“Naomi & Sam were amazing sitters for our 3 yr old (85 pound) Bernese Mountain dog. Our dog was able to stay with them for 6 nights and while she was with them she got lots of walks, great play time with their dog and kids and Naomi sent us pictures of all of her adventures every day. Having a large breed dog in your home is a challenge for many people, and this family was awesome. I would highly recommend using Naomi and Sam for a short or long stay with your dog - they were GREAT hosts. We will be booking with them again for sure.”

About: I've had pets my whole life but it wasn't until I adopted a dog of my own that I truly learned what it means to care for one. I now have experience with reactive and fearful dogs, counter conditioning, desensitization, and canine enrichment. I just received notice of an indefinite layoff so I will have all the time in the world to do something I genuinely enjoy. I feed both my dog and foster dog using enrichment tools(snuffle, puzzle, Kong, find it) trim their nails with a Dremel weekly, give them meds daily. They're always so excited for their daily walks, rain or shine. Though our foster boy needs to be bundled up to handle the cold. I believe following a routine is important. Pets will be fed when they're used to, given meds as prescribed by your vet. Light grooming if requested (I may charge for more challenging grooms. Details can be discussed). If your dog is afraid of nail trims, brushing or anything else, we can work together on cooperative care to make necessary care less stressful for them.

“I'm beyond thrilled with Nicole. Before I met her, I sensed she has a deep commitment to caring for animals. The first time I met with her, my thoughts were confirmed. She was (and is) very honest about her lack of experience with cats. However, I had a feeling her desire to care for all animals would win over any lack of experience. And I was right. Nicole has cared for my 10yr old kitty many times. Most of the time, it's been drop ins if I'm going to be away for several hours. But the last stay she did for me was for 10 days. And she performed above & beyond, in my opinion. She sent daily updates and pics. But I really sensed that she cared about the wellbeing of my pet, and she wasn't just there to feed her, etc etc. I could tell she had a nice bond with my kitty, and it was a tremendous relief to know somehow who genuinely cared about my fur-baby was with her quite a lot of the time. Side note, my home was as clean as when I left for my trip. Nicole had washed bedsheets and towels, which I hadn't expected. So one less load of laundry for me to do :) I will use Nicole's services again and again. For kitty owners, don't let her apparent lack of experience with cats deter you from hiring her. About: I had two family dogs growing up for 12 years that we’re calm and easy to take care of, then I got my own dog who was the exact opposite. He had extreme behavioural issues, anxiety, epilepsy, and aggression. Over the past 15 years, we owned a bichon and a maltese and I have enjoyed looking after my friends' and neighbours' dogs whenever they needed someone. I received my Pet First Aid Certificate in 2020 and I renewed it in 2025. I believe all dogs are special and I promise I will treat your pet as my own. I am available for dog walks, even in cold temperatures or temporary sitting at your home or mine. I am available weekdays and evening and weekends. One day notice before booking preferred or additional fees will apply bookings. I have a fenced-in yard & many doggy supplies such as beds, pee pads, dog bags, food bowls, leashes and treats. About: I’ve always treated my pets like my children, they are a member of the family. If you want someone who will not only take care of your doggie, but give them love and attention, I’m your guy. Also dogs are allowed on furniture, my house is their house I currently work part time at home, right now my availability is very open. About: I am a huge animal lover! I have a lovely black cat that I adopted several years ago. She is the sweetest, a cuddle bug that loves belly rubs and even knows a few tricks! I absolutely love all animals, I'm the type of person to point out every dog I see while on a drive somewhere. I have a full and open schedule currently. Having a cat doesn't require a ton of time but she does love to spend time with me in the garden, she might be a little upset about that.😹 We have a full fenced in yard with gate, my cat is an indoor cat but comes out on supervision. Cats can be very harmful to the local eco-system so we keep a close eye on her! (we also don't want her to get to any plants that could make her sick!)

“Naomi & Sam were amazing sitters for our 3 yr old (85 pound) Bernese Mountain dog. Our dog was able to stay with them for 6 nights and while she was with them she got lots of walks, great play time with their dog and kids and Naomi sent us pictures of all of her adventures every day. Having a large breed dog in your home is a challenge for many people, and this family was awesome.
