About: Hi everyone, my name is Carly. I have a sweet little dog of my own (chihuahua) he’s 3 years old. I would love to watch your pets, walk them, play with them. I will be able to give pets medicine or if they have anxiety comfort! I’m very good with animals and would love to meet yours! I work 4 days a week and have plenty of time to watch pets, I can do a drop by or overnights! I’m free most weekends and Mondays! Pets will be loved and cared for! About: I grew up in a home with two medium-sized dogs, Levi and Lizzy, who are just now starting to enter their senior years! I have taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes in both an overnight and check-in environment. I am comfortable administering medicine orally to animals and have no problem cleaning up accidents. I am currently an ODU DPT student. Right now I am in Danville on a clinical rotation for the summer at SOVAH hospital. I am typically available after 3pm to do any drop-ins or walks. I can also work some early morning sessions in as well. Weekends are completely free! Though I have experience with overnight visits, I am most comfortable with drop-ins at your home. I can drop in for feedings, bathroom breaks, walks, changing litter boxes, and playtime! I can assure you that I will respect your home and your pets while ensuring that everyone's needs are met.

I’m comfortable with feeding, playtime, walks, litter box care, and giving pets plenty of attention and affection. I work mornings and am typically off by noon, so I have plenty of availability for pet care in the afternoons and evenings. I occasionally have afternoon appointments, but my schedule is flexible and I’ll always communicate my availability in advance. I’m active, reliable, and available from early mornings until late afternoon. I’ve cared for everything from a home full of 7 cats and 4 labradoodles (all at once!) to countless pets belonging to friends, family, and friends of friends. I have a 6 year old son with special needs who absolutely adores pets so if you’re looking for boarding, please make sure your pet is child-friendly. During the day however, he’s in school and I will be able to cover those who may not be small child friendly. I don’t mind hopping in the car to take your pup to the park or on a trail if they need more than just a quick lap around the block. I’m a big morning person who thrives on routine but, full disclosure, I avoid rush hour or late-night driving since my son is with me after 3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in, or a place to stay while you’re away, I am here to help. My son and I enjoy walking whenever we can around our neighborhood in Hilton. I have a pet and baby proof clean home with a gentle loving child. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me so you won’t have to worry about anyone making a mess and it not being cleaned up.

I am good at basic training things such as : sit, stay, lay down, and I can also teach them to play dead. I don't mind feeding them or bathing them either. I can't wait to meet your fury companions! I have fenced yard if I were to have your pet at my home. I also have a female dog who is super energetic while outside. I own a dog crate as well, just in case.
