Loving Pet Care
I’m excited to begin my pet-sitting journey, as I’ve always had a nurturing spirit and love for our four legged friends! While I didn’t grow up with pets in my home, I had the joy of dog sitting for family friends and raising several dogs on my own, including one I welcomed home straight from the kennel. Raising Bruno was especially lovely because he felt like my first child. It wasn’t just the potty training and feedings that made the experience meaningful, but the beautiful bond we built together because one that felt much like a mother’s love for her son. That time in my life meant more to me than words can fully express. With my natural connection with animals, other people’s pets often bond with me quickly. Through daily walks, cuddle time, and attentive care, I’ve learned how to recognize and meet each pet’s unique personality and needs. When I care for a pet, I treat them like family, with patience, reliability, and the same level of love and attention I gave my own. Now that we’re empty nesters, I’d love to care for your pets, giving them the love and care they need while their family is away!

Janay & Carlton did wonderfully at our place with our critters. We were gone for 10 days and our anxious goldendoodle, young poodle, and teenager cat were very well taken care of. The house was very well kept and everything just as we left it. We will absolutely be rebooking them next time we leave town. Thanks y’all!!
Janay and Carlton were great! They were so good with Percy and they were very communicative with me during their stay. It was so nice to get videos of him playing so I knew he was relaxed and happy. In addition they were very respectful of my home while they stayed here. If any concerns or questions arised they did not hesitate to message me and we quickly addressed them. I would highly recommend them for your pet sitting needs! I will definitely use them in the future.

Janay and Carlton have been the best dog sitters by far. They are the perfect team and my dog honey loves them . 10/10! I can’t wait to have them back. They provide toys and play with her. They are great at taking her out, and walking her. They are gentle, clean, and respectful!

Is your pet used to to a 9-5 work schedule? I’m the perfect fit! I work a full time job, Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p or 9a-5:30p during the week. However, I work only minutes away from home, so on my breaks I can easily check in on our furry friend if they’re staying with me for the week. If I’m watching your pet at your home, I am no more than 2 minutes away from the highway and no more that 20-30 minutes away from everything in the lovely city of St. Louis. After work, whether boarding or house sitting, our furry friend will have my full attention. We will get in some exercise, and then wind down with dinner, Netflix and cuddles of course! Also, I am absolutely flexible on the weekends, so they will be loaded with cuddles and playtime!

I offer attentive, personalized pet care tailored to your furry friend’s unique needs, whether care takes place in my home or yours. When pets stay with me, I create a cozy, clean, and safe environment where they can truly feel at home. They’re welcome to get comfortable on the couch, soak up plenty of head and belly rubs, while enjoying a calm, loving space. While I don’t work from home during the day, I’m very present in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the weekends to give your pet the time, attention, and affection they deserve. I have a fenced, nicely sized backyard ready for play and relaxation, along with a walkable, pet-friendly neighborhood that’s perfect for enjoyable walks and fresh air. I do my best to follow your pet’s regular eating, exercise, and potty routine to keep their schedule consistent. I understand how important reliability and familiarity are for pets, and I’m committed to making this a stress-free experience for both you and your beloved companion. We can enjoy on- or off-leash playtime in the backyard or common areas based on your comfort level and preferences. No matter which service you choose, you can trust that your pet will be cared for with the same love, patience, and attentiveness as if they were my own.
A typical day
I enjoy going on walks with dogs so that we can get our steps and exercise in. I also enjoy more active games such fetch and hide and seek with their toys. Once we’re acquainted I enjoy cuddling with my pets to enjoy a good show.
