She went above and beyond. Our cat's nearly thirteen and he's going through some health issues. Megan treated him with as much care as her own-including a visit to the vet's office (twice!) We really appreciated her communication and thoughtfulness. There wasn't a day that went by that we worried about him, so we were able to enjoy our holiday. Absolutely amazing. I have my Vet med assisting, have worked in a emergency setting for 4 years and also I have worked in dog daycare, so to say the least nothing feels good enough for my pets.... EXCEPT ZOE shes phenomenal and I highly recommend even if your catnor dog need medication. I have 3 kitten babies and 2 dogs at completely different stages and Im wowed by her.
This was the first time I left Oso with someone who is nor family and I was so reassured and put at ease with Valentina. She kept mostly to hus usual schedule and spent time with him! He seemed happy when I got back! She also was super helpful with and issue with the house that saved me having to cancel my trip! I know my Oso woukd def ha g out with her again!
We are sooooooo happy Erica was petsitting for us! We felt so safe knowing she was taking care of our pets. She did an absolutely fantastic job, sending updates and photos and always responding quickly to any questions. Our cat had a vet visit just prior to us going on vacation and Erica was great giving her the meds while we were away also.
