“Jordyn was a great sitter for my pup! She was able to change plans and check in on him for an extended amount of time while my flights were delayed and I felt good knowing he was in great hands.”

“Jasmine is a pleasure to work with! She will accommodate you and your pet in any possible way that she can. When there is a need to adjust the schedule, she works with you to make it happen. I highly recommend her and the service that she provides.”

“Look... Emily is the kind of service provider that I would hire to be my permanent dog nanny if I were wealthy. I typically don't give as high of praise as I will forever give this lovely person! She made a short notice family emergency a lot less of a problem by being "the cool aunt" for our pups while we handled life stuff. For real, Emily is amazing.”

“Felicitas is truly exceptional. My cat Mina is quite spoiled and not very sociable, which is common for many domesticated cats. Her mother was feral, and Mina is deeply bonded to me, so she can be wary of others. While some might find this behavior off-putting, Felicitas was patient, attentive, and handled Mina with complete professionalism. From the moment I met her, I knew she was the right sitter for us. She has a genuinely kind spirit, and it’s immediately clear how much she loves animals. Felicitas is without a doubt one of the best pet sitters on Rover. If you choose someone else, your pet will miss a rare opportunity to be truly loved and cared for, and you’ll miss out on the same peace of mind I had while away.”

“Super personable, my babies warmed up to her the second she walked in. She sent me lots of photos, letting me know everything and updating me as needed. I loved coming home and seeing all the toys scattered around, so they must have been more than stimulated. I had forgotten to leave the AC on, so she opened windows for freash air and turned on a fan. She even offered to pick up my mail. ABOVE AND BEYOND PROFESSIONAL VISITS AND SERVICE. From now on, she will be my 1st pick. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟”

“For us, it was the first time leaving our kitties for two weeks with a pet sitter. We needed to find a person that inspired trust and that our kittens we not afraid of during the first contact. We found that and much more with Maecen. When she came to meet our family, my kitties acted as if she was one of us. They let her pet them and rubbed against her legs, GREAT SIGN. Then, during our trip, we loved seeing all the pictures and visit summaries she sent us. But most importantly, we noticed how well cared for our pets were every time she came to see them. Maecen is sweet, kind and great at doing all the chores she completed. She was also amazing with play time and providing a safe environment for them. Thank you Maecen from the bottom of our hearts, and we will be booking more of your time for every vacation we take. Lola and Tomas will be delighted to have you 🤩☺️”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and love caring for pets of all kinds! I’ve helped care for stray cats and dogs growing up, have pet sitting experience, and I’m currently a cat mom myself. I’ll always make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away :) I work full-time, but I’m available after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. I enjoy using my free time to care for pets, go on walks, and give them attention while owners are away. I live in an apartment with my own furbaby and I’m willing to go sit at your place or check in on the animals when needed.
About: Experienced and passionate animal-care provider. I have experience caring for canines, cats, birds, horses, reptiles, rodents, and additional exotics. Additionally, I have worked in various animal settings such as zoological facilities, animal shelters, veterinary clinics, animal training programs, and pet sitting. I absolutely love working with any animal, especially exotics and strive to provide the best care possible to better promote their well-being. Overall, my experience stands out from others as I have worked in facilities that have taught me how to provide the best care for any companion animal. I am currently working full-time as an Animal Care Technician, so my schedule will reflect based on client needs for their companion animal and my availability. I am off on Sundays and Mondays every week, leaving more room for services! I care for another’s pet based on the client’s needs, schedules they have setup, and how they want their pet cared for. I am passionate about having every pet in a safe, and trusting environment, for which I can provide under my care.
“Sara has been wonderful with our three cats!!! Letting me know one may have an ear ailment. We are so grateful for her while we were in Christmas vacation!!!! Definitely recommend her!!!!”

“Ashley is the best! This was the first time my babies were left with someone other than my sister and I came home to happy pups. They were well taken care of and given lots of love. Would definitely use her services again and recommend to others.”

“Courtney is great! Very kind, compassionate and personable. She was great with our dog who is always skeptical of new people. Super patient. Looking forward to hiring her again soon!”

“Stephanie did a fantastic job taking care of my dog Charley during a house drop-in visit. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly took the time to make sure Charley was comfortable and well cared for while I was away. I really appreciated the updates and attention to detail. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything was handled. I would absolutely book with Stephanie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. I have spent the last 3 years volunteering with Hope for Life Rescue and Penninsula Regional Animal Shelter, working hands on with pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, from bottle feeding kittens and puppies to caring for senior dogs who need extra patience and attention. I’m the go-to person for family and friends whenever they need someone reliable and loving to care for their pets, whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, daycare, or overnight boarding. I have experience administering medications, handling nervous or shy animals, and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for like family. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, and I treat every animal as if they were my own, with patience, compassion, and plenty of love. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because animals are already a big part of my life. I volunteer regularly with a local rescue and animal shelter, foster when needed, and I also run my own business from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, daycare, and boarding. I provide a safe, loving, and structured environment whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and exercise, and my own pets (two cats and one dog) are all friendly, well socialized, and up to date on their vaccines. My dog, Mercury, just turned two and is full of energy. She loves meeting other dogs and enjoys playdates, which makes her a great companion for social pups who enjoy interaction and play. My goal is always to create a calm, trustworthy environment where both pets and pet parents feel comfortable and confident.

“I cannot say enough about Dawn. She is very kind. I have an active Australian shepherd/ lab mix and needed some help for several days while dealing with family issue out of home. Dawn took to Penny super quick and I loved the visit summary and pics. I am sure Penny misses her already but I will definitely contact her again when needed. 5+ stars!!”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs all my life and currently have a senior kitty! I have also been fostering kittens through senior kitty for 4 years through the local shelter. Some dog breeds I’ve had experience with are Great Danes, German Shepherd, yorkie, shih tzu, Pomeranian, labs, golden retriever, boarder collies, chiweenie, and pit bulls, I am military and work full time. My schedule is pretty consistent (7am-4pm M-F). If your pets need to be let out multiple times during the day, I may not be right for you since I can rarely leave work in the middle of the day. My free time would be after work during the week and most of the day on the weekends! I can not offer sitting in my apartment since my cat is not friendly with other animals. I can only offer house sitting in your residence. I can do over nights if that’s what your pets need!
About: Hi! I've worked with a lot of different sizes and breeds, as well as different temperaments when it comes to dogs and cats. I can also administer medications and take care of exotic fish or other animals if needed. A little bit about me: I am a very calm, patient, and dependable person with 5 lovely dogs between my husband and I( I had 3 and he had 2 when we met!). I’m a former RN currently at home while finishing up my Doctorate. I would love to get back in to walking, drop-in visits, and recently decided to try out out doggy daycare. We have a nice big backyard! I am open to learning and providing your pup with any accommodations that they may need during my visits and/or their stay. I understand how important it is to make sure they feel safe and loved. Feel free to ask any questions. I look forward to working with you! *I do have a toddler at home most days, so it is important that your dog is friendly with children when considering doggy day care. She will not join me for drop on visits or walks! I do my best to provide service at the times requested. I am very dependable, however I may suggest an alternate time if there is a conflict. I will make it work! I am very organized and respectful when making a visit to a pet parents home. I also make sure doors are locked and light are off when I leave.

Aberdeen Gardens cat parents share their Rover experiences
My cat Lydia absolutely loved Jasmine. Lydia would even great her at the door and show her to her toys. Jasmine gives very good updates for her visits. The little details are nice to read. She takes excellent photos for the Rover cards. I saved a few to send to family. Will definitely book again as Lydia approves.

Stephanie cat sit for our 3 days and we were very happy with her services. She was reliable and sent great updates of the cats while we were gone. It made the trip so much easier knowing the cats were comfortable and happy with her while we were gone. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!
