About: Hi! My name is Ashley, and I have been around animals my entire life. I have experience caring for small, medium, and large dogs with a variety of personalities and energy levels. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply having company, I am happy to provide the care and attention they need while you’re away. I am also comfortable around cats and understand that every pet has their own routine and preferences. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family members, and I will treat your pets with the same care, patience, and affection that I would give my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! Please note: My house-sitting service does not include overnight stays. I provide care throughout the day and evening and will return the following morning for continued care. If your pet requires a sitter to remain in the home overnight, I may not be the best fit for your needs. My availability is Wednesday evening through Sunday evening each week. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting during that time and will do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine and needs. I don’t currently have a pet in my home, but I have spent my life around dogs and have experience caring for pets with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I understand how important routines are for animals, and I strive to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while they are in my care.

About: Hello, I have an adult cat and a 9 month old golden retriever. I have experience in training my golden, who can do basic and more complex commands (some were taught by me and by a trainer). I am okay with caring for young’s pets, and am open to giving medications or other special care that your fur babies may need :) I enjoy walking my dog and also have a cat stroller if any kitties would like some outside time! I am a full time student and barista, so I work morning shifts most days. I am typically available in the afternoons and evenings to drop-ins or walks! I care for any pet as if it is my own! I enjoy walking my dog at parks or in neighborhoods, and would do the same for other pups. I give love and pets to my cat daily, and would of course treat other cats with the same attention!

About: I've worked in animal welfare & shelters since 2015. I have lots of experience working with dogs and cats with various personalities and needs. I personally own 3 dogs and several cats all at various ages. One of my cats is disabled- and I've owned and worked with dogs and cats that have special needs (seziures, CH, deaf, blind), take daily medications, and possess specific breed traits/personalities that can't make them difficult to manage. Currently work remote and have a large amount of flexibility in between travel for work. I can prov8de limited boarding in home- dogs must be able to coexhist with cats, be able to be crated and/or left in a single room unattended, and be respectful of baby gates. I do have a separate space for cats that is easier to manage. Current cats in the home do free roams but there is an entire space devoted to the dogs in the home. Can crate and rotate as needed and care for up to 2 dogs if everyone can get along. In your home I prefer to stick to as close of a routine that you provide them with- from their potty breaks to morning and evening walks. Staying as consistent as possible can help provide a relaxing trip for you and your pet.

About: Lifetime dog owner, very active. I love long walks on the beach. And so do my dogs! I currently have a 5 year old Lab/Great Dane mix and 3 year old Aussie mix. We walk and play daily. I am willing to travel for daily walks or overnight stays. All size dogs are welcome. Large dogs are no problem. I’ve got a great arm so I’m the perfect fetch partner. About: I have taken care of my own pets and the various pets of neighbors and friends for years! About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours SUNDAY thru WEDNESDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire life! My dream job was to be a veterinarian until I realized I’d probably get attached to the animals haha. I’ve been house/pet sitting for relatives for the past 7 years now and I love it!! I love being able to take them to dog parks, playing, or even just having a chill day! I also love to spoil the pets by buying extra toys to play with and some good snacks! I think doing rover and being able to care for others pets will be a great way to spend my time since I love animals! I update my calendar every 2 weeks and communicate through my inbox! I’m active, reliable, and available from early mornings until late afternoon. I’ve cared for everything from a home full of 7 cats and 4 labradoodles (all at once!) to countless pets belonging to friends, family, and friends of friends. I have a 6 year old son with special needs who absolutely adores pets so if you’re looking for boarding, please make sure your pet is child-friendly. During the day however, he’s in school and I will be able to cover those who may not be small child friendly. Originally she started off walking our lab and terrier mix and they both absolutely adored her. Then we unexpectedly had to put our terrier down and she missed him just as much as we did. A month later we rescued our yorkie and she didn’t hesitate taking him on. He wasn’t leash trained, was scared and just over all a traumatized dog. She helped him walk on a leash, carried him when he needed to be carried and loved him through. We are devastated at her moving and not being able to care for our boys anymore.
