I explained that he is ALWAYS with me and may not be very engaging and just miss his mama, but she took him for an awesome walk and kept him busy and he even snuggled a bit. The photos were so cute and made me feel safe, as this is only our second time using Rover…what a great experience!! I was visiting wine country for a girls trip and decided last minute to grab a mud bath…so happy to have someone so special to puppy sit!!!”

Kaitrin calmly cleaned up the mess, thought to remove the paper towels she used to clean up, took Oakley out to play, then returned her to the clean playpen and texted me to let me know what happened! Clearly this was a completely unexpected complication and Katie handled it perfectly! I’ve hired her to walk Oakley while I’m recovering from surgery and am very happy with my decision!”

About: I raised my lagotto romagnolo from 12 weeks to 3 1/2 years when she died suddenly of horrible pancreatic cancer in March :( I’m not quite ready for another dog of my own, but I welcome the opportunity to get my fill of snuggles and walks/runs/hikes with other sweet dogs. My home is quiet and loving, and I’m very active. My partner has a 6yo 50% of the time. I work from home, up early every morning. On weekends, I like to be outside for longer walks/hikes/runs. Very tidy so don’t love a lot of shedding at my house. Backyard is fully fenced in and I used to leave the sliding door open for my dog during the day. My dog was crated until about 1.5 years, then I just left the crate door open - will do whatever the owner prefers.

About: I've been a long time dog owner with experience from puppyhood to senior caregiver. Currently, I have 2 sweet corgis in my life who I enjoy playing fetch with and taking for walks. I am also a grandma to a Weimaraner and 2 sweet cats. I'm happy to help beloved family members stay safe and on a schedule with exercise and meals while their people have to be away. I currently have a flexible schedule while working on personal, creative projects from my home and so I have a wide window of time available for checking in on, feeding and walking pets throughout any given day. Before servicing your pet(s) in your home, we will discuss your expectations, pet personality and needs so that visits are successful. We will discuss in advance feeding, medication, walking, potty and play schedules so you and your pet(s) are comfortable while you are away.
