About: Ive been taking care of dogs all my life, i have experience administering oral medication, feeding pets on specific schedules, bathing pets, taking large and small dogs on walks, and I have experience finding vets and getting pets there quick in case of emergency! I have a very flexible schedule! The only days I am not free on are mondays and Wednesdays for school. I can help with daily tasks like walking or feeding the animal! I give pets constant attention and care! I've grown up with very clingy puppies, so I'm used to giving animals all my attention! I'm also used to following specific schedules for the animal! (i.e. food, walking, bathroom)

About: I have taken care and grown up with animals my whole entire life. I love and appreciate all animals, I have taken care of almost every single animal of all ages shapes, and sizes! I am currently available at all times and I do look forward to playing and exercising experiences with all of your furry friends. Plus taking care of all personal wants and needs, accommodations and everything else in between! I have a fenced in yard and I can also crate if need be but prefer to keep ur precious pup very active and entertained at all times!

About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours WEDNESDAY night thru SUNDAY. morning. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I have two guinea pigs of my own and as delicate animals they require a lot of intense care, attention, and love which is how I see pets more as kids than animals. About: I've worked in animal welfare & shelters since 2015. I have lots of experience working with dogs and cats with various personalities and needs. I personally own 3 dogs and several cats all at various ages. One of my cats is disabled- and I've owned and worked with dogs and cats that have special needs (seziures, CH, deaf, blind), take daily medications, and possess specific breed traits/personalities that can't make them difficult to manage. Currently work remote and have a large amount of flexibility in between travel for work. I can prov8de limited boarding in home- dogs must be able to coexhist with cats, be able to be crated and/or left in a single room unattended, and be respectful of baby gates. I do have a separate space for cats that is easier to manage. Current cats in the home do free roams but there is an entire space devoted to the dogs in the home. Can crate and rotate as needed and care for up to 2 dogs if everyone can get along. In your home I prefer to stick to as close of a routine that you provide them with- from their potty breaks to morning and evening walks. Staying as consistent as possible can help provide a relaxing trip for you and your pet.

About: I've loved dogs my entire life and have grown up with them since I was a toddler. Since December 2024, I've worked at Pawscienda in Montpelier, VA, where I've been trained as a Lead Kennel Technician. In that role, I care for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and even the occasional bunny! My experience includes feeding, administering medications, monitoring behavior and health, maintaining clean and safe environments, and providing plenty of exercise, enrichment, and affection. I also have a one year old, fully trained puppy of my own, which has given me even more hands-on experience with training, patience, and understanding a dog's individual needs. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs special medical care, I'll make sure they receive the same attention and care I'd want for my own. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. My classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Outside of class, I'm available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, and I'm happy to work with owners to find times that fit both of our schedules. I will also be available some weekends and can accommodate morning, evening, or overnight care if necessary.
