As a devoted pet owner myself I truly understand the importance of a reliable routine and the peace of mind that comes with quality care. My workday runs from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, so I am always up early to ensure pets are walked, fed, and given plenty of love before I head out. I offer full availability every evening and enjoy a flexible schedule with every other Friday weekend and Monday off allowing me to dedicate entire days to your animals' needs. Whether it's early morning exercise or extended companionship on my days off, I treat every pet with the same attention and heart that I give my own.

Whether I’m hosting pets in my home or visiting yours my goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience tailored to your animal's comfort. In my home, I offer a secure fenced in backyard perfect for playtime and potty breaks. I have two friendly dogs and cats who genuinely adore other animals; while I like to be transparent that the initial meet-and greet can be a little overwhelming for my pack as they get excited to make a new friend they settle in quickly and have successfully welcomed many guest pups before. I am equally comfortable and completely flexible with house-sitting in your home or hosting in mine, ensuring your pet stays happy, healthy and loved in whatever environment suits them best.

To ensure your pet has the best experience possible, I’d love to know about any special needs, unique behaviors, or daily quirks ahead of time. Understanding what they enjoy, what they dislike, their favorite treats, and even their favorite spots to be pet helps me provide the most personalized care. My goal is to make your pet feel completely at home and comfortable in my presence; as someone who is naturally nurturing and loving, I treat every animal in my care exactly like my own. I know I would want that same level of devotion for my pets, so providing a safe, happy environment where your best friend feels truly loved is my top priority.
A typical day
I’m a big believer in a tired dog being a happy dog, so I focus on both physical exercise and mental enrichment to keep them engaged. We play a variety of interactive games that challenge their brains and burn off energy followed by long, leisurely walks where they can take their time to "read the news" by exploring new smells. I also love taking trips to the park, giving them the space to run around freely explore the outdoors, and just be dogs. Whether we’re working on scent work at home or out on an adventure, I make sure your pet returns home feeling both physically satisfied and mentally stimulated.

My friends always said that I must have been a dog in my past life. I have always grown up with dogs and if I’m not working or at home taking care of my own, I’m at my friends hanging out with theirs dogs rather than them. I’ll treat your furry family members as if they were my own even if that means saying goodbye at the end of the night. To keep things simple I am here to give out the love these fur babies deserve when mom and dad need to work, go out for a nice dinner or just get out of the house! I am very much so looking forward to meeting your pets and being a part of their life! Kiara was able to help me out in short notice to house sit both Ita and Nio. The dogs seemed to get along right away with her. She sent plenty of pictures and gave me lots of updates. Highly recommend!
We hired Kiara to sit our 2 dogs over a long weekend. As soon as I met her, I knew she was the perfect person for the job. Kiara immediately showered my dogs with sincere kindness and attention and they loved her back right from that very first moment. It was obvious she genuinely loves dogs. She listened carefully to my care instructions and asked appropriate questions about our pets as well as our home. While we were away, she kept us updated with short videos and photos and reached out to us whenever she needed clarification. She was prompt to reply to any of my inquiries as well. We felt very comfortable with Kiara looking after our dogs in our home. After our trip, we arrived to 2 happy dogs and our house being just as clean and tidy as we left it. In all, I would highly recommend Kiara to care for anyone’s dogs. She is trustworthy, kind and truly caring.
Kiara has been our go to dog-sitter for over a year now. She has watched our little Rosie everytime we are away for a few days. I wouldn't leave Rosie with anyone else. She takes care of every dog as if they were her own. She also is a very reliable communicater in case we have any questions. It's nice to have piece of mind when you leave your dog with someone else and Kiara gives us that piece of mind.
