I get to know each dog or cats unique personality traits, and personalize my care toward what each different animal needs. Whether that be play, relaxation, lots of petting, routine activity, or anything else, I like to learn what keeps your pet happy and secure! :) (Also, if you would like me to take care of your rabbit, I have a lot of experience with rabbits and I can also watch your rabbit!) I am currently working part time, I am available until 3pm monday through friday. I usually like to walk after 9am, but this is flexible, I am happy to meet your pet whenever fits their schedule! I am available most nights of the week if you are looking for me to stay and be with your dog or cat in your home, in which case please chat with me about what works for you! The only service I do not provide is overnight care at my residence, but other than that, I am open to any opportunities and care that your pet may need! If you also have chickens, hamsters, rabbits, or a few other animals that need care, too, I’m happy to care for them all as well (with absolutely no additional charges). I have taken care of other animals, too, and I am motivated to keep your animal family happy, healthy, and safe! Your pet will be like family when in my care. I understand and support every pets need for safety, security, love and routine, and I always hope my services will provide what your dog or cat needs to keep their stress levels low, and their tail wagging (or purring!) Whether your dog/cat is coming to my house, or I am going to yours, I will keep a close eye on them and give them my attention! I am happy to play with then using their favorite toys, and I also have a friendly dog of my own for them to play with! About: I have a lifetime of experience taking care of a multi-pet household - dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, goats, etc. We have loved every one of them for their unique personality - playful puppy/kitten or slower senior, big or small, friendly or standoffish. We currently have a 3-year old female herding dog mystery mutt that loves playing with dog friends. I have experience with all feline and canine personalities and levels of training. I’d prefer dogs that are calm and polite around cats so we aren’t disrupting our kitties lives too much. You will have peace of mind that your fur baby will be showered with cuddles, belly rubs, baby talk, play, treats (as allowed), and fun walks. I have administered basic first aid to my dog - she's been nicked in the face by a big branch, picked up a tick after a grassy walk, and cut her paw pad on a sharp rock - but I cleaned and bandaged her up and she healed wonderfully. We also have all the local emergency vet numbers saved in our phones for quick calls to check wait times if needed (hopefully not!) I work from home 95% of the time but occasionally have to go into the office for the day when I'd be away 9-5 in most cases. Indoors, your dog will have run of the house unless they are typically in a crate as part of your routine, or showing signs of needing to be separated for calmness or safety reasons. We can accommodate a crate if needed, or we can setup their bed wherever they'd be most comfortable. Outdoors have a 50 foot cable leash system outdoors to keep the dogs safe but give them room to roam. Most of our yard is fenced but we have a <4 foot fence in some areas. We will also supervise your dog anytime they are outside, whether a quick potty or an extended fetch session.

About: I have lovingly taken care of dogs and cats for more than a decade and it is always an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with someone's precious fur baby. I happily walk any size dog in any weather, do drop ins to check on them (cats & dogs), play and cuddle to give them the affection they need while waiting for mom & dad to return from work, carry out feedings & give medications as needed, and clean up messes - no big deal. I have my own sweet lab mix who is a wonderful companion and can accompany me if your dog needs socializing or she can chill at home while I focus on just your treasured pet. I can't wait to meet you and your fur family member(s)! ❤️🐾 I am currently assisting my teen daughter with virtual schooling and I am also a Pilates teacher trainee as I am shifting into a more flexible work schedule to allow me to transition out of the corporate career that I have enjoyed for the last 20+ years. I am an active person and love to be in motion and devoting my time to worthy pursuits that foster my passion to make the world a better place. I have flexibility in my weekly Mon-Sun schedule that I would like to fill with a few joyful jobs. I have a fenced yard and my garden is organically tended to without any unsafe chemical products that harm the wildlife I enjoy (critters, insects and birds) or my or visiting pets. My home is welcome to pet visitors and my entire family (husband + 1 teen) dote on visiting cuties.

About: I grew up with pets in the home and have always loved animals of all sizes. I became a licensed Verterinary Technician and practiced until I had children. I then transitioned to being a teacher. As a teacher I'm home during the summer with my two children and have more free time. While I no longer work at a Vet clinic, I still love animals. With my summers free I would love to have a fun companion for my own dog Cody and children to play with and love. Our dog Cody is great with dogs of all ages. He goes to the dog park multiple times a week and understands dog language very well. He loves to play and is non-aggressive with balls and toys. We have a air-conditioned home, and i provide a kiddie pool in summer for dogs to play in and cool down. We live close to dog parks, hikes and the amazing Snoqualmie Valley trail and Tolt river. We have a fully fenced in backyard and an invisible fence in our front yard. We typically take our own dog out for two walks a day in the summer, or to parks with the kids. We love to play outside. Your dog would spend quality time outside each day and be welcomed to snuggle and be loved. I care for pets in my home as if they are my own. I prioritize their health and well-being by communicating with their owners. We do have two children ages 7 and 8 and will need to make sure our host pet is non-aggressive and good with kids. I have worked with our children to pay attention to dogs body language to maintain safety for them and the dogs we host.
