“This was our 2nd experience using Rover and Rocky’s first stay with Lauren and it is safe to say she will be our go to for any other trips we need to take! It was extremely important to us that Rocky be with someone that could be with him during the day so it was a huge plus Lauren is currently working remote. Our boy suffers from seasonal allergies and is a tad bit needy with supplements, medication, eye wipes, etc., but his eyes and everything looked as good if not better at pick up than they did at drop off. Lauren is very personable and communicates well! We can tell that Rocky was in amazing hands and we look forward to scheduling in home boarding for Rocky with Lauren in the future!”

About: I've had pets my whole life but it wasn't until I adopted a dog of my own that I truly learned what it means to care for one. I now have experience with reactive and fearful dogs, counter conditioning, desensitization, and canine enrichment. I just received notice of an indefinite layoff so I will have all the time in the world to do something I genuinely enjoy. I feed both my dog and foster dog using enrichment tools(snuffle, puzzle, Kong, find it) trim their nails with a Dremel weekly, give them meds daily. They're always so excited for their daily walks, rain or shine. Though our foster boy needs to be bundled up to handle the cold. I believe following a routine is important. Pets will be fed when they're used to, given meds as prescribed by your vet. Light grooming if requested (I may charge for more challenging grooms. Details can be discussed). If your dog is afraid of nail trims, brushing or anything else, we can work together on cooperative care to make necessary care less stressful for them.

Gen and Alex are very loving, caring and intuitive in their approach to meeting the needs of each individual ‘loved one’ entrusted to their care. Gen is a gentle, thoughtful soul who has shown us that Charlie’s well being and comfort are as important to her as they are to us. Gen and Alex have a home that is reflective of their desire to make sure that our pets have everything they could possibly need… toys (squeaky, squishy, large, small, mentally stimulating, etc.,), places to rest and snuggle (comfort/calming pet bed, couch, Gen’s bed for Charlie as he likes the security of being with his ‘loved one’), they have thought of everything! We didn’t know if we could find anyone who would tick every box when it came to leaving our Charlie in their care for a month while we were away, but Gen and Alex made us feel confident in them after Charlie’s first meet and greet!!! Charlie took to them after his second meet and greet (Gen suggested a second one to make sure that Charlie was 100% comfortable with them, which was wonderful). We booked a day camp for Charlie to become better acquainted with Gen and Alex before his long stay and the entire experience was great for Charlie and he settled right in for the day… Gen sent photos and updates to us to help us as we adjusted to leaving Charlie and it really did let us see that he was well taken care of, happy and having a great time. Look no further than Gen and Alex, we don’t think there could be any better than these two!! Highly recommend!!!”

One day notice before booking preferred or additional fees will apply bookings. I have a fenced-in yard & many doggy supplies such as beds, pee pads, dog bags, food bowls, leashes and treats. My family is usually at home to help out should I need them. We are a family of dog lovers! Please note, doggy daycare is an 8 hour day. Additional charges will apply and overnight is a 12 hour period. I accept most breeds of young to adult dogs up to 25 lbs. I am operating full-time as a Rover representative. About: I’ve always treated my pets like my children, they are a member of the family. If you want someone who will not only take care of your doggie, but give them love and attention, I’m your guy. Also dogs are allowed on furniture, my house is their house I currently work part time at home, right now my availability is very open. I also don’t have to work non stop I can take breaks whenever I want, so this allows me to actually be present with any dogs I’m sitting for I have a fenced in yard and a very large house. Just my hallway alone is big enough to play fetch with. I also have a 4 and a half year old daughter who loves dogs and is very good with them. She’s around 50% of the time and will probably spend more time with your dog than she will me:)

About: I’ve been a dog person for life — my first love was our family Golden Lab who proved that 15 year olds can still be puppies at heart. As an adult, I’ve volunteered extensively with shelters and training programs, and I genuinely love the company of a furry companion. “This was our 2nd experience using Rover and Rocky’s first stay with Lauren and it is safe to say she will be our go to for any other trips we need to take! It was extremely important to us that Rocky be with someone that could be with him during the day so it was a huge plus Lauren is currently working remote. Our boy suffers from seasonal allergies and is a tad bit needy with supplements, medication, eye wipes, etc., but his eyes and everything looked as good if not better at pick up than they did at drop off. Lauren is very personable and communicates well! We can tell that Rocky was in amazing hands and we look forward to scheduling in home boarding for Rocky with Lauren in the future!”
