“Rachel has been amazing with Leo! He truly enjoys her company and walking with her! She’s got it down to a science with him, he’s a Frenchie and gives a hard time to walk but she’s been able to get him moving! Thank you Rachel for taking care of Leo when I have long days! You’re appreciated!”

About: New customers get $20 off first booking! https://www.rover.com/sit/tinay36247 I've had two dogs, three cats and worked at a non-profit animal shelter for a number of years. I love animals of all kinds and am excited to take care of your family member! I generally only take one furry friend at a time so that they get my unlimited attention, however, if from same family, I can take more than one. Please message me. During the weekends, I am always at home and around the neighborhood. We have several great dog parks around the neighborhood. If you do not see any available days, please message me and I will be glad to work with you! My schedule can be flexible and adjusted to suit your needs. I have a fenced in backyard and will be sure to always be available to play with and accompany your pet. I will send pictures and videos to update you while you are away. I am responsible and can administer medication if needed. I would love to meet with you and your pet(s) first before you make a decision on a sitter. During that time, we can discuss all of your pet's needs, eating schedule, bathroom schedule, etc...No play will be unsupervised.
About: I am a Veterinary Student at the Royal Veterinary college and have hundreds of experience hours with dogs. I also have a dog of my own that I take care of. This is my full time job and I have lots of flexibility! I’m free during weekends and weekdays. I will make sure I’m available for your pets when you need it! I care for all pets with my years of experience. I am knowledgeable in animal behavior and handling. I stay pretty active so I’m ready for whatever your dog wants to do!
“Alexis was amazing with our new puppy who is still learning how to walk, not jump, etc. She was always patient and willing to be flexible if our pup wouldn’t walk, playing with him in the yard instead. She is reliable and on time. We highly recommend Alexis!”

“Vee has been amazing with my 3 year old goldendoodle Milo! She immediately offered a meet and greet and was punctual and professional with messages and walks! She has also been taking time to play with him and do a little training on the side which has been most helpful and appreciated. This was my first time using rover but I can’t be happier with her services. I will be continuing to work with her!”

About: I currently own a 15 year old havanese girl and look after her daily whenever my parents are at work during the week. I also have walked/watched neighborhood dogs in the past and will never pass up the opportunity to watch a dog no matter the breed! (although my favorite is dachshunds) I currently caddie on the weekends, so anytime during the week is perfect for me. I am free anytime during the week for the most part, availability on weekends can vary. My house is empty during the day during the week, it’s just me and my havanese who's super friendly. My mom comes home in the afternoon along with my sister. Dogs are allowed on furniture and I have multiple dog beds they can chill out and nap on if tired. In terms of sitting in a client’s home, I keep my regimen the same as my own home, respecting whatever rules my client communicates to me.
“We love Chelsy and our active dog loves Chelsy. She's very caring and responsible and communicates very well. Highly recommended, and will definitely consider her for future pet care needs.”
About: I am a lifelong animal lover with extensive experience with a variety of animals. *Independently insured and bonded* I have owned many pets in my lifetime such as hamsters, a boarder collie (Jewel), two ferrets (Bandit and Rey) a cat (Penny lane) and a blue fronted Amazon parrot (Gypsy). I also have some field experience working at an animal shelter as an adoption counselor and at a doggy daycare facility. I have several weekly recurring clients for various services. I am a dog and cat nanny full time. I make my client’s pets my top priority. For Boarding: I only board dogs who are extremely well behaved and properly trained. I require that the dogs have their own crate and be crate trained when staying in my home. It is for the safety of your animal during the times I am away from home. I also do visits at the owners residence to walk, feed and hang out with their pets.
“Isaac was very helpful in last minute walking my anxiety puppy mill rescue (in the rain). He even came to the house the day before for a meet and greet with my pup and acclimation with the house/door/locks. Very helpful, a lot of availability, I will definitely be using him again for walks!”

About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life. I have always had cats and grew up with a dog, and I have adopted formerly feral cats as well as orphaned kittens and puppies, and I have fostered special needs animals. I lived on a small farm starting from the age of 5, so I have experience with various types of animals and love them all. I have taken care of puppies and kittens as well as older pets. I've always been told that I'm great with animals and wanted to go into animal care from a young age. I started my own petsitting business in 2023 and have loved getting to know so many different animals. I recently moved to New York and am excited to get know even more pets here! I have plenty of time during the day to spend time with your animals and give them all the care they need. I have open availability most days. I always want my clients to have peace of mind while they're away and treat all pets like they're my own. I'm always careful to follow instructions on how to best care for the pets, and my priority is always to keep them safe and happy. I don't board animals in my home, since I have a formerly feral cat who is easily scared.
About: I’m a passionate cat lover with years of experience caring for feline friends. Whether your cat is super playful, a bit shy, or a total cuddle monster, I understand that every cat has its own unique personality and needs. I’m here to provide your cat with the best care, love, and attention while you're away. I check in on any pets I’m taking care of throughout the day to ensure they’re getting the attention they need, whether that’s a quick check-in for a few cuddles or cleaning their litter box. I tailor my care depending on whether I’m watching pets in my own home or at a client’s home, and it’s all about creating a safe and comfortable environment for them.
