About: Hi, I have been a dog owner pretty much my entire life & have been dog/house sitting for years. I have experience with small breeds & large breeds, young & elderly. I love to play fetch with dogs & take them for nice long walks/hikes. I am a work from home mom so I have great flexibility in my schedule. I am available for overnights, check ins, walks, & can have 2 well behaved dogs in our home. I am available to bring in trash cans, water plants, bring in mail, pick up dog poop, administer medicine & care for other pets in your home. I work from home, so I have a lot of flexibility in my day to care for animals. We have plenty of space in our home and can easily accommodate 2 well behaved dogs. I have a fenced yard and live near a great regional park that I love to take dogs out on walks to. I have a teen and tween daughter who also love animals and especially like to play and cuddle with.

About: I’ve had neighbors, friends and family rely on my to take care of their kids and pets since I was about 16 but I didn’t start really doing it a lot until I was about 18 and driving. I’m used to taking care of kids and animals at the same time so just taking care of animals would be pretty easy for me. I currently only work weekends 11:15-5:15pm other than that I’m fully available. I do play in some soccer leagues but I’ll only be gone about an hour and a half of the days I play. I am comfortable putting dogs in crates, picking up after animals, feeding them, letting them out and giving them as much love as they will take lol.

“Olivia has been absolutely wonderful with my dog. From day one, she made him feel safe and cared for, taking extra time to ease his anxiety and make sure he was comfortable. She’s thoughtful, dependable, and truly treats him like her own. She even surprised me by drawing a picture of him — such a sweet, personal touch that shows how much she cares. Knowing Olivia is with him gives me total peace of mind, and I’m so grateful to have found her. I can’t recommend her highly enough!”

Whether your pet is a playful pup or a mellow senior, I’ll make sure their unique needs are met and care for them like they’re part of my own family. While I’m new to Rover, I bring several years of experience with both pet and house sitting, and I understand just how important it is to keep your furry companions safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s heading out for a walk, hike or run, or snuggling up on the couch, I’m all about meeting your pet where they’re happiest. I can’t wait to get to know your furry family! “Shelley is AMAZING! She was a godsend for our dog while we were on vacation, providing exercise and activities our elderly house sitter couldn’t. From the moment she arrived, her calm, professional demeanor put us at ease, and our dog adored her instantly. Her meet-and-greet process showed her dedication—she took the time to understand our dog’s needs and even had an intake form to ensure everything was covered. She took him to the park for fetch, his absolute favorite, and even helped reinforce training we had struggled with. Shelley kept us updated with photos and check-ins, making the experience stress-free. If you want a reliable, caring, and organized dog sitter, hire Shelley! We’ll definitely use her again.”

Gary R.
“Hello Rover, I was with Gary when we went to the animal shelter looking at dogs and was surprised when he picked a minpin senior estimated at about 10 years old at the time. He took excellent care of Spike who enjoyed at least 6 more years of loving care and walks everyday. As he got older Spike you could tell Spike loved being outside but not able to walk as far. Gary would walk Spike a little bit slower and then carried him the rest of the way when Spike got tired. I would let Gary watch my dog anytime and trust they would receive the best care.”
