“Sarah has been watching my pup for a few days now and she has been so kind. She repeats my instructions to me in detail so she understands exactly how to care for my pup. We are hoping to be able to keep booking her for the next few months!”

“Booked Kat again for drop in visits for our cat while we were away. This was a longer stay and as usual she kept us very well informed, communication was wonderful and we are extremely happy knowing our kitty is in great care! This was our third time booking cat and she always does an amazing job and our cat loves her!”

About: I have worked with many dogs over the years, ranging from labs to doodles to retrievers! I have loved cats and dogs since my very early days, and absolutely love spending time with animals! I have many years of experience with dogs and cats of various sizes, and am more than willing to help out wherever needed! I work part-time at my other job as I am home from university. In my spare time, I would be more than willing to help anyone who needs care for their pets!! My home has a larged, fenced off yard that dogs typically love. Our home is also predominantly one floor, making it easier on older animals who have limited mobility! I’m also able to pet sit at your home :)
“Marylin is an absolutely wonderful human. My dogs Cocoa and Timbit adored her, and she provided professional, quality, loving care. I would 10/10 recommend her and would love to have her help me with the girls again.”

“Sydney communicated well, double checked on the plans, and cared for our girl wonderfully! She sends lots of pictures and I appreciate her check-ins during the visits. Will absolutely be booking again when we need dog care!”
“This was my second time having Chelsea visit my fur baby and she was just as amazing as the first time! She gives nice thorough updates and the pictures are amazing. I feel comfortable having her in my home and feel she doesn't just meet my cats basic needs, but also gives him lots of love :)”

About: I've been around dogs and cats my whole life. I volunteer at an animal rescue working with both cats and dogs. Through this experience I am comfortable with medication administration, working with separation anxiety and behavioral issues. Many friends and co-workers have relied on me to walk, feed and take care of their pets. I'm currently working full time with evenings after 4pm free and weekends free to come and provide care to your pet. I am more than happy to work with you to find a timing that works for drop ins. When it comes to pets home is their comfort place. I will follow your instructions and continue with your pets daily routine to ensure that this is a relaxed and enjoyable experience for them.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter than Zoe. She did drop-in visits for our four cats over two weeks and truly went above and beyond in every way. Her communication was excellent—she provided detailed notes after each visit along with lots of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our cats were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Zoe also took amazing care of our home. She even shoveled when it snowed and brought in packages that arrived while we were gone, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we returned, the house smelled fresh and clean—not like litter at all—which says so much about the level of care she put in. We would absolutely recommend Zoe to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring pet sitter.”

“Blayne was very professional and friendly. She sent many updates with pictures and videos of my cat Bravo after the visits, and allowed me to have a peaceful trip knowing Bravo was in good hands! Thank you so much Blayne.”

About: I have been caring for dogs over 30 years. This has consisted of caring for multiple dogs of my own as well as caring for pets of both friends and family. I am skilled in dog training and like to keep the pooches entertained and active. I currently work full-time Monday to Friday hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week at home) and I therefore have availability most days and weekends. On days I am in office I take time both in the mornings and evenings to go on walks and have some play time to care for your fur baby. I take regular morning and evening walks daily with my dog as well as visit the park everyday to run, socialize and play. I have a large fenced yard for the pups to play and run around in with my small 5 year old bhichon shih tzu to keep them company! I ensure that both the home and yard are kept safe and free of anything that may be harmful to the pups. All dogs are separated at eating times to avoid any issues with feeding aggression. I have a dog park within walking distance to our home as well as other various parks and trails to visit on on our daily walks and adventures.

I like to go on 1-2 walks a day, depending on the dog and my schedule. I am currently a full time university student with a part time job, but I am able to pet sit any day of the week! Currently I’m gone during a few days and evenings. but am more free as summer approaches. During my free time I love going on walks, cuddles, some treats and some fun! “Sierra was a fantastic pet sitter. She updated us regularly and asked questions if she wasn’t sure. Our animals loved her, she was trustworthy and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Sierra to take care of your pets!”

“Hannah was very responsive and attentive during the sitting service. Hannah followed a lot of instructions well. Grooming my two medium-hairs daily was very important and I appreciated Hannah's willingness to take the time to do it. Hannah will spend the time needed to properly care for your animals and I would happily hire this sitter again.”

About: I've grown up with big dogs my whole life, all yellow labs. Maeve (our newest addition to the family), I helped train and teach her tricks, helped with her recall, and we love to go on our summer walks to practice polite leash walking along the lake, and her favorite is in the winter when we go for a walk with breaks to play fetch in the snow. I have always had a deep connection with dogs and find that there are not many dogs who don't like me. I also have experince with senior dogs and know the care and effort that goes into making their day comfortable and engaging even if they are unable to do much! I am currently putting a pause on dog sitting, but am open to dog walks! I work every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, most times can do late afternoon/early evenings! But my schedule is subject to change at times, so during the week there will be times I will be open during the whole day! I am very comfortable caring for dogs and reading their body language to understand what they may need. I know that building trust takes time, and I am patient and attentive in creating a calm and safe environment for your dog(s). I look forward to geting to know both you and your dog(s)!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - St. Albert
Our Charles was getting over a sickness and we weren’t ready to leave him home alone just yet. Paula was willing to meet us 10 minutes before our booking to get them introduced as Charles can be anxious with new people. We saw that he trusted her the second she walked in. We left feeling relieved, knowing he was in good hands. She took such good care of him and I will request her again when we need it. Thanks Paula!

It was so nice to have Kate checking in on our dogs. She send pictures and we got a notification every time she started her visit. You could tell the dogs were very happy and well cared for. Kate were amazing and we can definitely recommend her! Looking forward to use her again in the near future :)

Vita was amazing with my dog Nube. She walked her twice a day, fed her and gave her the medications. I’m very thankful to Vita as I had to do an emergency trip abroad because my father passed away. Vita even shovel the snow. She did check ins with every visit that showed the map where she walked my dog and how many times she peed or poop. I would highly recommend Vita to care for your pets 💕🐶🐾

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
