This was the first time I boarded my 4-month old puppy, Tilly. She did pretty good considering it was her first time away from us. She had a few accidents in the house, but Karen was completely understanding. Karen did everything to make Tilly's stay as comfortable in as possible and to comfort her so she wasn't missing us too much. I highly recommend Karen for your daycare/boarding needs.
Karen was really amazing at taking care of Lucky. Being the first time we were boarding Lucky, she was very communicative and reassuring right from the beginning. We got informed of how Lucky was doing regular intervals, especially initially to assure us he was doing well and got many pictures and videos. Lucky got very comfortable with them really fast and settled down with them in no time, which is to say something. We definitely recommend Karen if you are looking to board your pets, and will definitely consider her in the future.
Karen, took very good care of Comet. Will definitely keep Comet again here. He was well loved with home made treats such as eggs. Also she kept us updated with regular updates. Thank you.

Last minute booking, took care of my 2 month old puppy keeping me updated with plenty of photos of him. Came back to a relaxed and tired puppy! Would definitely book with her again, she was amazing.

I work full-time from home, which allows me to give pets consistent attention and supervision throughout the day. Because I’m home, I can easily incorporate feeding, playtime, litter box cleaning, and check-ins into my daily routine without leaving pets alone for long periods. I structure my schedule to ensure pets stay on their regular routine and feel comfortable in a calm, quiet environment—especially important for cats. I’m also available for morning, evening, and weekend care, so I can be flexible based on each pet’s needs. Being home means your pet gets companionship, attention, and a stress-free environment, not just quick visits

I provide a calm, clean, and safe home environment where pets can feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Since I work full-time from home, pets are rarely left alone and receive consistent attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, playtime, and rest, so they feel as at home as possible. For cats, I make sure they have a quiet, cozy space and maintain very clean litter boxes to keep them stress-free. For dogs, I ensure regular walks, play, and structure. I’m attentive to details like medication if needed and always prioritize safety and comfort. I also provide regular updates with photos and videos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is to create a home-away-from-home experience where your pet feels relaxed, loved, and part of the family
