“Brandi did an awesome job taking care of my dogs, Tucker and Katie. I was worried about Tucker because he can be a grumpy old man. But I had nothing to be worried about. Brandi was able to read him and know when he needed some time alone. Both dogs came home super tired from all the play that had. Brandi updated with lots and lots of pictures showing the dogs playing, gave them a Pupcup treat from Starbucks, and gave them dry baths before they came home. I would recommend Brandi, she has good systems in place for watching dogs. We would use her again!”

About: I’ve always had a deep love for dogs, having grown up with them in the Champagne Region (France), and I finally moved to California three years ago after spending a decade living in Australia, South Africa, and China. About: Hey, I’m Chappy! Christopher is my legal name… I specialize in walking / caring for large dogs and working breeds, but am happy to work with all breeds and sizes. I have worked with high-energy, reactive, less than sociable dogs too, giving them the physical and metal fulfillment they need. I personally have two larger dogs, Count (German Shepherd Husky mix, 110lbs) and Bentley (German Shepherd Dutch Shepherd mix, 80lbs). Dogs stay in our home and are integrated into real family life — with structure, supervision, fresh air, and plenty of rest. The vineyard is partially fenced, however, we keep dogs on leashes during their outings at all times unless they have reliable recall at the owner’s discretion. We utilize crates to keep dogs separated during mealtimes and when unsupervised (at night). We also have a gate setup outside as an extra barrier. In addition to Rover's insurance, we have a 3rd party insurance policy because your dog's care is our priority.

About: I've owned at least one pet consistently since I was 5 years old. I was a pre-vet major when I started college, have worked in veterinary offices, volunteered at the humane society and have been pet sitting for years. I absolutely adore animals and love having them around. I work full time from home and share custody of my son and my dog who are with me (about) every other week. Both my dog and my son love animals are are very friendly, kinda and loving to all pets and they both love to play with other dogs! I have a cat at home as well who is dog friendly and sometimes plays with my dog or will hide when not in the mood. Pet care is a daily routine for me. We'd love for your furry friend to join our walks and home for lots of fun and play while you're away! I take great pride in learning what makes your pets the most comfortable while you're away. If you prefer me to stay in your home that is of course the least stressful for your furbaby. If you prefer I host your furbaby(s) at my home, my cat and dog (depending on the time you book) will keep them company and have lots of play time and snuggles! I have a small fenced yard but nearby dog parks and homemade treats! Because I work from home dogs are given daily walks and several opportunities to go to the bathroom outside. If a dog goes to the bathroom in the house repeatedly, a $150 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. I make every effort to work with you and the dog to prevent this but if it continues the fee will be added to your stay.

I explained that he is ALWAYS with me and may not be very engaging and just miss his mama, but she took him for an awesome walk and kept him busy and he even snuggled a bit. The photos were so cute and made me feel safe, as this is only our second time using Rover…what a great experience!! I was visiting wine country for a girls trip and decided last minute to grab a mud bath…so happy to have someone so special to puppy sit!!!”

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of pet you can think of. I started using Wag a few years ago and fell in love. Each has a specific personality and all are very loving. I have watched my dad’s boxer, my mom’s shitzu, wag customers’ dogs from lab to terrier, a few friends’ cats and most recently began caretaking my own kitten. I have worked with dogs and cats that need to take medication and crate training as well. I am excited to meet your furry friends! I make my own schedule and currently have Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays pretty open. I also can fit in a drop in or quick walk when I am not in meetings! About: I have grown up with dogs and cats since I was 5. We had medium sized dogs, 2 terrier mixes Benz & Benjamiah, and a poodle named Tracy. My grandparents had Irish Setters, Brandy & Rusty, who I spent my summers running and swimming with. We had a Siamese cat Coco, a domestic short haired named Butterscotch, a longhaired named Gati, and had 4 cats at one point- Strider, Waldon, Keelee & Kara. I even owned guinea pigs Albert & Lilac, a hamster I took over for a roommate named Einstein, and a beta fish Bebe lol. Do sea monkeys count lol? I give animals 100% attention, and make sure they feel loved and cared for. I love playing with cats with feather wands or laser pointers, and playing fetch and tug of war with dogs. I feel comfortable with animals to make sure they feel safe and am willing to try and help out with unwanted behavior. I have my cat Gizmo, who is more in retirement mode lounging about at the ripe old age of 20. I am currently able to pet sit full time. I have 2 regular clients that I walk their dogs 3 times a week, 1 client’s dogs I walk 5 times a week and 1 client’s dog I walk twice a week. I do my schedule every week and make it around the pet sitting, so they have priority, so it works for everyone. I make sure to get and follow instructions at my client's home for their pets. I let the pets sleep on the bed with me, and can drive dogs to different places to go for a walk if allowed. I can bring toys for cats if they don't have any to play with, most love catnip if allowed. I bring a collapsable water bowl for dog walks. I give them a lot of attention and love playing with pets. I make sure I know the commands the owner's use so I use the same ones. I give pets a lot of affection, and being a massage practitioner, I do give good rubs and pets, feeling where they could use it, and where they like it as well. They usually look forward to my return, remembering the time I spent with them with their tail wags and excitement on my return. I can send photos of pets, even videos, and don't mind client's checking in while they are gone. I am detail oriented and pay attention to what the pets are doing, like habits, and share that with the owners. I’m used to cleaning dogs paws or drying them off if its been muddy/rainy. Also getting off any eye crust.
About: I grew up taking care of my family's dogs (feeding, bathing, walking, playing with) and I started cat sitting for neighbors when I was ten. I am currently working a part time job from my home, so I have a lot of flexibility to walk, feed, or watch your pets overnight. I won't be able to board animals in my house but because I have two dogs of my own I understand how precious our animals are and promise to treat your animals with the same love and care I treat mine with.

“Brandi did an awesome job taking care of my dogs, Tucker and Katie. I was worried about Tucker because he can be a grumpy old man. But I had nothing to be worried about. Brandi was able to read him and know when he needed some time alone. Both dogs came home super tired from all the play that had. Brandi updated with lots and lots of pictures showing the dogs playing, gave them a Pupcup treat from Starbucks, and gave them dry baths before they came home. I would recommend Brandi, she has good systems in place for watching dogs. We would use her again!”

About: I’ve always had a deep love for dogs, having grown up with them in the Champagne Region (France), and I finally moved to California three years ago after spending a decade living in Australia, South Africa, and China. About: Dogs have been a part of my life for over 10 years! My family and friends have entrusted me with the care of their pets whether that be a doggy beach day, a doggy pamper day or even just to hang out with their pup! I work from home Monday and Friday and I am able to adjust my own schedule to fit in dog walks, play time, feeding time, or whatever have you! My schedule revolves around my doggo! I have a super friendly dog, Shabba, who loves meeting other dogs and running around with them. I love taking dogs on walks or runs to the beach where they can get a lot of play time in :)
