I have been trusted to give medications, feed, play, and walk dogs of all shapes and sizes. I worked as a Veterinary Assistant for several months, and am comfortable handling all types of cats and dogs. I used to volunteer at the SPCA and l love to be a safe space for all animals. I can also do drop-in visits in the mornings or evenings during the week and anytime on weekends, including dog walking. I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for pets, whether in my home or my client's home. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - St. Albert
Michelle was amazing! She could help us with walking our two dogs on a very short notice while being away for the weekend. She stop by beforehand for a quick meet-and-greet. I loved receiving her feedback and pics after each walk. Our dogs loved her from the moment they met! Thank you so much!!

As always, Samantha is an excellent and reliable dog walker. The pups got their midday exercise and Samantha sent updates and photos. Samantha also gave them the snuffle mats I prepared for them and stayed with them until they were done. When I have booked Samantha, I also feel happy that my dogs are getting the attention they need.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in St. Albert choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
