“Lindsay was such a good sitter for my little yorkie boy, Monty Banks! Super caring and attentive, making sure he was happy!! I explained that he is ALWAYS with me and may not be very engaging and just miss his mama, but she took him for an awesome walk and kept him busy and he even snuggled a bit. The photos were so cute and made me feel safe, as this is only our second time using Rover…what a great experience!! I was visiting wine country for a girls trip and decided last minute to grab a mud bath…so happy to have someone so special to puppy sit!!!”

She always plays with him and gives him tons of love and affection. She is responsible and maintains the feeding and walking schedule for our dog. She also takes good care of our bunnies. She is neat and clean and always leaves the house in good order for when we return home. She also waters our garden and plants. It is a relief and comfort to know that she is staying at our house and caring for our animals. I highly recommend Erin for house sitting. She always does a great job.”

About: I’ve had neighbors, friends and family rely on my to take care of their kids and pets since I was about 16 but I didn’t start really doing it a lot until I was about 18 and driving. I’m used to taking care of kids and animals at the same time so just taking care of animals would be pretty easy for me. I currently only work weekends 11:15-5:15pm other than that I’m fully available. I do play in some soccer leagues but I’ll only be gone about an hour and a half of the days I play. I am comfortable putting dogs in crates, picking up after animals, feeding them, letting them out and giving them as much love as they will take lol.

About: I really love dogs and have fun getting out with them exercising and playing. They’ll become part of my pack. We’ll play lots of catch, frisbee, and explore the neighborhoods. “Hello Rover, I was with Gary when we went to the animal shelter looking at dogs and was surprised when he picked a minpin senior estimated at about 10 years old at the time. He took excellent care of Spike who enjoyed at least 6 more years of loving care and walks everyday. As he got older Spike you could tell Spike loved being outside but not able to walk as far. Gary would walk Spike a little bit slower and then carried him the rest of the way when Spike got tired. I would let Gary watch my dog anytime and trust they would receive the best care.”

“Miranda took care of my two pups in our house while we were out of town for a week and couldn’t have done a better job. We have an older dog that requires seizure medication twice daily, as well as an energetic 1 year old puppy, and she did an excellent job with both. We got frequent pictures/video updates of lots of playtime, walks, and cuddles. When she saw the dogs again after dogsitting they practically tumbled over themselves to get to her to say hi. I wholeheartedly recommend her and will absolutely be using Miranda to dogsit whenever she’s available in the future.”

About: Hey there! I'm a gal who doesn't own a dog (just 3 cats!) who works from home some days of the week and is happy to take care of your pooch! I joke with my friends and family that I'm a kennel for their pups when they go out of town - why not help out other local friends! I have owned dogs my whole life but just don't have the time to own one currently so I'm happy to help out those that need someone to watch their fur baby! We have a wonderful large fenced yard in a quiet part of St. Helena. Your dog can have free access to the home and our fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood next to vineyards where the pup can play! Happy to help you out - bring on the dogs! I love them all and am a fun and active person who will take wonderful care of your pet ( just ask my friends how obsessed I am with my cats Grover, Fat Freddy & Ralph!!). Thank you! I work from an office most days with the exception of event weekends and some evenings. I do sometimes have to leave during the day but your dog would be in a secure home with us. Fenced yard on the vineyard and close by lots of walking and vineyards. We do have 3 cats so I prefer your dog to be cat friendly or be able to take some hissing from them.

About: I have experience in dog and cat sitting for multiple nights for about two years now. I have experience with dogs that require long walks and cats that need to be monitored during the day. I currently work part time, therefore I am available most week days. At the moment, I am only available to walk dogs on my free time and house sit if necessary. I like taking dogs on long walks or runs if they are capable. I usually give pets their space when they are relaxing at home.
