About: I've had pets my whole life but it wasn't until I adopted a dog of my own that I truly learned what it means to care for one. I now have experience with reactive and fearful dogs, counter conditioning, desensitization, and canine enrichment. I just received notice of an indefinite layoff so I will have all the time in the world to do something I genuinely enjoy. I feed both my dog and foster dog using enrichment tools(snuffle, puzzle, Kong, find it) trim their nails with a Dremel weekly, give them meds daily. They're always so excited for their daily walks, rain or shine. Though our foster boy needs to be bundled up to handle the cold. I believe following a routine is important. Pets will be fed when they're used to, given meds as prescribed by your vet. Light grooming if requested (I may charge for more challenging grooms. Details can be discussed). If your dog is afraid of nail trims, brushing or anything else, we can work together on cooperative care to make necessary care less stressful for them.

About: I had two family dogs growing up for 12 years that we’re calm and easy to take care of, then I got my own dog who was the exact opposite. He had extreme behavioural issues, anxiety, epilepsy, and aggression. Taking care of him really taught me patience, added responsibilities, understanding and a different kind of love and appreciation as a caregiver. I’ve also fostered dogs which has given me experience with different breeds and needs. I now share custody of a 4 year old border collie/golden retriever mix who LOVES other dogs and people. We worked with multiple trainers with him and learned a series of obedience training, off-leash training, and much more knowledge regarding dogs. About: I am a huge animal lover! I have a lovely black cat that I adopted several years ago. She is the sweetest, a cuddle bug that loves belly rubs and even knows a few tricks! I absolutely love all animals, I'm the type of person to point out every dog I see while on a drive somewhere. I have a full and open schedule currently. Having a cat doesn't require a ton of time but she does love to spend time with me in the garden, she might be a little upset about that.😹 We have a full fenced in yard with gate, my cat is an indoor cat but comes out on supervision. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed to.
About: I’ve always treated my pets like my children, they are a member of the family. If you want someone who will not only take care of your doggie, but give them love and attention, I’m your guy. Also dogs are allowed on furniture, my house is their house I currently work part time at home, right now my availability is very open. I also don’t have to work non stop I can take breaks whenever I want, so this allows me to actually be present with any dogs I’m sitting for I have a fenced in yard and a very large house. Just my hallway alone is big enough to play fetch with. I also have a 4 and a half year old daughter who loves dogs and is very good with them. She’s around 50% of the time and will probably spend more time with your dog than she will me:)

About: I have fostered many dogs and raised multiple of my own from puppyhood through their senior years. I'm experienced in administering oral medication, even for stubborn dogs, and offer a highly flexible schedule to accommodate changes when needed I work 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, which lows me to dedicate four full days at a time to pet care, including walking, training, boarding, house sitting, and drop ins. During these days off, I am able to offer a high level of flexibility and accommodate schedule adjustments. If services are required in days I am working, I'm always happy to discuss and arrange a care plan that supports both your needs and mine in a comfortable and reliable way. I foster pets frequently and currently have a foster dog who is very dog social, which helps create a positive and balanced environment for previous clients I have taken care for outside of Rover. I also have two friendly, social cats. If a pet is uncomfortable around cats, they are ways provided with a seperate room filled with toys and enrichment to ensure the client's pet is comfortable and to reduce stress. I have a large backyard that is currently unfenced and in the process of being fenced. In the meantime, I ensure dogs Recieved plenty of supervised outdoor time and regular trips to dig parts for safe play, socialization and exercise. I am especially patient with anxious dogs and am always willing to take the extra time to help them feel secure. Walks and activities will never begin until a dog is fully comfortable and ready

About: I have been an animal lover for my entire life. Growing up, I knew the name of every single dog in my neighbourhood. I have many years of experience with different pets, including puppies, dogs, cats, birds, and even squirrels.
