“Chelsea is amazing! She is always very attentive and caring to the pets she is taking care of. We love having Chelsea take care of our cat and will continue to have her watch over our fur baby in the future.”

About: I work from home, will guarantee 3 walks per day, allow dogs on furniture and bed (if so requested). My medium dog Coco and I look forward to caring for your dog and welcoming them in our loving home. I dog walk daily at morning, lunch and evening, at times exceeding 10km per day. As I work from home, pets are seldom alone and always paid close attention to. As a life long dog owner, your pet is a priority and will be pampered just like my own is. Our home has ample space for close cuddles or solo couch lounge sessions.

About: I have loved dogs since I was a wee babe. Whether it was being pulled behind the sleigh by our Chesapeake Bay Retriever, walking our Dachshund as a pre-teen, taking our Rottweiler mix to training class during high school, or helping my ageing mother with her senior rescue, I have always had a loving and respectful relationship with dogs. I am literally the girl whose friends all know I stop to pet all the dogs I meet (with permission first of course). So if I sound like your kind of pet person I’d be delighted to help you in looking after your dog! I work a regular Monday-Friday 9-5 week and have evenings free so I have lots of time after work and weekends to walk and play with your pup! I have two calm dog-friendly cats at home so if you have a cat-friendly dog who likes furry friends then they will all get along. I also walk a neighbour’s dog regularly so if your pup prefers to have friends join for walks then we can do that too.

About: We are an early 60 yr old couple who very recently said our goodbyes to our 17 yr 8 month old bichon/havenese Tucker 💔. We live in a lovely area with a huge fenced yard backing onto the St. Albert trail system. I am home fulltime and Craig (dog whisperer) has a flexible part time schedule. We love dogs! With easy access to the parks, dogs who vacation with us can enjoy at least 2 to 3 walks per day! Of course there is always ongoing daily activities including playing ball and running along the rear fence of our yard watching, sniffing and chasing who ever walks along the path! I have had a regular dog walking client for 3 years that will be ceasing in March 25. Both their dogs were large breed and enjoyed a 5 plus km walk 4 days a week with me. I am looking to fill that spot and can provide a reference from their fur family to you! We have always owned at least one dog and we happily spoil others including the neighbourhood dogs who come for their frequent belly scratches! Fur babies staying here are our family members! Being home we love to be active with our furry friends, either playing in our massive yard or while on our great experience driven walks! Every furbaby is treated as our own in a warm and loving environment with the mindset of always putting safety and your pets comfort first!
About: 🌼 When you book with Adri, happy pets and relaxed owners are 100% guaranteed!! 🌼 Feel safe knowing that your pet is being cared for by a tried and true professional in the business. From suckling to senior I have handled, learned about, and enjoyed caring for any and all stages of both canines and felines as well as birds, reptiles, and rodents.I spent three years professionally handling dogs in a boarding and daycare facility. Post graduation from high school I dedicated most of my weeks to volunteering with rescues such as SCARS and AHHRB, being a foster parent to two larger breed dogs at separate times while playing my part in helping them get adopted. 🌼I am certified in both canine and feline CPR/ first aid through Canine Health Canada 🌼 I have special experience with different ability levels as well! Medicated seniors (pills, injections, liquids, etc.), tripods (missing one or more legs), blind or deaf pups, extreme allergies, I’ve dealt and thrived through it all before. 🌼I am currently studying both psychology and sociology at Concordia University in Edmonton and am excited to specialize in comparative psychology in the future. I am currently working part time for the summer so I have plenty of availability for all services! ☀️Boarding and daycare availability is dependent on the dates involved so please never hesitate to reach out! I have a closed off side yard available to me, two wonderful fully fenced off-leash dog parks and multiple outdoor private areas surrounding my vicinity. Wether you’re looking to socialize your pet more, or depend on them being able to relax in their own, all needs can and will be accommodated to my best ability. I have a very friendly and supportive 10 month old mini poodle mix that would be more than happy to keep your pet company, he is quite fortunately excellent with both lower energy and high energy friends. I can also easily crate pets for safety if needed for any reason.
About: Hi! I’m based in St. Albert and spend most of my time outdoors with my own dog, whether that’s at the dog park or out on longer adventure walks. I have experience with dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, and I always take the time to understand what each dog is comfortable with. Whether your dog prefers a relaxed neighborhood walk, some playtime at the park, or just a check-in visit at home, I’m happy to tailor care to their needs. Monday through Friday I’m available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the day, including mornings, midday, and afternoons. Im also open to evenings or weekends with limited availability. I take a calm, patient, and safety-first approach when caring for pets. I focus on building trust and helping each dog feel comfortable, especially in new environments or situations. During walks, I pay close attention to surroundings, leash handling, and each dog’s behavior to ensure they stay safe and relaxed. I use positive reinforcement and reward good behavior rather than rushing or forcing situations.

I am Fear Free certified, which means your dogs will always be treated with kindness and care. Throughout my 10+ years of experience, I never encountered a dog I couldn't handle or get through to. I truly believe that there are no bad dogs. I am currently a student part time at NAIT and am looking for some income and movement in-between my online classes. I am available around 6 hours a day for walking, and am very flexible with my schedule and time. I have a fenced yard and a very friendly golden retriever who's good with cats and dogs. I also have 4 cats that are all cat and dog friendly as well. It's a bit of a zoo but everyone is happy and healthy. I always say the animals eat better than we do.
About: I have experience with different animals from small dogs to larger breeds > 100lbs I don’t have any pets of my own but I have volunteered at animal shelters walking dogs and giving pets and cuddles to the cats I enjoy walking in the river valley, checking out new neighbourhoods, hiking, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be around animals I am currently working part-time/ casual so my schedule varies but I mostly work evenings and have mornings and weekends off. If there is a stretch of time that will be needed, I can accommodate if sufficient notice is given I would ensure the dog is given a long/short walk depending on needs, letting out to use the bathroom and routine feeding. Lots of play time with balls or toys Cats- I will cuddle or play with your cat(s), feed if needed, clean litter as well

I appreciate how Paula took the time to meet with my dogs prior to taking them on a walk. She was very considerate and asked meaningful questions to gain a deeper understanding of my dogs needs. Additionally, I appreciate the communication Paula provided me with during her drop-in visit.

It was so nice to have Kate checking in on our dogs. She send pictures and we got a notification every time she started her visit. You could tell the dogs were very happy and well cared for. Kate were amazing and we can definitely recommend her! Looking forward to use her again in the near future :)

Vita was amazing with my dog Nube. She walked her twice a day, fed her and gave her the medications. I’m very thankful to Vita as I had to do an emergency trip abroad because my father passed away. Vita even shovel the snow. She did check ins with every visit that showed the map where she walked my dog and how many times she peed or poop. I would highly recommend Vita to care for your pets 💕🐶🐾

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
