We all adore Margaretha! She's so good with the dogs. We really like the pictures and videos she sends. Charlie plays so hard, he comes home and takes a nap!

About: I have 3 rescue dogs one is a Doxiepoo (half dachshund half poodle) and the other two are dachshunds. They are crate trained. I have loved dogs since I can remember, I can help with training while in my home and they have a huge yard to play in! I can only take dogs under 40lbs. I currently work part time from home and have plenty of time to spend with your pup. I do have a covered patio for them to hang out and is shaded for part of the day. I have a huge fenced yard and 3 pups of my own. I do have other crates if needed for the times I need to run errands and while I work. They will have frequent potty breaks for the times I am working. I can also provide a special diet if needed for your pup.

Daisy is a Nervous Nelly therefore the first visit was getting acquainted and familiar with Ann, Michael and Fleury. At the 2nd visit, Daisy was excited upon arrival and ran up to the door with stubby tail wagging. Ann was gentle and patient with Daisy, and we are looking forward to lots of future visits.

Grateful to have found Donna’s family to watch Lèska for the day on such short notice. I have no complaints but will advise future dog parents to double-check if Rover’s dog sitters have a full house ? ? ?‍? or if it will be just your dog solo.

Stephanie was amazing! Very attentive to our two dogs and was great at keeping us up to date on how they were doing! Our pups always seemed happy in the photos and we will definitely ask her to watch them again! We were running later than we’d expected for their pick up and she was very gracious and patient with us, which we appreciated. Highly recommend her!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Travis! Our Lagotto is very reserved and reluctant to leave us. Travis is the only doggy daycare provider we have used where she jumps out of the car and runs excitedly up to his door. Travis was patient in introducing our Roma to his two dogs. His communication is great. I love his house with doggy door and fenced in backyard.

About: My experience with dogs started in my childwood, with my Grandfather, he raised a line of German Sheppards in his farm and all the time he had new poppies they end up with me and my mom until they were big enought to interact with the old ones in the farm. As a adult, I have Eva, a 9 years old Golden Retriver, my wife has 2 dogs that stayed in Brazil with her family: a german sheppard and a spritzel. We love dog, we love to play with them, teach some tricks, all the things that make dog the men's (and women's) best friend. I came to the US to work in a tech company here in Chandler Arizona, my wife is a nurse and since we can from Brazil in January she still studying (2 days per week) english to be able to work here, so she has 100% avaiablity to help me with the dogs. We have flexible hours and can handle at least 2 "extra" dogs per week. We live in a big home in Chandler (Ocotillo). We have a nice backward where they can play (when the weather is nice) and we also normally walk the dogs every night during the summer (when it's coller) and normally during the day in the winter time. The house has all the protections and is already adapt to dogs since Eva lives here with us.

About: While I am new to Rover, I have been caring for my friends, family, and neighbors pets for the last 30 yrs. Just like humans, no two dogs are a like, so every job is catered specifically to your pets needs. I know how stressful travel can be on our animals so I always approach each assignment with extreme calm, patience, and positivity. I am a big believer in positive reinforcement. That way your dog/cat and I can build a strong and trusting relationship. I strive to treat everyone's pets as if they are my own fur babies. My full time job is caring for your fur baby and making sure they are healthy, happy, and comfortable, until you get home. Since this is AZ, our days are planned around the heat. In the winter we spend as much time outside as possible, walking, hiking, playing fetch. I like to teach new pups how to find treats in our designated dig spot in the backyard. In the warmer months I'll set an alarm early so we can still spend a few hrs outside before it gets too hot. I like to set up a kiddy pool so all of the pups can run around and cool off. I take AZ heat very seriously and am always on the look out for animals getting overheated. I will also always check the temperature of the sidewalk before heading out for a walk. If I'm caring for a pet in your home my in home visits include *Feeding and fresh water (I'll also keep the bowls clean) *Potty breaks *Playtime or cuddles *walks or enrichment time *medication management (if needed) *Mail collection *plant watering. If there is something you need done and it can be completed within the 30 min timeframe Id be happy to help. My goal is for your pup to feel happy, fed, and loved everyday before I leave. At my home I have a medium size fenced yard that is half grass half dirt. I also have a designated dig pit for the dogs who love to dig. I have a one yr old, male, 25lb mini Aussie/terrier mix, who is the welcome wagon and loves all dogs. He's available all day long to play or just cuddle in the sun. In the winter he gets walked 3 times a day and in the summer we go early in the am and late at night. We also enjoy going to the park when it is empty or hiking. I have a medium size crate in my bedroom but there is room for a larger one. If your pup prefers to sleep in his crate alone, I also have a guest bedroom they can go in. But I usually suggest letting your dog sleep in his crate or dog bed in my room since its a new environment.

About: I’ve been doing drop in care, overnight and special needs critters since I was in college in the late 90s. I love cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, gerbils, mice, hamsters and ferrets. I’m open to snakes depending on whether or not they can kill me. I currently work from home so I have considerable flexibility in my schedule. As a general rule I can make myself available for a booking so long as I have advance notice. I have a fenced yard with a grassy area. My home is also close to green belts for walks. I specialize in in your home care and seeing to any and all quirks your pets (and you) may have.

I’m extremely selective about who I trust with my senior dog, Lila, and Allie and Joey have been amazing. They’re helpful, punctual, and incredibly trustworthy. Lila is on multiple medications for a collapsed trachea and seizures, and they’re always reliable with her meds, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m at work or out. They’re great about sending photos and videos, and I can always tell how happy and comfortable Lila is. She actually gets so excited when she realizes she’s going to see Allie and Joey, which says everything about how well she’s treated. They were also willing to help with a last-minute booking and truly go the extra mile, even during emergency situations. I couldn’t recommend them more....Lila is always cared for like she’s their own.

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Casa Blanca

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of June 2026, there are 1,870 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Casa Blanca. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Casa Blanca commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in AZ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 1,870 sitters in Casa Blanca, 88% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
