They kindly allowed me to bring Lily for a meet & greet a few weeks before her stay and I could tell Lily was immediately comfortable with them, even though she is sometimes nervous in new environments. I also really appreciated that they only care for 1 dog at a time as I was worried about leaving Lily with another dog she didn’t know well. During Lily’s stay, Carrie sent me very frequent updates with pictures so I knew exactly how Lily was doing, which also helped me feel more comfortable knowing she was happy & having fun 😊 I would definitely leave Lily with them again and would recommend them to others as well!”
