About: I’ve been taken care of dogs since I’m young my great grandma had a great love for animals and that made me fall in love of every animal! I do take care of them and also give al my love I’m currently working part time 3 times a week and I have plenty of time to give to others that might be a little bit busy during the week I’m very clean and organized, Don’t have pets on my own right now in Canada but my dogs that are 14 and 12 years old live in my home country

Charlene also sent us lots of pictures and some videos where we could tell that Gracie was having lots of fun playing with her own dog Dora, as well as some downtime resting with Dora. We would definitely be happy leaving Gracie again in Charlene’s care.”

We had met with another sitter before them and it just didn’t feel right, but from our very first meet and greet with Heather and Matt, we immediately knew they were the perfect fit. We felt confident leaving Charlie in their care. They treated him like part of their family and truly loved him. Their communication was exceptional—we received regular updates and lots of photos, which gave us such peace of mind. This was especially important to us as Charlie had recently had surgery to remove a lump on his back and still had stitches. They followed all instructions perfectly and were so attentive and caring. Charlie is also very spoiled and loves being cozy with his blankets, and they went above and beyond by setting up his bed near the fireplace to keep him warm! We felt completely at ease the entire time and were so impressed that we’ve already booked another stay. We cannot recommend Heather and Matt highly enough.”

“We had to leave Simba with Richard for a long duration of 21 days. We’re a bit worried as Simba was never away from us for more than a week in past. However we were amazed to see how quickly Simba formed a bond with Richard and Oreo ( Richard’s pet) during the meet and greet session. Richard is an amazing dog lover. He sent us regular updates and pictures of Simba without us having to remind him. Simba was really happy with him and had a great time. Richard also made him try Christmas clothes.. lol. When we went to pick up Simba, Richard had neatly packed all his stuff so we didn’t have to worry. It was very sweet of him and his partner to have knitted a woollen winter beanie for Simba that he absolutely loved. We as parents are glad that Simba stayed with Richard while we were on vacation. “This was the first positive boarding experience our 9yr old golden retriever has ever had (admittedly he usually stays in kennels). Normally, our retriever is stressed and anxious but Maddie clearly has a lot of experience and settled our dog almost immediately. Her home and yard provide the perfect environment whether your dog is active or just prefers to lounge on the couch. Her obedient lab and daschund were great companions. A nearby park and green space/creek provide a convenient off-the-road exercise venue. Maddie walked our dog right at sunrise before it got too hot and gauged his energy level throughout the 3 day stay to ensure he wasn't overworked. She provided frequent updates with photos and clearly he was a very happy dog. Medication was also property administered. I certainly plan to use Maddie's services again and highly recommend her!”

From quick nail trims to keeping them entertained with catch and cuddles, I make sure your pets feel loved and cared for every step of the way. It is a daily care, from the morning, cat lick my hands for food, dog wants to go ouside to the back yard, after she’s back she need her breakfast as well. While cooking, unflavored meats are left for dog, cat is curious for everything and needs to show him what it is. Change water form the machine and also need petting time to play the toys together and give medicines while needed It is very important as I am also a customer when I am away from home, I want to see someone trusted to be in the house and take good care of my babies (who cannot travel with us😿）

Marisa has done multiple drop in visits for my puppy Nemo, while I was away at work, when Nemo was small. She also boarded Nemo (now 5 months old) for a week recently and Nemo was so ecstatic to see Marisa, which was heartwarming to see. Marisa even picked her up and dropped her off which was great. She has always been punctual and sends updates while caring for your pet. I felt very comfortable away while Nemo was boarded with Marisa.
Melissa was one of the greatest borders I’ve ever had my dogs stay at. She works from home so almost always with them, is extremely accommodating, quick on responsiveness and great at providing updates with pictures. Believe it or not, she boarded my THREE Dobermans, 2 girls and a boy, for a full 24h while I had to get out of town. Also a plus for owners with big dogs who play rough with other dogs; nothing to worry about, she does not have a dog of her own living with her! Always very positive and professional in our interactions, will definitely use her boarding services again if ever needed!
Connor was absolutely exceptional. From the moment Draper arrived, it was clear he was in thoughtful, capable, and genuinely caring hands. Connor communicated consistently with detailed updates that were reassuring and honest, which made a huge difference while I was traveling. He was attentive to Draper’s comfort, routines, and little nuances, especially during a sudden cold snap, and went out of his way to make sure Draper stayed warm, comfortable, and happy. Draper settled in beautifully, bonded quickly, and was clearly relaxed, content, and very well cared for. It is obvious Connor truly loves what he does, and that care and calm energy shows in how dogs respond to him. I could not have asked for a better experience and would trust Connor again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
