About: I have taken care and grown up with animals my whole entire life. I love and appreciate all animals, I have taken care of almost every single animal of all ages shapes, and sizes! I am currently available at all times and I do look forward to playing and exercising experiences with all of your furry friends. My schedule allows me to give dogs plenty of individual attention throughout the day. I plan my routine around exercise, structured play, rest periods, potty breaks, and enrichment rather than leaving dogs unattended for long stretches. I strive to maintain each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable while you’re away. Safety is always my highest priority. Every new dog is introduced gradually based on temperament and comfort level. I have experience using crates appropriately for rest, meals, and decompression when needed, and I carefully supervise all interactions between dogs. If your dog prefers quiet one-on-one attention, I’m happy to accommodate that as well. I believe every dog is an individual. I take time to observe behavior, communication, and comfort level so I can provide care that fits each dog’s personality rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) 40 hours WEDNESDAY afternoon thru SATURDAY night. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 7am to 12pm. Sunday thru Tuesday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my full time work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. About: I love animals with all my heart!! I currently have a high energy large German Shepard and Lab at home who I adore. I am great with all breeds and not scared of reactive dogs. I am very patient and dedicated to making sure all pets are safe, happy and well taken care of. I don’t own any cats, but I love them just the same and I am more than willing to accommodate!! I am currently a student and I do most of my school work from home leaving lots of free time for pet care, I am very flexible with my hours and I can do early mornings / late nights My German Shepard Waylon and our roomates lab, Carl, are my responsibilities most days of the week. About: I've taken care of pets from dogs to lizards since I was 12, and have been doing drop-ins and house-sitting for family, friends, and my community for as long as I've been able to drive. I'm able to give meds for older dogs with more needs, and have trained my own dogs well in obedience training, so I have plenty of experience with a firm voice for more unruly dogs that need a little extra attention. I'm good with all animals (even the wild ones), and have experience caring for animals that need to stay separated, and am willing and able to adapt to any family I need. I currently am between jobs, the only duty I have is taking care of my own pets (amd occasionally younger siblings) so I have plenty of time to look after and care for pets I have a gentle hand and a firm voice, and have experience with obedience-training dogs particularly, and have faith in my ability to care for even the more unruly of pets. I am comfortable with crate-training and crate-trained dogs, as well as shutting them in their own room when no one is present in the home. I also have good leash experience, so walks would be easy and comfortable for me.

I had them for 17 years until they left for doggy heaven October 2024 and February 2025… I am not ready to fully commit again quite yet so decided babysitting and loving on others’ furbabies will help the healing. About: My family has had many dogs I have had to take care of. Other family members and friends have relied on me many times to take care of their pets while they were away! I am currently a full time student at ODU completing my pre-reqs for nursing school. Despite my school schedule, I am still available for your pets needs and am able to stay with them as well! About: I have grown up with pets all my life. From dogs of all ages and breeds, cats young and old, birds and even Guinea pigs. My love for animals show in the way I care for them. I am a homebody and would rather stay at home watching Netflix with your pet and my cat. I work during the week but I am free to board on weekends.
