A loving & devoted pet enthusiast!
I've cared for and have been around dogs/cats most of my life. I've had several dogs growing up and find comfort & warmth in nurturing their well-being. I'm passionate about all animals and cherish the moments I'm able to spend with them. I live in a peaceful, tranquil home with a fenced-in yard in a quaint little neighbourhood. There are also several parks around for those pups who need to exert and unleash lots of energy! I work from home so I am available 7 days a week. I've administered medication to those less fortunate and am well-adversed in diffusing potentially problematic situations. My home has no pets, so your little furry companion won't feel intimidated or uncomfortable.

Simply overjoyed with the care that Jamie gives out two pups! And they love her, too—they bark if we pass the highway exit to her neighborhood but don’t take it. We can totally relax knowing they are in the best possible hands.
Jamie was amazing! She took such great care of Alfie and kept us updated with pictures throughout his stay. She is so kind and positive - we would absolutely have our dog stay with her again!

We felt piece of mind fully leaving our toy poodle with Jamie. She sent video messages & pics everyday assuring us she was having fun playing games and also having cuddled naps. Superb sitter, will revisit again.
Overall we felt very comfortable leaving our little poodle with Jamie. She understood our dog's needs and tended well to them. She sent us updates throughout day letting us know our dog was bonding with her and settling in fine.
Jamie is amazing! We were anxious for leaving Burfi with a sitter as this was her first time away from home, but Jamie made the entire process so smooth and comforting for both us and Burfi. We first did a meet and greet to ensure Burfi was a good fit and they both jelled like PB&J from the get go! We brought over a lot of Burfi's belongings over and Jamie even helped us set it up in her home to ensure Burfi felt right at home. She provided regular check-ins through photos, videos and calls and ensured Burfi was fitting in well throughout her stay. Jamie is a god send. We will definitely book a stay again! 😊

Schedule
I work full time from home so I can give my full, undivided attention to my house guests! I'm willing to walk them up to twice a day if needed, bathroom breaks at any hour and of course, I always leave room to play a little ball! Pets are allowed on couches and in the bed to gain their trust and provide comfort in their home away from home. For those pet parents who feel their pups may fare better in their own home, I've got you covered! The beauty of working from home is that I can easily work from your home too!

Safety, trust & environment
Pets feel immediately at ease when they enter my home. I provide a caring, loving and safe/trustworthy environment for my little furry companions. I can provide meals, administer medications when needed and tend gingerly to any specifics that your pet may require. I would love to meet you and your pets before booking so that you have the opportunity to get to know me and I can become acquainted with your pet! My most important concern is that your pet feels safe and cared for and the parents truly feel that I am a dependable, reliable and honest human being.
A typical day
I love being active outdoors and having a companion makes the activities much more exciting. Pets can expect to go on some exhilarating adventures and discover new sniffs in new areas; I live a block down the street from a huge park (Mitchelson) where we can go exploring and have loads of fun playing fetch. I also live very close to Firemen's Park for a lovely stroll in the forest. My fenced-in backyard provides a fabulous option for the pups that want to lounge outside all day and my large Maple tree covers a significant portion of the yard for those hot Summer days. Toys are a must to keep my guests entertained and breakfast and dinner are always served on time. Daily snuggles are also part of the agenda to ensure your pet is receiving lots of love so they feel safe and right at home.
