Hi! I currently work at a humane society and have three years of hands-on shelter experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. From energetic puppies to shy or anxious pets, I’m comfortable handling a wide range of personalities and needs. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Working in a shelter environment has taught me how to read body language, maintain routines, safely handle pets, and provide enrichment to keep them happy and stress-free. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I treat every animal as if they were my own and will always provide reliable care and updates while you’re away!

Whether in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining your pet’s normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and enrichment instructions closely while keeping the environment clean and secure. I make sure pets receive plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and affection, and I always monitor their behavior for any signs of stress or illness. You can also expect regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

Zoe took great care of my two Pomeranians while I was out of town for the weekend. They seemed very happy after their time with her. I definitely recommend her, and will be booking again!

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I work full-time at the Edmonton Humane Society, so caring for animals is already a huge part of my everyday life. I’m off every Friday and Saturday, which allows me to dedicate plenty of focused time to weekend bookings. During the work week, I’m able to have a pet with me in my office space, meaning your furry friend would never be left alone during the day if daytime care is needed. I’m also available every afternoon and evening after work, so I can provide walks, drop-ins, or overnight care as needed. Because animal care is both my profession and my passion, providing attentive, consistent care fits seamlessly into my schedule.
