I’ve always loved animals and have had a variety of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, and even pet rats! In high school, I had the amazing opportunity to volunteer at the SPCA, where I gained even more experience caring for animals. I truly enjoy bonding with pets and making sure they feel safe and loved.

Joy provided the greatest care and attention to my home and animals (2 dogs and 3 cats). She provided updates daily with pictures. These updates and pictures put such ease on my family’s mind that we were able to enjoy our 12 day trip. The cleanliness of the house was immaculate and she ensured that the garbage was put out on the scheduled day. Joy was very easy to talk with and she responded promptly. If she was unsure of any care for the animals she reached out for clarification. I highly recommend Joy for any house or animal care needs. If I do go on a trip again I will most definitely be contacting her again. Thanks Joy, you did an amazing job.
Joy is the best! I have no worries about my fur babies when I’m away. Joy is professional, is great with giving updates and sending pictures. She is a lovely lady and a pleasure to know.

Schedule
My schedule is quite flexible, and I’m happy to fit pet care into my daily or weekly routine. Since I don’t drive, I focus on pets in my local area, which allows me to be present and consistent with care. Whether it's daily walks, feeding, playtime, cleaning or just offering companionship, I'm happy to adjust to the routines of the pets and ensure they receive the attention they need. (Although I don't drive, I have very reliable transportation from my partner!)

- To ensure I provide the best care for your pet, it's helpful to know a few things in advance: Dietary preferences and feeding schedule – What and when do they eat? Any food allergies or restrictions? Exercise and play preferences – Do they enjoy long walks, playtime, or quiet activities? Behavioral quirks – Any special behaviors or triggers I should be aware of? What motivates them? Commands they respond too? Health needs – Any medications or medical conditions I need to manage? Routine and comfort – What’s their usual schedule like, and where do they feel most comfortable (e.g., favorite spots for resting)? Any furniture or rooms that are off limits? Emergency contact info – Who should I reach out to in case of an emergency, and is there a nearby vet? Socialization - Are they comfortable with other animals or people?
