About: Hi 👋🏻 We’re Lauren, Julian and Ruairidh. We’re a Scottish/British family who have recently moved to Canada from the UK. When we moved we had to leave behind our senior, unwell hound called Jimmy who we miss loads 😢. We provided dog sitting services on Rover in the UK so we thought we could do it here too to get our doggy fix. We miss having paws around the place, but we’re not ready to commit to a dog of our own just yet 🐾 I’m a nurse (of humans!) which I’ve been doing in the UK for the last 17 years so I’m very used to being responsible for and caring for others. I’ll be primarily responsible for your dog, but my husband and toddler will want to get involved too! Ruairidh knows where we keep the dog toys and treats!! But sitting on occasion but it’s my passion to work with them I’m calm and gentle and respect the animals they have feelings too I’m currently not working otherwise but may get another part time job but as of now I have so much time for the pups and always will make the time. About: Hi! My name is Caitlyn I am 31 years old and I owned a Pug and Pit bull, but since my pugs recent passing I only have Tank my Pit bull. I love animals and want to spend a little extra time with them. I work from home currently, so I am available during the day to hangout with your pups. *Please read below regarding a change to my remote schedule* Please keep in mind after June 1st I will be in the office again, and will be out of the house from 7am to 5:30pm pending traffic and commute. I'm also open to any senior dogs or puppies with much experience in handling both, and of course any breed! I am open to house sitting, dog walking or even just checking in as well. Primarily I do overnight stays at your place! I’m available to stay at your place to watch your pet(s) and can do check ins as well. I can be available during the day as well. Please keep in mind I start a job in the office June 1st. So I will be away for longer strides for my daily commute after that date. Typically 7am to 5:30pm. About: Hello my name is Trish, I have had a love for dogs since I was a child my first Experience taking care of pets was my first hamster fluffy and my first dog peewee and from there my love of pets was born and I have had many different kind of animals over the years. I started taking care of neighbors pets when I was about 7 and helped every summer on friends and neighbors farms near by. By the time I was in Jr high I started work program for school at a veterinary clinic and stayed on till after high school. I started working at pet cetra and learned grooming and pet photography. Up until recently I had pets but when they passed I haven't seem to find what I'm looking for so I decided to see about pet sitting. All animals will be given baths if needed and any special needs will be taken care of. I've taken care of quite a few special needs animals and welcome them with open arms. Any special food or treat needs will be discussed with the pet parent and delt with according to there wishes. Fresh water and food will be given at times set by owners and treats at owners decretion. If I'm caring for an over night pet guest they will be welcome to sleep on the bed with me but I do ask that pet owners bring at least one item with there smell on it as well as there bed so they feel safe and comfortable at night time. And one toy of there choice is request as well so they feel comfortable playing with it. I'm currently not working due to a medical condition, and have a lot if free time on my hands I get up fairly early and go for a walk after my coffee, relax a bit and then go for a another walk. Since I have been off work I have been looking to fill my time and this seems like a perfect fit for an animal lover. In my home animal have free roam no couch bed or floor is off limits to them. They would be treated like family and loved as such. They will be spoiled rotten with me as I love all animals. I do request one item with owners scent on it as well as a first time meet to make sure animals feel comfortable being with me. I would never want an animal to feel scared being here.
