“Lauren took great care of my dog. He has separation anxiety but she managed to overcome that in the 3 nights he was there. They even celebrated Koa’s birthday with extra treats, games and snuggles. I’ll be back!!”

“Kyle and his family took wonderful care of Koko! They took him on long walks and sent plenty of photo updates, which I really appreciated. They were even patient enough to spoon-feed Koko when he was being a picky eater. Kyle is very responsive and flexible with timing. I will definitely book with them again!”

“If I could give Mandi 10 stars, I would. I have complete trust that Mandi, her husband, and their pup Harley provide the highest quality care for our dog, Petey! Mandi took the time to provide daily updates with the cutest photos and videos - so I knew that our dog was having a blast while we were away. Her dog Harley is so very friendly, I have no doubt that he would get along with any dog! Could not recommend more highly!!”

“I booked with Earl super last minute so I really appreciated him getting back to me and watching Norma. She stayed for one night and seemed very relaxed when I got her back which I thought was awesome. Earl sent me some photos of her during her stay to keep me updated. Will definitely book again :)”

“Caren was great! My dog seemed very happy there and she seemed to take great care of her. Her house is in a nice neighborhood and my dog’s age got a lot of good walks and visits to the dog park, etc. Would definitely recommend Caren!”

“Siarra was BEYOND accommodating and welcoming to my big 85 lb pup. She was also very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors which provided me great comfort. This was his 1st stay away from home during the last year and we were gone for 4 days. Siarra made Hershey's first interactions with other dogs at the dog park fun and exciting. She treated him as her own and you can't ask for more than that.”

“Our dog had a wonderful stay! Alexis took great care of him in her home, sent updates and photos, and it was clear he was comfortable and happy the whole time. We felt at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We will absolutely book with her again — thank you for taking such great care of Chauncey! :)”

“My dog Eddie just had his first experience with Brandi, and I can’t say enough good things! I had to take a trip on short notice, and I was a bit nervous about leaving my dog, with someone new. But Brandi made everything so easy. Her communication was fantastic—she kept me updated and sent some great pictures of Eddie having a blast. Eddie got to play with her dog and another pup, and I’m sure he loved having the cats around too! He even got in on a little football action, which he loves. It was clear he made some new friends, and seeing him so happy was comforting. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about pets, I highly recommend Brandi. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again.”

“Michael watched our 6 month old puppy for 2 weeks while my wife and I got married, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Michael and his wife are experienced, gentle, approachable, and have a genuine love for dogs. Hans was walked several times daily, and even got to experience the local farmers market. When we picked him up he was happy as can be, clearly comfortable and thriving in his temporary home. We will definitely be using Michael again, nothing but good things to say.”

I plan my days around pet visits and walks, ensuring consistent feeding times, exercise, and companionship. Pet care is an important, dedicated part of my weekly schedule. “Tiffany was great! She was very professional, and her experience was evident throughout the entire process, from the first message to final pickup. She also sent us regular updates with pictures, which we really appreciated.”

“I was warried leaving my shy dog but Lynette's experience was so valuable. She shared how Moorea felt comfortable after we left text and sent photos throughout the day. She knew exactly what to do with a shy dog and this saves so much time. It was a great experience and will be booking our vacation soon. My dog loves big dog and her dog Tori was so well behaved and sweet around Moorea.”

“Angela took absolutely fabulous care of River while I was away! From chicken dinners, trips to the dog park for fetch, and even adventures downtown for pup cups. River was a happy dog and loved every minute with her. I would absolutely trust Angela again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing Rover sitter!”

“My dog Beau had a great time staying with Jill. She is very warm and loving and took great care of my beloved fur baby. I loved receiving photos during his stay and they have a super safe setup. I could tell Beau was super happy being there which means a lot when you’re away. Would definitely book again!”

“Cymantha was amazing with our dog, Murphy. He is usually VERY reserved with people he doesn't know (and even some people he knows well), but he was nudging Cymantha and her husband within minutes and playing with both of them. Shortly after leaving him, she sent a photo of him relaxing on the sofa with her. It immediately eased our concerns. She continued to send photos of him having a good time with a new toy and snuggling with them. It was a pleasant surprise to see him so relaxed and happy. He seemed reluctant to leave when we picked him up the next day. We will certainly use Cymantha again in the future. She made him feel welcome and he ended up loving her. Thank you Cymantha!”

“Michelle is wonderful! Even though our dog is nervous in new situations, she made Callie feel welcomed and safe right away. Michelle was a great communicator before and during the stay. I won’t hesitate to book with Michelle again!!”

“Our dog riggins had a great time at Lauren and Kari’s! Her first time there and it was a success! She played and was very well taken care of! Great clear communication and fast! They are pros! Thanks for taking care of riggins!”
“Heather and Calob were amazing! They watch our puppy for a long weekend and did a great job of keeping her occupied (which is hard for a puppy!). We would highly recommended them for any travel you’re doing, great folks!”

About: Hey there! I'm a gal who doesn't own a dog (just 3 cats!) who works from home some days of the week and is happy to take care of your pooch! I joke with my friends and family that I'm a kennel for their pups when they go out of town - why not help out other local friends! I have owned dogs my whole life but just don't have the time to own one currently so I'm happy to help out those that need someone to watch their fur baby! We have a wonderful large fenced yard in a quiet part of St. Helena. Your dog can have free access to the home and our fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood next to vineyards where the pup can play! Happy to help you out - bring on the dogs! I love them all and am a fun and active person who will take wonderful care of your pet ( just ask my friends how obsessed I am with my cats Grover, Fat Freddy & Ralph!!). Thank you! I work from an office most days with the exception of event weekends and some evenings. I do sometimes have to leave during the day but your dog would be in a secure home with us. Fenced yard on the vineyard and close by lots of walking and vineyards. We do have 3 cats so I prefer your dog to be cat friendly or be able to take some hissing from them.

About: I grew up with dogs and recently lost my best friend, a corgi, Teddy. As a long time dog-owner, I understand how much anxiety goes into leaving your dog with someone else. I will treat your dog/s as if they were my own. I have much experience with aging / elderly dogs and dogs with special needs (dogs with leash aggression, anxiety, allergies, and prosthetic limbs/wheel chairs). My goal is to get to know you and your dog, and provide tailored service to meet your wants and your furry loved one's needs. I am happy to provide updates and pictures of our time together too! I work from home and have a flexible schedule. Please reach out if you have any additional questions for me! Thank you! I work from home, which allows for frequent walks, potty breaks and play time! Both the dogs and myself appreciate the breaks within the day! I have a fenced in yard and multiple ring cameras to ensure everyone's safety. Neighboring houses do not have dogs; it is a quiet and peaceful environment.

About: My first pet at the age of 5 was a cat, my best friend, Lenard. Followed by Lizzy and another from her first litter named Chaos! I have a soft spot for senior cats. I'll happily provide whatever care they need, sitting and feeding by hand, cleaning the spots they just can't manage or simply letting them take a nap on my chest.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. I have experience with both small and large breeds. It will be all love and play that your furbaby won’t even notice you’re gone! I work full time on weekdays (11am-6pm), with a 30 min commute, and am available early mornings and evenings. On weekends I am free almost all day. I have a dog at home and cannot care for more at my place due to limited space. I am happy to care for others at their home.

“Barbara is experienced, intuitive, dependable and very caring. Our very picky cat responded well to her and she seemed to know exactly what he wanted or needed. She came twice a day at the times we agreed upon (even over the holidays) to feed him, give fresh water, change litter and take care of whatever else he was accustomed to. And to play with him, a lot! It was our first time leaving him with "strangers" , and of course we were nervous. But it all worked out very well and we were quite pleased with her. We're going to book Barbara again for another trip this year.”
“Peter was very patient and compassionate with my reactive dog. He has a lot of knowledge and understanding of behaviors and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. He clearly wants to ensure the best possible experience for you and your pet.”

About: I’ve watched hundreds of animals and treated them lovingly and like my own every time; I have 20+ years experience ranging from French bull Dogs, Terriers, Retrievers, Blue Heelers, Huskies, Labs, Pits & Mutts galore. Currently, when I am home, I am available. There are no interferences. I love to walk and hike and do so every day; having a pup of my own is a goal, until then, I’ll enjoy every dog sitting opportunity & treat yours like gold! I will adhere to any ground rules set forth by owner. I do have a fenced yard where I hang out. I also have one older cat who keeps to herself. At least, I walk dogs twice a day that I care for. I do my best to understand their parents rules at home to emulate them in my own, or enforce them in theirs, I.e. dogs not allowed on furniture etc. I enjoy running with pups if they like to as well. I’ll basically love on your dog and care for it as if it were my own.

“Ashley is a compassionate, calm pet sitter. I scheduled a meet and greet with my dog Piper ahead of day care date. We were greeted warmly and Piper enthusiastically explored her peaceful, pet safe yard. Piper was eager to return for her day of fun, and loved her 3 walks and frisbee play. Thank you, Ashley!”

“I couldn't have been more pleased with Julie! This was my 1st rover experience and I was a bit nervous. When my anxious pup took to her and her home pretty immediately, I relaxed and was able to enjoy some alone time by the pool on my "solo" birthday vacation. Julie is a gem!”

“Lindsay was such a good sitter for my little yorkie boy, Monty Banks! Super caring and attentive, making sure he was happy!! About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. From feeding and walks to playtime and attention, I’m comfortable with all aspects of pet care. Being around animals has helped me understand their different needs and personalities, and I treat every pet like they’re my own! I’m currently a student at Pacific Union College. I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for, while also keeping your home clean and secure.
About: I’ve had neighbors, friends and family rely on my to take care of their kids and pets since I was about 16 but I didn’t start really doing it a lot until I was about 18 and driving. I’m used to taking care of kids and animals at the same time so just taking care of animals would be pretty easy for me. I currently only work weekends 11:15-5:15pm other than that I’m fully available. I do play in some soccer leagues but I’ll only be gone about an hour and a half of the days I play. I am comfortable putting dogs in crates, picking up after animals, feeding them, letting them out and giving them as much love as they will take lol.

About: I provide individualized care for every dog, whether it’s playful energy for puppies or gentle attention for seniors. I’m experienced with training basics, medication administration, and building trust with anxious dogs. My goal is to keep every pup happy, comfortable, and cared for as if they were my own. I plan my days around pet visits and walks, ensuring consistent feeding times, exercise, and companionship. Pet care is an important, dedicated part of my weekly schedule. Whether in my home or yours, I create a calm, loving environment where pets feel safe and cared for. I stick to their routines, provide exercise, and keep communication open with updates and photos.

About: I've grown up with at least 5 dogs in my family for the last 30 years. They ranged from German Shepherds to Minarure Australian Shepherds to Yorkies to Corgis. The list goes on. Life is always better with a dog in it and I would absolutely love to help take care of yours! If you are looking for a loving, happy person to be around your dogs, I will happily take them off your hands whenever you need!
About: I have grown up with dogs and cats since I was 5. We had medium sized dogs, 2 terrier mixes Benz & Benjamiah, and a poodle named Tracy. My grandparents had Irish Setters, Brandy & Rusty, who I spent my summers running and swimming with. We had a Siamese cat Coco, a domestic short haired named Butterscotch, a longhaired named Gati, and had 4 cats at one point- Strider, Waldon, Keelee & Kara. I even owned guinea pigs Albert & Lilac, a hamster I took over for a roommate named Einstein, and a beta fish Bebe lol. Do sea monkeys count lol? I give animals 100% attention, and make sure they feel loved and cared for. I love playing with cats with feather wands or laser pointers, and playing fetch and tug of war with dogs. I feel comfortable with animals to make sure they feel safe and am willing to try and help out with unwanted behavior. I have my cat Gizmo, who is more in retirement mode lounging about at the ripe old age of 20. I am currently able to pet sit full time. I have 2 regular clients that I walk their dogs 3 times a week, 1 client’s dogs I walk 5 times a week and 1 client’s dog I walk twice a week. I do my schedule every week and make it around the pet sitting, so they have priority, so it works for everyone. I make sure to get and follow instructions at my client's home for their pets. I let the pets sleep on the bed with me, and can drive dogs to different places to go for a walk if allowed. I can bring toys for cats if they don't have any to play with, most love catnip if allowed. I bring a collapsable water bowl for dog walks. I give them a lot of attention and love playing with pets. I make sure I know the commands the owner's use so I use the same ones. I give pets a lot of affection, and being a massage practitioner, I do give good rubs and pets, feeling where they could use it, and where they like it as well. They usually look forward to my return, remembering the time I spent with them with their tail wags and excitement on my return. I can send photos of pets, even videos, and don't mind client's checking in while they are gone. I am detail oriented and pay attention to what the pets are doing, like habits, and share that with the owners. I’m used to cleaning dogs paws or drying them off if its been muddy/rainy. Also getting off any eye crust.
About: Aloha! My name is Luna and I have 4 dogs. I have experience with training dogs as well. My furry children are all trained by me and they can walk off leash. Animals are my passion. Walking: I love to run with dogs to get my exercise in, but walking is always great! I have walked dogs for 10 years now. Home Visit: I follow directions. Will take the dog/s out to pee and play for a little if needed and give them lots of love. Definitely play with your kitties and get you as many action shots as possible. As well as snuggles. I’m currently a stay at home mama! I have a pretty open schedule. Weekends are always the best for me, but I can do week days if needed. I follow house rules that are given. Due to the fact that I now have an infant I no longer am caring for dogs in the comfort of my home, but I’m more than happy to take your pup on walks or check in on them

Since I work for myself, I control my schedule so I can accommodate yours! Anyone that knows me knows that I care for my animals like my family! I will care for yours the same way! About: I've had a way with animals that brings a calming energy throughout my life. As a young child I would call the bulls over and pet them on the head. The rancher would call my grandmother; stating I was on the fence again with the Bulls! Reiki is a way of calming and the energy knows what to do. I've worked with horses who are passing and calmed animals who are scared. Its in my nature to bring the intention of nourishing. loving, care to your pets. I work a flexible schedule as a Massage Therapist which allows me to also care for pets. I have worked with small and large animals from horses, pups ands felines. I follow the routines of the families, keeping the schedules I would want followed when my pets are being cared for. This includes their feeding, exercise, and sleep routines.
About: Your little guy/gal is my priority and will receive all the care and love you can imagine. I pet sit for my family and absolutely love dogs. Lost my little guy about 1 year ago. My one wish is that I could adopt every homeless and neglected dog and bring them home with me. I walk 2 miles everyday and would love a companion. A walk in a beautiful park right up the street from me. Or we could sit here and watch tv all day. I am a retired bachelor with a very flexible schedule. With enough notice I can work around your schedule. Available any day of the week. I have no pets at this time or children. My priority and total attention will be given to your pet’s needs. My place is 1400 sq. feet.
“From the moment we met Peter, we immediately felt at ease. He has a calm, confident energy and quickly tuned in to our boys’ personalities and temperament. Peter asked thoughtful questions and paid attention to the details to make sure he could provide the best care possible. We felt completely comfortable leaving our dogs with him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“Lauren took great care of my dog. He has separation anxiety but she managed to overcome that in the 3 nights he was there. They even celebrated Koa’s birthday with extra treats, games and snuggles. I’ll be back!!”

“Our dog riggins had a great time at Lauren and Kari’s! Her first time there and it was a success! She played and was very well taken care of! Great clear communication and fast! They are pros! Thanks for taking care of riggins!”
“Sheila was incredibly kind and flexible. Her home was a place filled with a lot of warmth and love! She was always super prompt when replying to me and sent me many photos of my dog while she was staying there. I will 100% book with Sheila again. Thank you!!!”

“Susan was an amazing caretaker for Ryder this past weekend! She took him on several fun walks and made it feel like a little vacation for him. We loved receiving her updates and adorable photos throughout his stay. Ryder was clearly very well cared for, and we would absolutely love to have Susan help with him again in the future.”

About: I’ve been taking care of my families puppy and my own kitten for about 2 years now ! Ive taken care of other peoples dogs in the past as well! I’m efficient and competent. Im currently a college student, so I spend most of my time at home and just in general I’m a home body. So, I have enough time to care and tend to pets and their needs. I’m very attentive to my own cat and families dog. They both have feeding schedules and are potty trained. I’ve taken my time to make them good pets. I’ve showed the same amount of attention and affection to other peoples pets as well.
“Lindsey is the best! Our dog is so nervous of new people and other dogs, but she immediately knew how to connect with him. Her dog is also such a sweetheart and got along so well with our nervous boy. She sent us updates throughout each day with videos and photos. We’ve had a lot of dog sitters over the years and she is by far the best experience for both us as dog parents and our little fluffy guy.”
