We knew we made the right choice when we first met and then again at drop off but these added acts of kindness really made our trip that much more enjoyable. “I felt completely comfortable knowing that Petey was with Lauren and Kari, and their daughter. They took him on walks, and gave him lots of love. He was excited to see me, but I could tell he didn’t feel abandoned leaving him with new people overnight. In fact, I think he will probably get extremely excited anytime we are somewhere that resembles Napa, hoping to see his new friends again.”

He also had a heavy pill schedule which they were very conscientious about. So he was not the easiest of dogs to board overnight for a week but they were super sensitive to his needs and highly responsible in every way. They kept me posted almost daily and sent photos. “Marcus is the best! I was so nervous to leave our senior pug with someone new because he's pretty needy and has some dietary issues that can be a nuisance, but Marcus exceeded our expectations. He was so accommodating to all of Dug's quirks and his home is such a nice and quiet, relaxing place for an older dog. He walked Dug everyday, was at home with him the whole time, and sent plenty of photos and updates on his stay. We're so happy to have found a new friend for our dog!”

“Daniel, my son always wanted a dog. But it was never in the cards for our family, due to work schedules, time away from the house and other activity's. Then Daniel met his sweetheart and she came into his life with Joey. A temperamental pom rescue who thought he was king. Joey soon realized that Daniel was the pack leader and fell into line. I enjoyed watching my son become attached to Joey. His skills and compassion for the dog, helped Joey get over his rescue trauma and he became the mascot for our family. My granddaughter even referring to Joey as her cousin. Unfortunately, Joey passed of old age, leaving a hole in the family to be filled. My son is excellent with dogs and would take care of your dog as he took care of his own.”
