About: I ran the emerald hills Petvalu before it was franchised out, I have years of personal and professional pet care experience! I can over night sit all types of pets, while I don't have bird experience I am ready to learn your unique pet parenting style. Lots of play and walks if that's what you want, can also provide cuddles to lonely pets that just need some love while you are away :) From fish to guinea pigs I can handle any animal at any size! Located in sherwood park but willing to travel to edmonton or fort sask. I have had to administer medication to dogs, cats and small animals so I can care for sick or elderly pets as well. I work full time but am available mornings, evenings and weekends to care for pets, walks and sitting available. Preferably in your home for pet comfort. In my home my animals are my babies, treated like equal members of the home with their own emotions and needs. Lots of cuddles during rain storms.
About: I am an educator that has gone to peoples homes to work with children. My favourite part is all of the different pets I get to see which they all love me. I am currently working part time on weekends and the occasional hour per night for tutoring so I have plenty of time to give your pet love and attention. I am a very clean individual and so I always like to make sure I leave it just as clean when I leave. Not only that but I always ensure that I give focus to animals, playing with them frequently, going on walks (if cats like it I do walks for them too!), and of course taking care of their needs.
“I arranged for Lauren to come by for drop-in visits over a span of four days, and I couldn't be happier with her service. She provided exceptional care for my dog, sending me daily photo updates that really helped ease my worries. After four days apart, my dog appeared calm and genuinely excited to see me. Lauren also took care of switching out the pee pads, refilling his food and water bowls, and taking him for walks. I highly recommend her!”

About: Hello! I’m a devoted dog lover at heart, and I’m thrilled to share my passion with your furry friends! I’m often the go-to person in my family and circle of friends for dog walking and pet sitting, so you could say this is my happy place. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and love to each pet I care for. I share my home with Charlie, my golden retriever, who is a certified therapy dog and comes to work with me. He’s the gentlest soul and absolutely loves welcoming new furry buddies to play with his toys and explore our yard. Every day, we enjoy walks together around our neighborhood or at Deer Mound Dog Park, and during the summer, we love going on hikes around the city! As a pet owner, I truly understand the importance of setting boundaries for your beloved fur baby. I have experience with animals that require medication and am comfortable administering it when needed. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities, and I can’t wait to give them the care they deserve! 🐾❤️ My work schedule is quite flexible, as I typically work three days a week with morning shifts. This allows me plenty of time to integrate pet care into my daily and weekly routine. Whether it’s taking my pet for a morning walk before work, dedicating afternoons to play and bonding, or ensuring their feeding and grooming needs are consistently met, I can easily adapt to changes as necessary. I am always willing to work around your schedule to ensure that your pet receives the attention and care they deserve. Ultimately, my flexibility means I can be attentive and responsive to any pet care needs that arise, ensuring your furry friend is happy and well-cared for. When caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment to ensure their well-being. I pet-proof the space by removing hazards and securing doors and gates to prevent escapes. Building trust is essential, so I spend quality time with the pets, engaging in gentle interactions, and establishing a consistent daily routine that mirrors their normal schedule. This helps them feel secure and relaxed. I communicate openly with pet owners, providing regular updates to address any concerns. I create a conducive environment by ensuring the space is clean and comfortable, with cozy resting areas and engaging toys. By focusing on these elements, I strive to create a loving and safe atmosphere where pets can thrive, whether they are in my home or that of their owners.
“Rebecca is great and really helped us out when our original plans for our puppy had fallen through. She was professional, and we really enjoyed having her watch our puppy. Would highly recommend using her services!”

About: I am home full time so your pets will not be alone. Our top priority is your pets safety, comfort, showing them love and of course spoiling them non stop. I am an ER Nurse and have been able to care for high medical pet needs. We have a vast amount of rescue experience including being a volunteer foster home for a greyhound rescue organization. All the animals we've loved and have joined our family from hamsters, cats, dogs, snakes and even a horse at one time have been rescued. I totally get that feeling of worry when entrusting your beloved pet to someone else's care. That's why I make it my mission to ensure your time away is as stress-free as possible. Expect frequent photos and if you want, video updates from me, so you can unwind knowing your furry companion is well taken care of. Your pet's well-being and joy mean everything to me. I'll go the extra mile to make sure they feel comfortable and happy, whether it's snuggling on the sofa or frolicking in the yard. My goal is to provide a safe and delightful haven for your four-legged pal, giving you the reassurance you need while you're apart. Rover fits perfectly within our daily and weekly routine...Because I am a casual ER nurse, I make my own schedule so am available for any type of schedule YOU need including overnight shift work or monthly on off shift schedules. We love helping shift care workers as we know how hard it is to find care for those odd hours. I also specialize in pets with medical needs too. I can make your pets schedule work with mine and I can also accommodate last minute schedules and changes. My daughter also works for Rover so we have you covered!! In our home we have a fully fenced large backyard and dogs that will keep your fur baby company. Our pets are crate trained and free roaming but we have no issues if your pet(s) prefers to sleep on our bed at night but I can almost guarantee that your pet will be snuggling with our daughter each night. We can accommodate whatever your pet needs including a separate area in our yard if your pet is nervous around other dogs during potty times, we can accommodate specialty feeding needs, accommodate walk and more...
About: My parents have had dogs my whole life and I had 2 cats when I was younger. Currently I look after my fur nephews and nieces, my in laws pups, and my aunts kitties. I am happy to take your dogs for walks in the chilly weather so that you don't have to go in the cold. I recently retired from competitive sport where I have been a full time athlete since 2016 after graduating university. I was a winter sport athlete so I love being outside and the cold doesn't bother me at all, and taking your dogs for walks sounds like the perfect opportunity to keep me outside. I also run a small, handmade online based business so my hours are very flexible. I have a fully fenced yard and no pets of my own to worry about any personalities clashing. I love making my fur-guests feel at home in my house.
