I usually hesitate to leave him for long periods because of his anxiety and it always worries me, but with Nicole’s expertise with rescue dogs, constant communication, and picture/video updates of Pavlov, I had peace of mind. I’m grateful she and her family were able to care for him and accommodate him despite some adjustments. Pavlov is very lovable but is currently challenging to care for, especially with other dogs around. So I really appreciate the time, effort, and extra snacks they gave him to make sure he was happy and felt at home!”

About: I’ve always lived with a dog, and have experience with every size pup. I have watched friends pups for years as well. We have 2 kids in the house who are more than excited to help out! I work full time away from home, but my spouse works from home, so someone is always around to be with your dog. We are home on weekends, and evenings. I have a fully fenced in yard. If I’m sitting other pets at the time (with approval from both pet owners), we can separate them to give breaks if required, as we have levels in our house to split them apart. Your dog will be walked 1-2 or more times a day, in the morning and evening minimum. If your dog does well off leash, playing fetch in the green field is also an option. We also like to explore Edmonton in the wetlands and enjoy longer walks on weekends.

I have personally owned 4 large breed dogs, 3 small breed dogs, and 6 cats (at once!). I’ve had experience with senior animals, puppies/kittens, diabetic animals, and animals with epilepsy. I have a closed off side yard available to me, two wonderful fully fenced off-leash dog parks and multiple outdoor private areas surrounding my vicinity. Wether you’re looking to socialize your pet more, or depend on them being able to relax in their own, all needs can and will be accommodated to my best ability. I have a very friendly and supportive 10 month old mini poodle mix that would be more than happy to keep your pet company, he is quite fortunately excellent with both lower energy and high energy friends. I can also easily crate pets for safety if needed for any reason.
About: I have taken care of several peoples dogs over the years as well as had 3 adorable dogs of my own. I am very used to both chill dogs and high energy dogs. I currently work part time, usually quite early in the mornings so I am easily able to walk/check on pets during the morning, afternoons and evenings. I have done some pet sitting gigs for neighbours that were occasionally a full month at a time. I am able to think on my feet and provide good care to the pets.

Murray also walks the dogs and makes the effort to find off-leash parks to have them play and sniff... he is a great communicator and even sends pictures and videos during the stay. “Nicole and her family took great care of Pavlov for a couple of days despite his high anxiety and energy. I usually hesitate to leave him for long periods because of his anxiety and it always worries me, but with Nicole’s expertise with rescue dogs, constant communication, and picture/video updates of Pavlov, I had peace of mind. I’m grateful she and her family were able to care for him and accommodate him despite some adjustments. Pavlov is very lovable but is currently challenging to care for, especially with other dogs around. So I really appreciate the time, effort, and extra snacks they gave him to make sure he was happy and felt at home!”
