About: I’ve cared for pets for most of my life and have hands-on experience with both dogs and cats of all ages. My first dog, a German Shepherd/Collie mix, was part of my family from the time I was 3 years old until she passed away at 15, giving me experience caring for a dog throughout every stage of her life. Today, I care for two large mixed breed dogs, one Golden Retriever/Husky mix and a Black Lab mix, ages 8 and 7 as well as having experience with several family cats over the years. “Michael & Charlene were great with our dogs for day care. Coming from out of the country, you never know what to expect from strangers, even through Rover. After our meet & greet, we were totally comfortable leaving our kids there. We didn't ask for walks specifically, but our dogs got walks every day, and got to enjoy their beautiful fenced back yard with lush grass and a water feature. On our first morning dropoff, Michael greeted us with a special human treat: delicious homemade muffins! We had to stay out later than we said we would one night, but Michael handled it in stride. Communication was great every step of the way! Looking forward to our next visit to Canada and bringing our dogs to Michael & Charlene's place again!”

About: I have been taking care of pets since i was 15. I moved to Australia in 2017 for my tertiary education where dog sittings and pet onboarding was my job as a student. My parents are dog trainers back home and i have been working with them since i was a kid My husband Narv and i are both working from home and our schedule is pretty flexible which provides us with the best opportunities to be with our pets. Since we both have flexible schedule and we work from home, so your pet will have 24/7 care and supervision. Pumba roams the house and is allowed on our furniture, as your dog would be. At night or when we go out, our dog enjoyed sleeping in her bed or crate so there are no problems while unsupervised. Your pup will have free range of the entire first floor; kitchen, sitting room, and TV area! We will treat them like our own with lots of love and attention. You can have a fun and relaxing vacation knowing your pet is well taken care of. You'll receive lots of pics and videos with updates to ease your mind while away. I have a newer built 2300 sq ft home where there’s lots of space for your pup to roam around. Also a spacious yard that’s fully fenced for them to run freely and many walking paths in the neighbourhood for enjoyable walks. It is myself, my 4 year old daughter, and our cat at home. My daughter is well behaved and absolutely loves all animals and will help give them lots of extra attention and play time. My cat is friendly and easy going. He has lived with other cats and dogs previously in our home and did very well with them. My home is clean, well kept, and smoke free. I’m sure your fur babies will love their time spent there!
About: I’ve always lived with a dog, and have experience with every size pup. I have watched friends pups for years as well. We have 2 kids in the house who are more than excited to help out! I work full time away from home, but my spouse works from home, so someone is always around to be with your dog. We are home on weekends, and evenings. I have a fully fenced in yard. If I’m sitting other pets at the time (with approval from both pet owners), we can separate them to give breaks if required, as we have levels in our house to split them apart. Your dog will be walked 1-2 or more times a day, in the morning and evening minimum. If your dog does well off leash, playing fetch in the green field is also an option. We also like to explore Edmonton in the wetlands and enjoy longer walks on weekends.

About: I’ve always been an animal lover. There are few times in my life where I’ve not been caring for animals. I find myself more comfortable with animals than people. About: Hello, I’m Ren! I’ve had a soft spot for animals since I was little, and I absolutely love taking care of them! I have personally owned 4 large breed dogs, 3 small breed dogs, and 6 cats (at once!). I’ve had experience with senior animals, puppies/kittens, diabetic animals, and animals with epilepsy. I am fully comfortable administering injectable and oral medications! I believe animals are one of life’s greatest treasures, and I’m delighted to meet new furry friends! For over-night house sitting more than 2 days I need; -a bed/couch to sleep on -access to a shower (I will bring my own hygiene supplies) -I can supply my own food 🍜but I will need access to a kettle & microwave. About: Friends and family have trusted me to pet sit their animals in their homes for many years. I have owned both cats and dogs since I was born and am an experienced animal lover. I have been trusted to give medications, feed, play, and walk dogs of all shapes and sizes. I worked as a Veterinary Assistant for several months, and am comfortable handling all types of cats and dogs. I used to volunteer at the SPCA and l love to be a safe space for all animals. I also am a foster for GEARS when I have the time and space. I am currently working full-time, but I am available for house sitting. On weekdays, your dog(s) would need to be comfortable being left alone for 4-8 hours. However, on weekends, I am fully available to spend time with your pets. I can also do drop-in visits in the mornings or evenings during the week and anytime on weekends, including dog walking. I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for pets, whether in my home or my client's home. For indoor activities, I provide toys and engage pets in playtime to keep them mentally stimulated. I also make sure they have cozy spaces to rest. I always maintain open communication with pet owners regarding your pet's well-being. When caring for pets in a client's home, I will adhere to their established routines to minimize stress. I ensure that feeding, exercise, and playtime are consistent with what they are used to. I respect the pet owner's house rules and preferences, and I will always leave your home clean and secure. I understand that every pet is unique, so I tailor my care to meet their individual needs, whether it's specific dietary requirements, medical needs, or just extra cuddles and attention. We cared for our beloved dog for 11 years through two knee surgeries and several other procedures due to genetic health issues, giving her the best care every step of the way. That experience taught us patience, responsibility, and how to recognize when a dog needs extra attention. We provide a calm, loving home, daily walks, plenty of affection, and will follow your dog's routine exactly as you request. We treat every dog like one of our own and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy peace of mind while you're away. We both work full-time Monday to Friday, so we're best suited for dogs that are comfortable being home alone for up to 8 hours during the workday. Every dog gets a morning walk before we leave, an evening walk when we're home, and lots of love and attention afterward. On weekends we're home most of the day, so your dog will have plenty of companionship, playtime, and cuddles. Your dog's safety and comfort are our top priorities. We'll follow your dog's feeding schedule, medication routine, exercise needs, and any special instructions exactly as requested. We treat every dog like a member of our family and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. We also volunteer with an incredible pet rescue in Edmonton dog sitting for fosters while they wait for their forever home and absolutely love everything about it.
