherd & our 2 cats. She let our dog out several times during the day to minimize the risk of any indoor accidents. She stuck to a 3x daily medication schedule, and she gave the pets plenty of love throughout the process. In sticking to our pets daily schedule, she essentially stepped in as an extension of our own caretaking which allowed our pets to feel very comfortable in our absence. Communication was 10/10!
