“If I could give Nicola and her family more than 5 stars, I would. Mocha was well looked after, comfortable, cuddled and loved. Nicola’s home was inviting, friendly and filled with positivity. She allowed us to have a pre-visit so Mocha could get familiar with her home which I felt was very kind and it certainly put my mind at ease. This family has a genuine love for dogs and you can sense it the minute you meet them. I left Mocha for two nights and I did not have an ounce of worry or anxiety because I knew that she was in a safe and loving home and getting the royal treatment. Everything happens for a reason and I’m so thankful to have found Lisseth as a sitter for my dog and kitten. I only had a few days to find a sitter as a previously booked one had to cancel and Lisseth graciously accepted my last minute request. She is kind, friendly and patient and my pets were given excellent care. I received pictures and videos of my pets and I honestly can’t even put into words how wonderful of a sitter Lisseth is. We’ve had Jackson stay with Erin twice now, and both experiences have been wonderful. We were honestly a little skeptical about whether Jackson would be comfortable staying overnight, especially after a less-than-great experience with another Rover sitter back in 2022. But Erin completely changed that. Jackson settled in quickly, was very comfortable with Erin, her family, and her dog Callie, and clearly enjoyed his stays. We’re planning a three-week trip to India next year, so we wanted to find someone Jackson could get comfortable with well in advance. After these two stays, we feel we’ve found the right person. We’ll be having him stay with Erin regularly so her home can become his comfortable “second home.” Erin has been fantastic with Jackson, and we highly recommend her!
