About: I have owned dogs all my life, and turned to fostering and dogsitting after college for shorter commitments. I have fostered over 15 dogs, including seniors, puppies, 70+ lb reactive dogs, and those needing medications. I have also catsit for friends and neighbors and cared for fish the last three years. I work from home so I'm able to be attentive to your pets, and I like to take 15 minute breaks to walk a few times a day. I have a puppy-proofed mudroom where we will hang out, and I live across the street from a bike path where I love to walk with a regular leash or long line.

I’ll make sure to follow all of your instructions and your pets usual routine, as well as send you lots of updates and photos of your pets during my time with them, so you know they’re safe and happy! About: I’ve been a dog person for life — my first love was our family Golden Lab who proved that 15 year olds can still be puppies at heart. As an adult, I’ve volunteered extensively with shelters and training programs, and I genuinely love the company of a furry companion. I am currently studying for my US bar exams which means that I am home most of the day and looking for a reason to go on a walk. I have a secure, fenced yard and only welcome one dog at a time, so your pup gets calm, focused care and feels right at home. I’m also happy to use a crate if that helps your dog feel safe and comfortable.

Marisa sent us so many pictures and videos all throughout the day that it was really hard to miss our boy :) And even accommodated a last minute addition (an extra day). We had not chosen Marisa at first, ONLY because we wanted someone in Welland, but when Rover suggested her we immediately felt that she would be a fit to take care of our doggo. About: I have taken care of neighbours pets growing up, as well as having dogs and cats in my own home as a child. I currently have a cat and would love to care for others as my own. I work full time in the social services field during the week, but have evening and weekend availability to watch and/or care for your pets. My yard is fully fenced and have ample room to let your dog run around and have lots of fun. I can crate the animal as needed during sleeping hours.
“Carrie was beyond amazing! We rd can't describe how grateful I felt about Richard's experience with Carrie! First off, running into an emergency needing last minute accommodations had me in panic mode, she was able to take him the very next day. All my hesitation I had leaving my baby with someone I didn't know went away immediately after dropping Richard off. He was spoiled, loved, got a bath for getting a little to dirty playing, got snuggles and she even asked me for permission to take him to petco as they had ice cream day for dogs. Received photos, videos and Richard has 2 new buddies for life with Chester and Charlie! My dogs had a blast with Zaira and her family!!! They spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful we were having over the weekend and she gave them the love and attention they needed. Couldn’t be more grateful for the care Darien and her family has given to our dog. From the moment we left, we felt reassured knowing he was safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Collin was wonderful to have looking after my precious Luna. We met before my vacation to put my anxiety to rest. He had my kitty for 9 days and treated her very well. The communication and care he offered was appreciated. I received regular photos and videos during my trip. He even bought her some new toys. Charlene took very loving care of my Twyla for an overnight stay at her home last month. Dora and Twyla hit it off really well! I was very reassured by the many updates and photos that Charlene sent over shortly after I dropped my pup off at her place. Twyla is a 11 months old and has selective hearing, but Charlene took it all in stride!
