She is professional, reliable and clearly cares a great deal for dogs and other animals. She provided several updates while I was away. With one update she alerted to me a skin condition on one of my dogs and I was able to apply antibiotic cream to it when I got back. If she were available, I would try to book with her again.”

I also have a soft spot for senior dogs and understand they may need extra patience, gentler activity, and care. I provide plenty of attention, affection, and companionship while also giving pets space when they need it. From senior dogs requiring medication and caring for my own dog with epilepsy, to energetic pups needing patience and training, I’ve experienced it all. About: I am actively working as a veterinary assistant trained as a vet tech for the past 7 years. I previously worked in a pet rehabilitation facility where we helped pets recover from major surgery. I also completed a professional dog trainer certification through Canine Academy in Milton. I use a positive-reinforcement, reward based gentle approach for pet care and handling. Last year, I attended a workshop to learn low stress patient protocols for veterinary professionals and am fear free certified. I’ve even taught my dog to give consent for nail trims and trim his nails successfully every 2 weeks. I also have previously worked as a dog walker and daycare attendant. Recently I started offering in home nail trims for pets and would love to extend that support to drop in visits, pet sitting & medication/injection administration. I can monitor pets with medical needs closely and want to provide relief to pet parents who need support in any way. I’m here for you and your fur family and will accommodate each pets individual needs 💛 I work 4 days a week, evenings/weekends and Wednesdays I am off. While I am at work I have an hour break and can use that for drop in visits/let outs. I am a very detail oriented, clean person and will respect the space I am providing service in.
